Both my wife and I having braces when we were kids, we know our children would need them too.  We received recommendations from our friends and Dr. Sullivan’s name kept coming up as a place that the kids enjoyed.  Other orthodontists in the area were checked out prior to deciding on coming here, but we couldn’t be happier with our experience.  Our daughter completed treatment in January and our son will be getting his braces on next month.  Very pleased with everything here!

Our experience with Sullivan was absolutely wonderful and nothing short of perfect. Dr. Sullivan is very thorough, patient, and friendly. She took extra care to talk to my daughter about her teeth and braces and made her feel important. The entire office staff is upbeat, professional, and welcoming. We especially loved the flexibility they offered with scheduling and the extra effort they made at then end of her treatment to coordinate care with a dentist to help fix her bonded front teeth to make her smile perfect after two years of braces. That support continued when my daughter had issues with her retainer (probably my daughters own fault- not theirs). I will not hesitate to recommend Sullivan to all my friends and look forward to taking my son in then near future. Thank you Dr.Sullivan!

I cannot praise Dr. Sullivan and her team enough for how incredible they are. They gave me the smile of my dreams and the confidence I needed. My daughter “shopped around” for an orthodontist. After leaving Dr. Sullivan’s office she knew that Dr. Sullivan was the best pick! Everyone in the office is inviting, warm and friendly. Dr. Sullivan and her whole staff make you feel like so much more than a patient or client. My daughter’s braces just came off, and her smile is simply perfect. My other two children will be in her office soon. This office is the BEST!

I don’t write reviews on Yelp but their service and client treatment compelled me to. I’m from the West Coast and was only spending my summer over Ohio. Hence, I had no dentist/orthodontist in the area. Unfortunately, one of my brackets fell loose a month before I could go back. I called a few clinics and got referred to Dr. Sullivan. I called them for an appointment and immediately got one the next day. When I asked for how much would it cost, they told me it would be free of charge because they only had to glue my bracket back on my tooth. I thought I misheard it so I still brought my debit card with me when I went for my appointment. When I got there, I was immediately attended to, barely no waiting time. Sweet! Alyssa and Dr. Sullivan were super friendly and personable! Very welcoming! Although they knew that I was only a visiting temporary patient! I felt like I was treated as if I was regular client. After my bracket was glued back, I then asked again how much it was. They again told me that it was free. I was amazed! I’m not from their clinic so I do expect that I would be charged at least even at the minimal. Their service and client treatment is superb! Had I been living in Ohio, I would have had switched to Dr. Sullivan and be a loyal client for as many years to come! If you’re still looking for a dentist/orthodontist, I really recommend Sullivan Orthodontics.

What a wonderful, warm and beautiful office. Both of my kids have braces. They are happy to go in. Every person that works there is friendly and seem like they truly love their job. Dr. Sullivan is kind and unassuming, and very approachable as well as very talented! I would recommend Sullivan orthodontics to anyone!

Dr. Sullivan has been providing excellent care for both kids for several years. From initial evaluation to monitoring after braces come off. She takes time to explain to kids and parents. Office is welcoming, accommodating and responsive to any interval needs. Highly recommended! Kids love her.

Both my children have had gone to Dr. Sullivan and her team for their braces. I CANNOT say enough about the technical expertise and customer service that we consistently received! The team did everything imaginable to make the visits for my children and me comfortable and fun! They went above and beyond to deliver every single aspect of care.
