Dr. Brown has an exemplary staff. You are warmly greeted by receptionist and offered refreshments while completing paperwork.  Once called, you encounter professional, friendly members of her staff who are patient, accommodating and knowledgeable.  The doctor has an angel’s touch and is endowed with a skillset that any procedure done is so proficient that you never believe this is a dentist.  Moreover,  the ambiance, soothing instrumental music reminded me of a spa environment instead of a dental office.  Impeccable service and incredible people.  You will never search for a dentist again.

Dr. Brown is an amazing dentist. She knows ALL of her patients and asks about their families and remembers all the details. She cares. I trust her because I know she has my health as her first priority. She will also work with you when developing a treatment plan. Dr. Brown will deliver all news (good and not so good) in a truthful yet caring manner. I recently moved within a 3 hour drive to her office. Dr. Brown is the ONLY doctor that I have continued to see. Yes, I drive 3 hours at least three times a year to get my cleanings and any dental procedures done. Because Dr. Brown knows me and knows how to work with me. That is how much I value her as my dentist. You all too.

Dr. Brown and staff provided excellent care upon my first visit. The office personnel were welcoming, fast and helpful. The dental assistant was thorough in collecting my medical history and taking my X-Rays but was also personable and relaxing. Dr. Brown’s care was exceptional. She arrived quickly, engaged with me personally and professionally and communicated my dental care needs effectively. Both she and the assistant accommodated my sensitivity and lessened my discomfort where possible. This practice will be my dental care home going forward. 

Dr. Brown and every single staff member that I’ve interacted with has been super professional and super personable. The way they communicate with the patient (and each other) every step of the way make every little decision very clear, so I never have any surprises or costs for things I don’t understand. A very solid group, and I feel pretty damn lucky to have found them right in the neighborhood right after moving to Printer’s Row. You only get one set of teeth, so find yourself a good team.

An experienced and proactive approach by Dr. Brown and her staff is the reason I trust and have been a patient for over 20 years. My treatment plan saved me from him disease, loosing my teeth, and unnessary pain. If fear factors plague you, give them a try…..a gentle and compassionate professional.

Once again, the pleasant, professional service delivered by SRB Dental has left me with a pleasant smile on my face.  From the time I walked in to SRB Dental, the Receptionist met me with a bright smile, and “Good Morning!” as I signed in an took a seat in the reception area.  I sat only long enough to open a magazine when I was called in to the office and asked to have a seat in the deal chair.  From that moment on, the dental care for me was simply AWESOME!  Everything was explained for care after departing the Dentist.  Once again, EXCELLENT care provided by SRB Dental!

Extremely inviting and super friendly. I enjoyed my first visit at Dr. Sheila Browns office. Everyone in the office was very professional and explained pretty much everything very well, making me feel comfortable for every part of the process!! If you have any concerns about visiting the Dentist during the pandemic, SRB Dental is the place for you. Starting with the ‘socially distanced’ waiting room and the shield between you and the receptionist. Not only are all patients required to wear masks when moving back and forth, they are kept to a minimum to ensure you will not need to interact with others. In addition to their normal health and safety precautions, the staff is outfitted just short of hazmat suits with additional covers for their clothing and hair, and face shields in addition to masks. Each room has its own machine that sanitizes the air about every 10 minutes. And when the patient’s mouth is open a comfortable shield is inserted to minimize any contact with mouth spray for Dr. Brown and her assistant. I had a need to also see another Dentist (a specialist). When I asked about that office’s COVID-19 precautions, and was told they weren’t doing anything different, as they felt they’d implemented enough safe precautions when AIDS hit, I really felt a great appreciation for the time, money, and sacrifice of personal comfort that Dr. Brown and her staff have made for my safety. All while continuing their to commitment to high quality dental care. I highly recommend this practice, especially during this difficult time.
