Well I came to this office after starting braces with another company. I was not being cared for very well at the previous orthodontist I associated with. Once switching to this office I was given the correct advice to finish my braces in both a healthy and efficient way. We loved our experience today with Dr. Hann and the staff. It was a calm, gentle experience, Dr. Hann and the staff/team greeted us immediately, and during the appointment Dr. Hann explained the treatment and made sure we felt comfortable and informed about where were headed in treatment. My son loved how his technician and Dr. Hann talked him thru the treatment and answered his many questions and made sure he felt comfortable too, and were gentle too working inside his mouth. We very much appreciate the entire office and team always working with us and helping us on this journey! We can be anxious sometimes, and Dr. Hann and the team always makes our visit a positive, calm, efficient, and professional experience, giving tips on care and also scheduling us with ease. I could not be happier with Anderson Orthodontics! I was referred to them by a family dentist for orthodontal treatment for my son. I’m very impressed with Dr. Hann. Since the consultation for my son’s braces, my son and I were sure he was the one to take care of the procedure. He is truthful, meticulous, and conservative in his assessments and recommendations. During the first few weeks of the shutdown due to COVID-19, my son snapped a bracket off his back molar. Dr. Hann’s office didn’t hesitate to get us in and fix him up at his Anderson Ortho office, even though we’re a patient of his at a different office. Another wonderful visit today! My son started his orthodontic journey a few short weeks ago and I couldn’t be happier!! We have been well educated on the process and length of treatment.
