I am actually ashamed of myself! I have been meaning to write this review for a long time. I have been going to Dr. Matarazzo for 20 years. I look forward to my appointments. Such a nice family business. Dr. Matarazzo and his staff are very kind and professional. The office is spotless. He is an excellent dentist and continues to go back to school and take seminars to keep up-to-date with the latest dental techniques. Dawn, my hygienist, is great! Always enjoy seeing her. I am guilty of not flossing as much as I should; and Dawn does not hesitate to remind me! On a personal note; I was in a really bad accident many years ago with extensive damage to my teeth. Dr. Matarazzo took me right in to begin repairing them. I had to get a cap on my top front tooth…you would never know it is a cap – looks so real! His wife, Joanne, dealt with the insurance companies while I was recovering. I have really nice teeth now, so when I tell people about the accident, they find it hard to believe the extent of the damage because my they look so good. On my first visit many years ago, we sat in his office and discussed my dental needs. We came up with a plan to give me a beautiful smile. Fillings, gum scaling, root canals, caps, teeth whitening, night guards..you name it…I’ve had it all done here I am proud of how good my teeth look. Highly recommend Dr. Matarazzo and his staff. .

I had such a great experience with Dr. Matarazzo. I knocked my front teeth out about 11 years ago and was looking for a more permanent solution to help make my smile natural. I decided to go to Dr. Matarazzo for crowns. He made each step of the process really straightforward and simple. He was very careful to make sure my teeth were exactly as I wanted them to look. I am SO happy with the result. My crowns look like natural, beautiful front teeth. The entire staff is wonderful. I even went back for a follow-up so Dr. Matarazzo could make sure I was 100% satisfied a week later. I am extremely satisfied and would 100% recommend anyone to Dr. Matarazzo for cosmetic dental surgery. I couldn’t have had a better experience for my teeth – which we all know are really important!

I can not give enough starts for Dr. Matarazzo. Quick back story: I have really bad anxiety and a very hard time going to the dentist, hence the poor condition of my teeth. I have Mass Health. I broke my tooth in November. I went to 4 different dentists. I have extensive decay and needed a lot of work done. Because my insurance does not cover much, I was told to remove my 4 front teeth and “just get dentures”. I decided to seek a second opinion from a non mass health Dentist. After much research I found Dr. Matarazzo. From the very 1st phone call with Joanne, I knew I was heading in the right direction. They scheduled me a complimentary consultation. His personality and passion for his specialty put me at ease immediately. He was incredibly professional and really gave me thorough information about my options, in which prior to seeing him, I had only 1 option. Dentures. At 33 years old. He followed up with me twice with a personal letter and a 4 step plan, which would allow me to save my actual teeth! I decided to do a bridge on my 4 front teeth. I walked into the office morning of appointment and had 3 dedicated hours. I was his only patient. His assistant (I forget her name) was amazing. She made me feel at ease and chatted with me to keep me calm. The procedure was 100% painless. 2 teeth extractions, shaping of teeth etc. I had 0 anxiety while I was working with him and his team. (For me, this was a miracle) I left his office with a beautiful new smile! Dr. Matarazzo saved my smile. I literally write this with tears in my eyes and a beautiful smile on my face. If you are seeking a Dentist. Please search no more. This is who you want to see. Thank you Dr. Matarazzo!

I can’t really express how great Dr. Matarazzo is as a dentist. I have had an extreme fear of the dentist and it prevented me from making an appointment for a long time. He immediately made me feel comfortable and got to know me first as a person. After the initial visit he laid out a clear plan and how to approach the dental work that needed to get done. Dr. Matarazzo is a great communicator as to what he is doing during the procedure. My anxiety was put at ease and I did not feel pain during a few different procedures. I have to also say that the staff is wonderful as well. They are very welcoming and always have a smile. If you are looking for the kindest and most skilled dentist in Massachusetts go see Dr. Matarazzo.

Since writing my initial review 4 years ago I have continued to be impressed with the care I receive here. Dr Steve and his team have maintained my teeth for over 15 years. They have always provided top quality dentistry using the latest techniques and technologies, but what sets them apart is the attention to detail. They truly care about their patients and it shows.

..I have been looking for a good cosmetic dentist for awhile and found that in Dr. Stephen Matarazzo and his staff. He gave me back my smile and self-confidence. I appreciate everything that he and his office have done for me . I look forward to each and every visit because i know that I will be treated with professional and friendly service.

I recommend Dr. Matarazzo 100%. Experience was very efficient. I was able to get an appointment at the time I wanted in only 3 days. Everyone in the office was very friendly and professional. As a new patient I just needed a cleaning/checkup and was in and out under an hour. No need to schedule 2 appointments like the dental assembly line (ASPEN). Prices are reasonable for those without insurance. 5 star!
