Over a number of years, I have had a crown replaced, an implant, some small repairs, and regular maintenance from Dr. DeFusco, Dr. Alani and their staff, and never a moment’s trouble. They are caring, competent and professional. I was a dentophobe before I found this office. Another reviewer said that they are almost like family, and I have to agree. They’re the best!

I highly recommend this dentist. They are always kind, warm, and professional. Before coming here, I was a person who was not a fan of going to the dentist, but after getting a tooth extraction (which healed fairly quickly with not much pain) I can honestly say, I refuse to let any other dentist in Pittsburgh touch my mouth. If you’re looking for a good trustworthy dentist, this is the right place to be!

I saw the low mean score and had to comment because my recent experience was pleasant. I had to wait an extra 20 mins but that’s ok the staff was apologetic about it and it happens! Everything other than that was nice. The hygienist was polite and did a good job as well as the doc. It was a routine care appointment.

They don’t rush you out to get to the next person they take their time with each person.I would recommend this dentist and his staff to whoever needs a dentist.
