Graduated college, got a “grown-up” job, moved to a new city then… DUN DUN DUN… “You’re teeth are loose in the front, you need braces…again.” -My dentist. Oddly enough my first go at braces didn’t suffice (probably because I discontinued them. Hey I was a self conscious teenager and I wanted those bad boys off.) Now as a 26 year old sorta woman, braces were only going to derail my quest to become the ultimate put together woman. After many calls to Dr. Stafford and her staff I had all the information I could ever ask for on ‘invisalign.’ I started ‘invisalign’ in May 2013. Dr. Stafford and her staff have made it go flawlessly so far. I go in once a month to receive 2 ‘invisalign’ trays, and they always schedule my appointments around lunch time so I don’t have to miss any work, then get me in and out as quickly as possible. We also we’re able to work out an affordable payment plan. So for the next 20 months (yes I’m still counting down) I’ll get to see these smiling, compassionate people every month.

Dr. Stafford and her staff have made my kids and family feel very comfortable in their office. Dr. Stafford welcomes and answers the NUMEROUS questions my 9 year old asks….she never appears rushed or that she doesn’t have ample time to devote to each of her patients. I feel that her pricing is reasonable for the work that is done, and she works with families who do not have orthodontia coverage in their existing insurance policies.

I would highly recommend Dr. Stafford and her staff to anyone needing orthodontic care. She has provided two of my children with braces, one at 8 years old and each with very different needs, with great results. Dr. Stafford was very thorough with her initial evaluation and took a lot of time describing the plan for each child to me and also took time with the kids at each visit. She and her staff are very friendly and her office uses technology the kids love such as fingerprint identification when they come in for appointments. Appointments can be scheduled and reviewed online which helps for busy parents (along with the Keurig machine in the office). They are a class act.

I got my braces in 2010 and got them off in 2013. Going to Dr. Stafford was the best! She and her staff made me feel so welcomed. They remember me every time and I feel as they got to know every patient on a personal level. It was like visiting family every time I went in. Dr. Stafford is very professional and knows what she’s doing. Every time I had an issue with my braces or needed to get my retainer check, they were very accommodating and able to get me in that day. Definitely recommend & recommended her office to my family and friends!

Dr. Kim and her staff did a fabulous job with my daughter’s condition. Her smile today is simply amazing. Her teeth needed prep work while she was young to make them ready for braces so we make a lot of trip between Eagle and Omaha. It was worth every mile. We are from out of state visiting family in Omaha for a few days and our son, who wears braces, had a bracket come loose and was experiencing some discomfort. I called this office and they were so kind and accommodating. The receptionist was wonderful – so friendly and compassionate – she arranged for us to come right over, I believe during the office’s lunch hour. We were greeted warmly upon our arrival and the technician took us back immediately and quickly corrected the issue. She made both my son and I feel comfortable and we are so grateful for the willingness of the entire staff to help non-patients. They literally bent over backwards for us out of the kindness of their hearts. For me, that says it all when looking for an office to provide care for your family. Highly recommend!!

I am so glad that I got a 3rd opion about my daughter having braces I went to a ortho before Kimberely and he wanted to take 4 teeth out and then have my daughter go through touge therapy which is more on top of that, I was not pleased plus it seemed to me he gave me a run around wanting to talk about what i should do, so I found Kimberely through my insurance and scheduled a consultation, I arrived and it was a nice atmosphere positive vibe and the staff was tremendous, Dr. Stafford did her consultation and did not see any reason to take my daughters teeth out she gave me more detail information of why not. Dr. Stafford and staff were so open and communicated to me and my daughter about everything that will be done the option of different color bands and selecting silver braces top/bottom or clear/silver which was a whole refreshing experience. I WOULD RECOMMEND DR. STAFFORD OVER ANYONE ONE ELSE, no lolly gagging around she has my business.
