I have seen Dr. Steele several times and she is friendly and really listens to your needs. I have had a few extra things done in addition to cleanings. (1) I did invisalign which was great! I’m glad I was able to just see my regular dentist for this instead of having to find an orthodontist. (2) I also had some excess gum flaps that partially covered my wisdom teeth. I had asked my old dentist about it and he said not to worry about them, but I found that I always played with these flaps with my tongue and sometimes they would get irritated. For years, I figured there was nothing I could do about this. Well, one visit, I decided to ask Dr. Steele about them and she said the flaps don’t do any harm, but can be removed. I said I would think about it. Well, after about another year of being annoyed by the flaps, I finally decided to just have them removed. When I called to make the appt. I was able to get in fairly quickly. Dr. Steele offered my nitrous oxide which was great, totally worth the extra cost! I was a little nervous about the procedure, but the nitrous oxide took the edge off. Every time I have been in the office, the staff is extremely friendly. I have seen a few negative reviews about insurance, but that is the insurance company that needs the negative yelp reviews- not the dental office! geesh people!

Very modern, professional looking atmosphere. Customer service is outstanding. Each employee greeted me standing up with a smile and handshake. All office staff dressed in suits to impress, gave me a tour of the location, and even gave me a gift (water bottle) for being a new customer. On top of that, they really cared about my teeth and gave me a deep cleaning, asked a lot of questions, and really dug into what was important for my health. It seemed all the staff loved their jobs, and the service was amazing & very fast. Overly impressed!

My fiance and I recently moved and had to leave a dentist we really liked. We were nervous about finding a new dentist (we’ve both had some issues in the past with pain and don’t exactly love dental visits). We put it off as long as possible, but when we went in to Steele Dentistry, they were so kind and gracious. No guilt. No pain. No upselling. No bargaining. Just information on what our insurance would cover, what was necessary and what was optional, and how we could prevent ourselves from needing additional care in the future. Loved each and every person!

I am new to Colorado, for me finding a new dentist was extremely difficult. After spending a lot of time reviewing dentists, I found Steele Dentistry. I was welcomed immediately after entering the office. They even gave me a welcoming gift for being a new patient. The office staff, my dental hygienist, and dentist were all really nice. I will definitely be going back to Steele Dentistry. I highly recommend their office if you are in need of a dentist. Their email appointment reminders are extremely helpful. Thank you all at Steele Dentistry for making my first visit to your office a fantastic one!

After not being to the dentist for a while and reading the semi mixed reviews I was very nervous about my appointment. However I will say I had a very pleasant experience today! I was not left in the dark about anything that was getting ready to happen and for me that is SUPER important. I was advised of my needed services and encouraged but not pressured to take care of them as soon as possible! Thank you for the positive dental experience because God knows I am not a fan when it comes to going to the dentist!

Dr. Steele has been simply amazing with my husband and his wisdom teeth issues. She and her staff have really saved the day when it came to all the trouble he was having and relieved us of all the disappointments we had from other dentists. Dr. Steele has an impeccable bedside manner and actually made the dentist not seem so scary! Her staff was also truly helpful making my groggy husband comfortable after his procedure and  made sure I informed on his aftercare. After about a week or so after the procedure my husband was feeling some discomfort from some expected bone spurs. The office was able to take him in quickly and remove them without delay and they have since been in contact about his progress to make sure he is healing correctly. Great customer service here!

I searched through the list of approved dentists in Denver on my insurance’s advice, and Steele came up. Prior to Steele, I had called 3 other locations from the same list, and each one was more concerned with bringing me in as soon as possible, than answering my questions. Steele answered my questions, and put customer service as a priority. I will admit, after reading these Yelp reviews, I was hesitant. The fact that the owner spent as much time as she did justifying herself to each patient made me feel confident that Steele was credible. I am glad I did. The first visit was great, no pressure or stress. I had a great cleaning and made my second appointment for the necessary work. They called my insurance company to verify my out of pocket expenses for the work. There were no hidden charges, and everything was understood before I even booked the appointment. There were “up-sales” made (nitrous) for the second visit, and I happily took them up on it, as I had 3 hours to look forward to, I was not going to pass on some added assistance. My second visit sucked! I hate the dentist, and I would choose almost anything over having my teeth worked on. However, the staff and doctors did an amazing job eliminating 99.9% of the pain, and keeping me dosed on nitrous to keep me happy, or at least not totally unhappy. Overall a great experience! I am booking another visit for extractions next month. Although I know I am going to hate every minute of it, I am confident knowing that I will be less unhappy at Steele, than any other dentist. Additionally, I have been reading the previous reviews that almost led me away from what turned into a great experience, and it makes me thank god I am not in the service industry anymore. Coming from the restaurant industry, I realized that a complainer will find reasons to complain, regardless if you give them one. If you are one of the complainers in this thread; ask yourself if this is a trend in your life. Then – learn to shut up, because you are acting like a child.

My boyfriend goes to Steele Dentistry and after hearing me complain about tooth pain he said I really needed to go see Kate. I have seen several dentists over the years and I can honestly say the level of service I receive at Steele Dentistry is far beyond what I have had in the past. Dentistry is expensive no matter what these days, and so quality work done with kindness and professionalism is of the utmost importance. They remind you of appointments, make getting prescriptions easy and always are so friendly and reassuring. Kate and her staff are professional and give me confidence in their work. There are smiles and friendly greetings whenever I am in there. They return phone calls when they say they will and will work with you to get what you need done. I will definitely be returning to Steele Dentistry whenever I need dental work.

I started with Steele Dentistry two years ago and they have been great with cleanings and preventative care, including coming up with a plan to replace old fillings with crowns so that they don’t turn into root canals! The staff is courteous and great with communications – I get text reminders a few weeks out before an appointment and then the day prior. All around great office.

My family is relatively new to Denver, and I had been dragging my feet getting my five-year-old son and eighteen-month-old daughter into a new dentist in the Stapleton area. I called a few of the local dentists who had been recommended to me by friends, but none of them were accepting new patients. One of the receptionists recommended that I look into a new practice across Quebec from our neighborhood. I’m so glad that I did! That new practice was Steele Dentistry at Stapleton, and now I know that my whole crew has a new dentist to work with for the whole of our time in Denver. The facility is new, state-of-the-art, and attractive. Reception was attentive and helpful, and we didn’t wait more than five minutes past our appointment time to get shown back to a chair. I was apprehensive about my son’s first “official” cleaning (he has sensory issues), but the hygienist (Miss Robin) was careful to show him all of her tools, and respect his apprehensions about the cleaning. She was quick and thorough, which I appreciated. She even found a loose tooth on the bottom! Dr. Steele was completely knowledgeable and courteous. She did a quick check of my baby (who was allowed to sit on my lap), and examined my son’s overbite and the discoloration on his front teeth, gave me easy-to-understand explanations, and set my mind at ease about the issues possibly resolving when his permanent teeth come in. I got instructions on how much to assist him with his brushing, and felt great about the communication, and again, respect for my childrens’ limits. Even though I was nervous about taking my littles to a dental practice that was not a dedicated pediatric practice, I feel really confident now that we well be able to attend one dentist as a family. I can’t wait to find time to get in and get my teeth cleaned and back on track. Yay! Totally recommended!
