I have been a patient at Stellar Dental for two years, and I have had a wonderful experience each time. I moved to Charlotte back in 2013 and was somewhat wary of my trust in a dental office since I was with my pediatric dentistry office up until I was 26 years old. I ended up waiting for about 2 years before securing a new dental office, and was afraid of all the work that needed to be done. I googled some reviews on the office and others, and decided to give Stellar a try. Dr. Rogers took her time with my first examination and warmly explained to me all that needed to be done with a smile to put my nerves at ease. My teeth are now in great shape and I owe it all to Dr. Rogers and her lovely staff. You will feel like family every time you come. I would recommend this office for anyone who is new to area, and looking for a competent and reliable team to provide the best oral services necessary!

Great people. Above average customer service. I care where dental materials come from (think lead in toys, poison in dog food). No other dentist attempted to back-track the supply chain for the materials they put in our mouths; this one is trying for me. That alone is way above average. They seem “perfectionist” in their own work, too. Lots of B dentists in Charlotte; hard to find A. This one might be A! So far, it is. -James Bauman / Charlotte, NC 9/22/19.

If I could provide more than 5 stars I would. I’ve been seeing Dr. Rogers for about 10 years. She goes out of her way to care for patients by taking the time to answer any dental health concerns rather than just telling you what to do. She provides the most comprehensive exam you will find.

When my previous dentist (Dr Baldwin) retired, Dr Rogers took over his practice. At first I was apprehensive about switching to a new, younger dentist, but that worry disappeared after my first cleaning appointment with her. Dr Rogers is an excellent dentist. She is friendly and puts you at ease. I just had a crown installed, and both the temporary and permanent crowns were perfect fits. I would highly recommend her.

The office is clean with innovative equipment that help to make the dental experience much less frightening. Wonderful team from reception to cleaning. Dr. Rogers is the absolute best. She is personable, hard working, and goes the extra mile to provide the most pleasant experience. If you inquire about a dental service, chances are great that Dr. Rogers can handle it for you in her office.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND QUEEN CITY DENTAL!!! Ive never liked going to the dentist because my family dentist is so rough. He hit a nerve once when he was giving me novacaine and Ive always been hesitant since. Thats NOT how I felt a all today! Everyone in the office was so nice, it was a little chilly but I didnt really care. So usually my dentist comes to see me aftee i get my teeth cleaned. She came before and looked at my teeth. She told me what was going on and addressed some problems that she saw and could take care of. She was very honest and straightforward with the information she gave me. After that I went to get my teeth cleaned. She was so nice and funny! Talked me through my cleaning and told me what she noticed about my teeth and what I need to do to keep my teeth clean and healthy. After my cleaning I went to see the billing manager and she was also very nice and informative. Very honest and helpful about some referrals for my Wisdom teeth extraction. Witb my insurance (Metlife) the prices are awesome for the procedures that I need to get done. If you need to finance they have the Care Credit card available for you to apply to. I already have it from when I got Lasik eye surgery so I will be using it if I need to. I think its safe to say that I dont mind going back and I look forward to going back in the future.

Moved to Charlotte about a year ago and just recently began looking for a dentist. Looked around on the Internet and Queen City Dental had the best reviews. There is a reason they have great reviews! This place is great. The staff is supportive and go out of there way to help you. They make you feel comfortable. Needless to say, I think I found my new dentist!

Great experience. First time to the dentist in a long time and Dr. Martinez took great care of me! My appointment was at 8 am and I was seen on time. They took the time to explain my insurance and out-of-pocket expenses before I left, and I understood what was expected of me and what to expect from them. No issues and the staff was very pleasant. I highly recommend this dentist.

Hard to say a Dentist office is Fantastic, but Stellar Dental is Fantastic. Started going there because of a recommendation from a co-worker. Now, my whole family goes there. Brittany, DENTAL HYGIENIST, is the best. She makes my kids like going to get there teeth clean. Dr. Rogers is great too. Very personal place to go. Wish I could give 6 stars.

I love the staff! We always have great conversations that make it feel like a family atmosphere. The practice is growing as well. My 11-year-olds loves going there. Dr. Natalie is very honest with her dental plans. So, I feel comfortable financially.

Girl power! I found QCD via yelp and after a lot of other research and checking to make sure they were covered under my insurance, I made my appointment. I am wary of dentists/hygenists to say the very least but my experience here was AMAZING. Dr. Natalie was thorough, attentive, and fast. She took the time to understand and ask questions about my complicated dental history before making recommendations. Needless to say, I’m considerably less scared to go back in August!

Dr Rogers was my dentist when she lived in Massachusetts and does great work. My family and friends in the area have also seen her for fillings and other work and highly recommend her. One of my sisters used to dread the dentist until she sat in Dr Roger’s chair. Because of her great sense of humor and bright personality, she just makes you feel comfortable and at ease especially if you get anxious like me when you have to go to the dentist. The cosmetic work Dr Rogers did on my teeth came out great, I would highly recommend her for anyone in the area looking for a new dentist. She truly is the best!

GREAT,, GREAT,, GREAT …!!!!! I’ve been going to stellar dental for maybe 2 years .. always excellent Service… from the people in the front to the people I’m the back… Always pleasant … BUT I GOT A CLEANING FROM BRITTANY ♥️….. She Really Did her thing … and she communicated during and explained what was need and what was going on thoroughly.. I appreciate her .. Dentists Trips Are never a favorite.. but Stellar makes it a better experience than most places I’ve been in a few states and cities!!! Kudos Ladies !!

