Great professionals and support staff…competent, caring, efficient, accommodating and well versed in providing a safe, healthy covid free environment. Face shields, masks, gloves, protective gowns and plexiglass shields in office. Modern, up to date equipment, well maintained. Sanitized offices between patients. Requested music in office…no problem. Review of procedures and plans for future dental needs. It’s all good.

The Front office staff is so friendly and accommodating, they always make you feel at ease, and welcomed. The dental assistants are fabulous and always do a great job! The Dr’s and Specialists have done fabulous work on my teeth, and my smile has never looked so great!! They deserve 10 stars!! Fantastic Team of People in a beautiful modern office!

The best in metro west. I neglected my oral health for a while because i don’t enjoy going to to dentist at all. Dr. Du and staff caught me up on all my dental needs (fillings, crown, Invisalign, and I am now doing veneers). Dr. Du is an absolute protectionist and my teeth have never been in better care. I recommend her to all in search of a great dentist.

I needed emergency Dental work early on a Saturday morning. My cousin had been going to Dr Du for years and told me there was no better dentist around. Dr Du didn’t hesitate to fit me in on a busy Saturday , but I was even more happy with how professional and competent her staff and hygienist were. The work Dr Du did was efficient and professional, and I will be switching to her office for all my future dental work. So happy to have found her.

New to area needed a dentist. Office was as all reviews stated, friendly, knowledgable, and clean. They seem on top of Covid. I had one of the best exams learned a lot. Front desk person was super and watching her work was amazing not sure Ive seen anyone do so many things at once. Didn’t miss a beat and was the friendliest person Ive ever met. Really great office. Dr Du is a great dentist but also a smart person she has the best group of people working for her. Im really glad to be a patient here.

I spent a considerable amount of my life being intimidated and often disappointed by Dentists. Consequently, I avoided them like the plague for years. Then totally by chance, I happened upon Dr Ronnie Du, while searching out a much needed new dentist. It was the best thing that could have happened to me. She and her staff are truly gifted professionals, that genuinely insist that their patients have the best, most relaxed experience possible. I highly recommend Sudbury Dental Smile Center. They are, in my mind, simply the best!

Dr. Ronnie Du again deserves the best dentist around. She has treated both my spouse and myself this year with gum issues and has more than met our expectations. Her friendly and very competent staff coupled with her true professionalism makes the practice one of the best around. Any procedure done in the office is basically pain free, and we never leave with any concerns. Always a pleasure to go and feel better when we leave. Best dental practice I have ever experienced. I have a dental phobia and from the start I felt good about this office, Kathy who scheduled me made me feel so relaxed about going, the hygienist Katalina was just amazing very gentle and explained things as she went along. The best part is Dr Du she did not make me feel bad about not seeing a dentist in years, she did not pick my teeth apart but in the kindest way told me what was a priority. She was so gentle and friendly asked about my job , my family. This office is full of incredible friendly people I did not get every name but everyone who came by me said hello. While doing my paperwork I watched Kathy engage every patient coming and going she knew them all so well, all the patients were happy. It is the friendliest calmest office I have ever seen. It did not feel like the dentist. Dr Du has the warmest office ever and it makes sense because she is warm herself! I am actually not afraid for the first time ever to go back and this is good for me! Thank you Dr Du and everyone in your office. Dr. Du is literally the best dentist I have ever been to. The office has a very warm and welcoming atmosphere. Dr. Du is very pleasant, professional caring and competent. One other big plus if you need a crown she has the equipment to make them in the office while you wait. Another interesting aside Dr. Du has developed a distraction technique to make your Novocain virtually painless. Dr. Du has my highest recommendation if I could give her 10 stars I would. As an aside if you have fear of dental work this is the perfect place for you. Going to the dentist with Dr. Du is actually a pleasant experience.

I had a pretty complicated dental issue that required tooth extraction and bone grafting. Dr. Du was very patient explaining the whole process to me so that I felt comfortable. Her office was a peaceful place that made me feel relaxed. She and her staff were all very caring. The procedure went super smoothly. I strongly recommend Dr. Du to anyone who needs a good dentist.

Sudbury Dental Smile Office have been our dental office of choice for my wife (Yana) and I (Ted) in the past 15 years. Each time we saw Dr. Ronnie Du & her team we were met by utmost care, courtesy, and brilliant dental services. The office is clean, cozy, and conveniently located in Sudbury. The billing is fair and skillfully optimized to benefit from any insurance we might have. Dr. Du and her staff’s kindness and wonderful sense of humor make us feel pleased and relaxed like being with joyful friends. This office is the best dental office we have ever had in the past fifty years, and we feel blessed and grateful to have it. Therefore, we highly recommend it to our friends and neighbors.

