Family dentist appointment today… We LOVE Dr. Pfeffer and everyone at STL Family Dentistry in Hampton Village. They are patient and kind to my kids. They laugh when the 10 mo old I’m holding, while she cleans my teeth, lifts the bib and goes in for a snack (rejected, because sharp objects in my mouth). Totally understanding when my 4 yo puked after his first mouthwash attempt. Did kids cleanings on my lap until they were comfortable on their own and don’t bat an eye when they pillage the toy/toothbrush area. If you are looking for a great family dentist. Highly recommend.

Everyone who works here is competent and friendly. Hygienist Kate is amazing! She’s great at explaining dental issues. I have never had a hygienist ask if I needed Vaseline on my lips. I had dental work done prior to seeing her and my lips were definitely dry. So appreciated! Have never had a hygienist care enough to do this.

I’ve been going to this place since 2013 or so. I’ve never had any issues and I’m pretty happy with their service. They never charge extra (as some dentists do) and they recently renovated their office so it’s all nice and modern too. I’m pretty happy with this facility and my doctor.

This was the best experience I have ever had at any dentist. Very kind, patient, and answered all of my questions. My interactions with their receptionist, dental assistant, and dentist were all very amazingly understanding. I would highly recommend this office to anyone

We just moved back in the neighborhood so happy to be back! I should have stuck with them when we were out in Imperial. The office is so nice and polite. I have crazy insurance and they have no issues dealing with it. I went to Dr. Pfeffer before I moved and loved him I had to get an emergency crown and have seen Dr Palmer twice and he is awesome as well. Would highly recommend this dental practice

EVERY time I’ve been to this office my expectations have been outrageously exceeded. Every person that works there is exceptional at what they do and it shows with the care that is provided to patients. Additionally, the modern technology and equipment used further provides for an outstanding experience for those needing their services. Is very easy to recommend STL Family Dentistry to anyone needing dental care!

My family and I have been going to St. Louis Family Dentistry for years, now my husband comes here too. Dr. Pheffer is a wonderful dentist, he always makes sure my teeth are in tip top shape, and his attention to detail means a lot. We’ve been going to STL Family Dentistry for years now, what a gem hidden in Hampton Village! We visit twice a year for routine cleanings and I am always impressed with the friendliness of the techs and the dentists. We tend to get in and out, they take care of business and get you on your way. Any time i’ve inquired with a question they are ready with a referral to a nearby partner orthodontist or oral surgeon. If you are looking for a dentist in South City or neighboring area – look no further!

My experience at the dentists office was really positive. The hygienist who cleaned my teeth was very warm and went out of her way to make me feel comfortable. I saw Dr. Pfieffer and my husband saw Waxman. We loved the convenience of the practice, the accessibility of the dentists and how caring and approachable they have been. I had a small concern after my appointment, and Dr. Pfieffer called me from his personal cell phone at home to discuss it. He truly cares about his customers and their families.

Excellent care. Dentistry is very comfortable and fast. Excellent caring and efficient staff. My husband had some difficulty with the recommendation of the dentist. He was not explained why he needed a different type of dental care from the younger female dentist. In South Saint Louis.

These people are wonderful, and this comes from a person who thought they had a fear of dentists. I hadn’t been to a dentist for so long it is embarrassing for me to say, but I needed some dental work. I researched dentists near me, that were covered by my dental plan and these folks looked good. They are. As Dr Ruopp, my dentist says, “The important thing is you are here now”. And my teeth turned out to be in better shape than I thought they were. I’m getting caught up. One hint I do have is don’t rely on contacting them through an email on their site, until you are an established patient, I never did hear back from that. May have just been a day one of the main people was out on leave.

Dr. Pfeffer is the best! Have been going to him for years and I have recommended him to Family and Friends. Today I had filling work. Although it was a procedure that I was not looking forward to, Dr. Pfeffer made it a painless and perfect.
