My 14 yr old was very nervous about getting his braces but everyone made him feel very comfortable and relaxed. They took the time to answer all of his questions and explained everything. My daughters have been patients for many years. It’s been a pleasure whenever we are there. We are greeted with smiling faces which sets my girls at ease. My older kids really didn’t like going to the dentist and I really wanted their younger siblings to have a better experience. From the moment we walked in you notice the difference. Our first visit each of my little ones take a picture with the “MY FIRST DENTAL VISIT” sign…they enjoyed it so much. Each room has a different theme…I personally like the Barn Room but my kids like the Beach Room. Their first experiences they have with a dentist makes such a difference. It was my sons first time seeing an orthodontist, so naturally he was nervous. The front desk staff is very warm and welcoming. As soon as Dr. Rubino walked in he had a smile on his face, introduced himself, spoke to my son a little bit, then explained exactly what he was going to do as he did it. I had a few questions that he answered right away. And i could see my son relax with him, for me that was big because my son hates the dentist and almost wouldn’t even agree to go to the orthodontist. So we have definetly found our orthodontist for all 3 of my kids if needed.

Always a great experience at straight smiles orthodontics. Staff is always friendly and very helpful. Have been coming here 7 years because this is the best dentist and orthodontist in the area. My children always feel comfortable here and as a parent that makes me very happy. The office is clean, the appointments are always on time. Have never had a problem here, and am always happy with all the services I have received for all three of my children. I would give more than 5 stars if I could.

This office is wonderful, from the front desk, to the dental assistants. Dr. Chris and Dr. Rubino are one of a kind, would never go anywhere else. The friendliest group of people you will ever meet, phenomenal bedside manners as well! Every time you enter the buildings you get nothing but smiles and politeness from everyone. Started off at a different Dr.’s office wasn’t thrilled with them. As soon as we met Dr. Rubino, I explained what the previous Dr. was doing and he said no that was wrong. Very happy I trusted my gut and went to visit straight smiles. Office staff are knowledgeable friendly. Dr Rubino and his staff take extra care of your children. While you wait you can play video games in the waiting room.
