What a terrific experience at this dental office. I can see why Dr. Spath has so many 5 star reviews. This practice is new, clean, and features the latest and greatest dental and imaging technology. Dr. Spath is upfront, honest and never up-charges!! What attracted me to this practice was the location, professional staff, follow-up, communication and pricing. I always know what I am paying before I have any work done and they have always been 100% transparent. They make this whole process so easy and they are not as expensive as the other practices I have been to. Super friendly staff as well who are always kind and welcoming. Thank you Erycka for all of your help with scheduling and insurance and thank you Dr. Spath for always going the extra mile. Well deserved 5 stars!!

I’ve been terrified of the dentist for years, thanks to a slightly traumatic experience. After researching dentists in OC for a while, I found Dr. Spath. He was highly recommended, especially for people that had a fear/anxiety of all things dental. Today was my first trip and I can’t thank Dr. Spath and his team enough. Lorena immediately made me feel at ease, chatting with me to help calm my nerves. By the time Dr. Spath came in, I was already feeling immensely better about the whole visit. From Erycka, the office manager, to Dr. Spath…everyone there was so kind and gentle. I’ve had some terrible terrible experiences with mean dentists…so I hadn’t been to a dentist in many years (I know, gross). A friend who also had bad experiences with dentists said I should go to his dentist, Dr. Spath. I had some major issues going on in my mouth, so I knew I had to make an appointment eventually. I trusted my friend and made the call. From the initial phone call, Erycka made me feel at ease. My appointment was today and I wasn’t disappointed. They were crazy gentle. They were so kind. They explained EVERYTHING!!!! Their pricing was very reasonable. I’m so very hopeful that they will be MY dentist office from here on out. I have a very good feeling about this office. I’m sure like many of you, going to the dentist does not rank as one of the fun things on your list to do. Well, not on ours either! Amazing Office, Amazing Staff, Amazing Dentist! Dr. Spath is amazing. He listened to my concerns and spoke with me about options. I had several cavities, root canals, and two broken teeth.
My dental coverage didn’t cover everything AND I worked a crazy schedule but I couldn’t walk around with my mouth half done! The great office staff set me up with a payment plan that worked for me AND worked with my crazy schedule! In no time my teeth where all fixed and I felt much better! They even called me to check up on me! This really is the best place!

Love this place. The people are always happy friendly and smiling. But the good news is the service and quality of care matches the good vibe. After 10 years of not going to the dentist (I know, I am a bad adult), I sought help at Dr. Spath’s practice. My boyfriend and I made appointments for their (…) New Patient Special, which includes a cleaning, X-rays, and a general exam. Conveniently located right off of PCH in Newport Beach, the office is sparkling clean and comfortable. Upon entering we were warmly greeted by a cheerful employee who already knew our names. All of the staff were lovely and helpful.
We filled out some brief health history forms, and then were lead back to have X-rays taken. Next, we individually met with Dr. Spath who examined our results and made recommendations regarding specific concerns and ongoing dental health in general. He was kind, down to earth, and completely nonjudgmental of the fact that I have avoided the dentist for so long. Ashley did my cleaning, which was virtually painless with the numbing gel that they used. The entire appointment took about 2 hours. Recommended!

Erycka is amazing as well. I’ve had issues with insurance in the past, and she goes out of her way to follow up with claims to make sure everything is taken care of quickly and correctly.
It’s hard to find talented, caring people in any field, but to find an ENTIRE office full of them is practically impossible. But that’s exactly what you’ll find when you visit Dr. Spath’s practice. Which is why I always feel like I’m more than just a patient, and more like a part of their healthcare family.

The office looks as if it’s brand new. Very much ‘state of the art’, super clean and bright. Dr. Spath is awesome, and seems to be a really kind and sincere person. He and his office staff are the nicest group of medical professionals I’ve met in Orange County.

I love him and his staff are like family. I had a (typical/normal) little bet of inflammation after one of my procedures and Dr. Spath personally kept calling me to make sure that everything’s okay and the condition is improving. He cares so much about his patient’s that he provides them with his cellphone number in case if the patient is experiencing any discomfort after procedures. In addition, his office staff make it very easy to get an appointment just over text message.