I referred my 90 year old mother to Sudbury Smile Center who broke a tooth.  Dr. Du took her immediately and took such exceptional care of her. The staff was so helpful and caring. I have been a patient of Dr. Ronnie Du for the past eight +years and have been extremely satisfied with all of the dental services she has provided me with which have included fillings , crowns, tooth bondings and numerous cleanings done by her skilled hygienists. Last week I had my teeth cleaned by Cleo , a hygyientist of Dr. Du, She did an outstanding and pain free job as well as giving me helpful advice about flossing and taking care of my teeth. All of the work Dr. Du has done for me has been done correctly the first time around and has stood the test of time! I moved here recently and needed a dentist from the first impression with just my phone call the front office staff was so nice. One woman in particular made me feel at ease when I arrived. The lady at the desk was so helpful and watching her do 5 things at once with a smile and somehow I felt not set aside! Everyone new patients by name, it is what is missing in most places you go today, The hygienist was incredible, informative, kind, explained everything she was going to do and why. Just Super friendly. Then Dr Du came in and was just as sweet and kind with me. They did not embarrass me over not being to a dentist in awhile, which is why I did not go back to my last dentist the hygienist and doctor ridiculed me. Here they just made me laugh a little and talked to me wanting to know me. It was charming, professional and warm. Im getting to know my new community and so many people when I tell them what an amazing experience I had there reply, oh yeah Dr Ronnie is great. I hope in time I call her Dr Ronnie too, for now Dr Du will do! Im so lucky to have picked her office she clearly cares about her patients and took time to find the best support staff Ive ever encountered. I cant stop talking about them! My experience with Dr Du and her staff was outstanding as usual!! Dr Du did a fantastic job with my crown. I had a little discomfort beforehand. Dr Du made sure I was comfortable. She’s a very kind person. I’m so happy I found this practice. My husband and I have been patients 10+ years. Dr Du and her staff are always friendly and ask about our grandchildren during every visit. They make the visit personal. This is a friend and family kind of practice. The care and professionalism maintains its excellence. I highly recommend this the dental practice. My teeth cleaning with Cleo was great as usual!! The entire staff is wonderful! Cathy was especially helpful with our dental insurance. My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Du for about 5 years now. She is a fantastic dentist. She really knows her “stuff”. She is a kind, gentle and sympathetic person. Her dentistry work is impeccable. Dr. Du also cares about people’s budgets. She tries to give the best price. The office has all the latest equipment needed and the environment is spotless. If you are looking for a dentist give Dr. Du a try. You won’t be disappointed.

I cannot say enough good things about every member of staff at this office! I hadn’t been to see a dentist in a while and I was nervous, I was made to feel at ease, and the staff were extremely attentive and thorough. I also brought my 3 year old twins in for a check up and I was so impressed at how they helped my kids feel comfortable, they actually had such a great time there that they frequently ask when they can go back!

Dr. Ronnie Du has such a warm smile and she is always full of positive energy. My teeth look so perfect and I can smile big again! The quality of crown and veneer is amazing, you can hardly tell the difference from the original teeth! (Dr. Du is the perfectionist.) Sudbury Dental Smile Center has an excellent staff to serve your dental needs. The front desk (Kate) has the best and most accommodating office manager, and will go the extra mile to maximize your benefits. The hygienists (Booma, Cleo, Cat, Sam) are all professional yet treat you as a friend. Dr Du is extremely knowledgeable about anything dental; the wall of diplomas should give you an idea of her background and practice. She’s also very approachable and will gladly offer unbiased advice. It’s one thing to have shiny teeth when you leave the dentist, but it takes a lot more to be comfortable and calm GOING to the dentist. Thanks you all!

I have been going to Ronnie for about 18 years. It has been fun to watch her practice develop. I think she is the most caring and concerned dentist I have ever had, and also likely the most skilled. The office staff are great as well. Kathy has done a truly wonderful job in helping me with exploring some solutions for my issues. Great people!

Dr Du is a sincere, gentle doctor who gives a lot of time to her patients. She treated me like family, explained everything really well, eased my dental anxiety. I have had a few appointments now and the service and care is consistent. Everyone in the office is nice too just warm and relaxing. Glad I found her!

My wife and I have been coming to this office for almost a decade, ever since we moved into the area. The expertise and the service here is simply wonderful, and Dr. Du goes out of her way to ensure satisfaction. I truly appreciate the effort from all the staff. I’ve previously had the “pleasure” of being a patient at some dental offices, where it seems like the equipment is at least half a century old. This is certainly not the case at Dr. Du’s office, where they ensure to stay current. During my last visit I had a good number of questions about the recommended procedures and Angie – my hygienist, took the time, both explain and showed on on the screen what exactly was necessary and the reasoning behind the recommendations. Overall as pleasant of an experience as one can have going to the dentist.
