I took my mom to her appointment and she was really pleased with the customer service she received from the staff, especially from Mary Lou the substitute hygienist. She took her time and shared valuable knowledge and listened to my mothers concerns. The dentist Dr. Stein was also great and friendly. We will definitely be back!

My family and I have been patients here for 4 years and we love that they are a well oiled machine. All the hygienists we’ve gotten are personable, friendly, and great at what they do. Dr. Stein is also very friendly and we’ve been lucky enough to not need any work besides our semi annual cleanings thus far, knock on wood. Recently, Daryl Aguilar who is Dr. Steins daughter joined the practice and I just think she’s the awesome. I inquired with her at my last visit about getting some cosmetic dentistry and I love that she took the time to listen to my concerns and gave me straightforward advice which I felt confident in trusting. She said I didn’t really need work and wouldn’t recommend veneers but to possibly consider orthodontics instead. She could have totally sold me a lot of work that I wouldn’t benefit from, but instead provided her honest opinions and that is what builds patient trust and I will always appreciate that.

I have been a patient of Dr. Stein’s for about two years now, and will say without reservation that he is a true professional. His dental technicians are on-point (very good at what they do), as well as his administrative team. Unlike a previous dentist I had dealings with, Dr. Stein does not try to create unnecessary dental work in order to pad his pockets. This is rare in the dental world from my previous experiences. The ambiance of the entire office is incredibly relaxing. It is in sharp contrast to the cold white walls, and stiff patient chairs with leather wrist-straps that I remember from my childhood. I have no reservations whatsoever in recommending his services to family and friends.

They do a very good job here. The office is very nice and has a very comfortable, relaxed vibe. The receptionist is cranky sometimes, but the rest of the staff is very friendly. I have been to dentists where I feel uncomfortable in their office and that is certainly not the case here. I would recommend Dr. Stein to anybody.

In response to the “one star” given…I’ve worked for Dr. Stein for 10 years and in that time he has never done extractions (because of an arm injury). In my opinion, Dr. Stein is an excellent dentist. Prior to me working with him he was my personal dentist and I can attest that he has never AND would never be negligent to any of his patients. And to bring in his personal life…well that’s just pathetic. I know first hand that the bad review given is FALSE! Sad to know that you obviously can’t trust all reviews given.
