I am giving Splendid Smiles Family Dentistry in Arcadia a 5 Star review because their entire staff is very nice, and friendly.  Dr. Tsai even took time out of his busy schedule to personally talk to me.  Also they have a state of the art facility, and people can be assured they will be in good hands when they get dental work done here!

Thank you Dr Tsai for helping my mouth feel better. Thank you for making me feel comfortable and welcome. I appreciate your staff’s courtesy. They explained the process to me. I had a very bad experience at my last dentist that caused me not to go to a dentist for a long time. I was totally scared to come in, and you made me feel at ease. You talked me through the whole process. I really appreciated you calling me personally the next day to make sure I was okay. I will totally recommend you to my friends and family. I look forward to returning in 6 months!! Thank you again to you and your staff!!!

I recently had x-rays and a cleaning at Splendid Smiles, and it was a very pleasant experience… which is hard to say about going to the dentist! Both Dr. Tsai and Dr. Chen are utmost professionals who truly care about their patients. They were both very thorough and attentive, putting me completely at ease during my visit. Their office is modern and comfortable, and they even offer complimentary beverages and snacks in their waiting room! I would highly recommend Splendid Smiles to my family and friends!

Who actually likes going to the dentist, c’mon….not many. I’ve actually pushed off getting my wisdom tooth extracted for a pretty long time…and I was due for a much needed a deep cleaning. I dread both of them, it really isn’t anything to look forward to, but it had to be done. Dr. Chen was so pro. She numbed me in the right places so that when they injected the Novocain it was just a bit of a pinch nothing too painful…and once the numbness filled the majority of my mouth it was time to get to work! The atmosphere at the dental office to me was very soothing, cartoons for the kiddos in the lobby area, and today’s hits playing in the back….she even but on a movie as background noise for me. I didn’t feel as nervous as I thought I’d be for this to be honest. The staff was great. After the deep cleaning that didn’t feel as painful as any other I had ever had came the extraction of my wisdom tooth. Dr. Chen somehow distracted me just enough by telling me what was going on but not exactly telling me when she was pulling the tooth out and next thing you know it was OUT! I was amazed! Even two hours later I was expecting a lot of pain, but all I really felt was some soreness, not like before by another dentist…where my mouth puffed for 3 days and needed antibiotics….WOO WHOO. 3 days later I’m all good. Dr Chen is on time, clean newer office, local  dentist who grew up in Arcadia,  she attended Highland Oaks, Foothills, and Arcadia HS. Hard to find dentists who are from your own community let alone someone who is actually giving back to the community. Facilities are clean and modern. Professional and current, they have a 24 hr cancellation policy, a nice waiting room and NORMAL HOURS 9-5 M-F.  They take walk-ins and Dolla’ Tree is close by.  UPS store, and Ralph’s for those who run errands.

Splendid Smiles is a must go to. My family has been affiliated with Dr. Tsai for many years. The office staff are phenomenal, the office is near spotless, and the care you’ll receive is top notch. The dentists (Dr. Tsai and Dr. Chen) will make sure that you are comfortable for any treatment needed; the results are even better. You will not be disappointed in the care of Splendid Smiles. Much more worthy than 5 stars in my opinion.

Amazing experience! We took our 2 daughters here for an exam and cleaning and it was a very smooth and easy experience for all of us. Our daughters age 4 & 2 were not frightened or nervous at all. Dr. Chen and her assistant made them feel at home and were explaining to them everything they were going to do. I would highly recommend bringing your kids here. It was a walk in the park. Very accommodating for children. A+++++++++

As someone who neglected his teeth for years I can say that I feel comfortable recommending this dentistry and I appreciate all the time they have taken to show me how to properly floss, which I wasnt doing right at all. They have two doctors at this office in a very modern, clean, and organized dental office space with high-tech new equipment all throughout the office. The panoramic xray thing was new to me and wow, its awesome. Again credit to their dental assistant Roxy because im usually very uncomfortable with X-Rays. Once on the chair And tackling my problems I fee the doctors here are very patient, skilled, and always in contact with the person in the chair, I mean I didnt feel like a patient here, I felt like family and that is something rare at a dr.s office. I liked being able to get a second opinion from the second doctor (basically the 1st doctor called the 2nd doctor in and they both looked at my x-rays and gave me their separate opinions) thats a plus , I didnt have to go yo another office for a second opinion LOL. Finally, their references (I had to get a tooth removed because it was highly cavitized and broke twice on me) their references where spot-on. Even first one I didnt like, but second one they gave me was great and I had the bad tooth removed. Thank you Splendid Smiles!

This is probably one of the more professional dentistry’s in Arcadia. The moment you walk in, you are greeted by drinks (coffee, tea, and water) and snacks (goldfish, animal crackers, and more). The lady at the desk is very nice. Dr. Tsai and his wife are both very kind, if you want to have a conversation definitely talk to the wife. I went to another dentist like a week she and then I went to Splendid Smiles and where the other place didn’t find any cavities, this place did! They are very gentle when checking your teeth. They have a movie that you can watch and cool glasses to protect your eyes from the light while getting your teeth checked. Don’t forget to leave a yelp review to get a $5 STARBUCKS gift card!