Dr. Rogers is a saint! We initially came to see Dr. Rogers for a second opinion on my son’s tooth (he’s six years old). Our previous dentist attempted to fix my son’s tooth, but did not properly numb him prior to the procedure by mistake so, when the drilling started, he was in terrible pain. The previous dentist just assumed he was being difficult (as six year olds can sometimes be) and kept trying to continue the drilling until my son was crying and I was crying and everyone was stressed. They eventually stopped and said we would have to try again another time. Only the next time, my son would be given Valium in the morning to call him down and would be placed in some sort of dental straight jacket to restrain him and keep him under control. My son was completely traumatized (as was I) and he was later able to explain how much it hurt, which is when I realized the numbing medicine was not adequately administered. We came to see Dr. Rogers for a second opinion two days later. She confirmed that his tooth needed to be fixed. We came in the day after that and, as you can imagine, my son was more than a little terrified after his previous experience. She sat with him for 2.5 hours (not exaggerating!) and was so incredibly patient with him. She talked him through each step of the process, showed him the instruments, let him ask questions, and (most importantly) actually LISTENED to how he was feeling and let him advocate for himself if needed. My little bugger was not an easy patient, but she took the time to walk him through the procedure and help put his mind at ease. When we walked out he said, “Mommy, that was scary, but it wasn’t like last time. This time it didn’t hurt at all.” I was worried my poor guy was going to have lasting scars from his first experience (and turn into a dentist-phobe like his mother) but, with Dr. Rogers’ patience and expertise, I’m confident that won’t be a problem in the future… as long as she keeps letting him get TWO treasures from the treasure box at the end of each appointment 🙂 She definitely put this mom’s heart at ease and I could not be more grateful.

Who knew that a dental visit could be such a pleasant experience? Kind, thorough, and competent. Great music to listen to while they take care of you. Thank you Brittany and Dr. Rogers for the great cleaning. The receptionists are very kind and funny. The hygienist is very gentle and obviously takes pride in her work. This will be my regular dentist as long as I am in Charlotte, and I look forward to my next visit.

I have no complaints. I received fillings for cavities for two of my front teeth. I’ve read the numbing shot is more painful for the gum at the front of the mouth compared to the back of the mouth because the gum is thinner at the front. However, Dr. Martinez injected the numbing medicine very slowly and I didn’t feel any pain.

Started coming to this practice a few years ago because it was close to my office. Despite changing jobs and living further away, I continue to come here as the staff is top notch. I started out with Dr. Rogers, but since she mostly works out of the NoDa office, I ended up seeing a few other dentists at the university practice. Today, I had Dr. Hoy and it was a very positive experience. During my exam/cleaning, it was noted that one of my fillings was loose. She was able to my fix my filling right after my cleaning (saving me another trip). Having a good dental hygenist is also very important, and I have pretty much had Brittany since I started. She does such a great job cleaning my teeth, pointing things out, and is very personable!

Me and my wife visited them and we had a great experience. Brittany did our tooth cleaning, X-Rays and tooth check. She has a very good patience, she ensured the entire process was painless for us. Doctor Powell and Front desk staff are great and very friendly as well. I Strongly recommend this place if you are looking for the best dentist in Charlotte. They help you to get an appointment in a very short notice. I would like to Thank them for their excellent service and being kind !!!

I highly RECOMMEND Queen City Dental! Dr. Natalie and her team are extremely PROFESSIONAL and always go the extra mile for my dental health. Compared to other practices in the area they are extremely COST EFFECTIVE; whether it may be for a simple cleaning or more invasive procedures. Her along with her staff, are very WELCOMING and CARING. They are NON JUDGMENTAL and always take the time to LISTEN TO YOUR CONCERNS. Dr. Natalie Rogers and her team make you FEEL AT EASE with the procedures. Her location is also very CALMING. I can’t recommend her enough.

Dr. Natalie is great with any patient who has a fear of seeing the dentist. She does a great job of talking to you in a way that is calming and professional. I was never lost at what was going on or what my best options were. I feel as though everyone in the office truly made an effort to ensure my comfortability! Great place to go if you are new to Charlotte and looking!

I did not take care of my teeth over the years by not flossing. This negligence caused me to developed a bad case of Gingivitis. Dr Rogers performed a deep cleaning which has helped my gum and teeth become healthier. Now my gums are no longer bleeding, and my breath does not smell like “40 going North”. Her professionalism and personality were on point! I look forward to employing her services in the future. Preesh Natalie!

BY FAR the best dentist I’ve ever been to. I am someone who is terrified of the dentist. I’ll go years without going out of fear. I’ve been to quite a few dental practices in several different states. Stellar Dental ALWAYS makes me feel good during and after my appointment. I just had a fill in and it was the FIRST TIME it wasn’t a painful process for me. Thank you Stellar Dental and all the staff that makes this place so awesome. I couldn’t give you enough stars for your service.

I absolutely fell in love with this dentist office! Dr. Rogers was AMAZING. She’s super friendly, funny, intelligent, and answered the many questions that I had with no problem whatsoever. She took the time to talk to me and make sure I was up to speed on everything, and once she started on my teeth, she was very thorough. The staff was great to me and made great conversation. This is honestly the best dental office that I’ve ever been to. Being new to the Charlotte area, I felt very welcomed and will definitely be coming back! I’d highly recommend Queen City Dental 🙂
