Absolutely amazing service fit me in in less than 24 hrs with dr Warner heathman and I couldn’t be happier with bedside manner staff and his work! Had 26 teeth removed and immediate dentures placed and day 2 I am hurting a lot less than expected and so super happy they gave this 29 year old a new life I’m forever in debt to them with gratitude

Excellent customer service. I was skeptical at first because I was going in for an initial consultation and even though I was referred by another dentist they were talking about a $59 consultation fee. I was like the dentist already consulted with me when she referred me to you and sent me with this referral slip saying what tooth to extract. But the consultation included a panoramic x-ray, and real time conversation with the oral surgeon soon after. The follow up appointment was booked almost immediately and they worked real hard with my medical and dental insurances. I just had my surgery. It went excellent. I feel no pain, but doctor wrote two Rx just in case. Pain and reliever and an antibiotic. Very satisfied with results. Special thanks to Marisol and Grecia. Highly recommend.

I moved to Houston from Florida and had a great experience here with the full staff at this location! I was very speechless with such out standing customer services they provided! The Doctor put me to sleep with out me even knowing when, he makes you at ease!! Young Lady named Aurora was awesome, she made me really relax even while in pain! When it was all done she still remained by my side until I was able to get up to walk!!! Love this place I recommend with my eyes close!! Thank you all so much!

Overall great service. From the front desk staff to Dr. Thang I can’t say anything but positive things about them. I got all 4 wisdom teeth pulled on a Wednesday and had very minimal pain or discomfort the days following. My concerns were all addressed when I went in for my follow up appointment. Even when I called a few weeks after with some billing questions the front desk staff was able to immediately help. Overall very glad I chose Summerwood Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery for my procedure. Summerwood Oral Surgery is so professional! They are extremely kind and they took care of me. I was so happy after my procedure. I was very nervous in the beginning and everyone there reassured me I was in good hands and not to stress. Dr. Justin Seaman also let me borrow a CD for relaxation and took care of my needs. I was not in pain after the procedure and did not use the medication after day 1. I will be returning next year and I look forward seeing the wonderful staff again! Laura is in the front and she is soooo warm and caring. __________________________________________________________________ Post #2 in 2021: I came back! This time, I had a broken tooth during my pregnancy and I was 50/50. At first, I was not nervous because I already knew Valerie (Office Manager) and her staff is so kind! The ladies there are genuine, sweet, and very understanding. I was nervous on the day of surgery because I am pregnant and it wasn’t the ideal situation. Dr. Thang and Unique (Assistant) both sat down with me during consultation and surgery day. Surgery day, I was nervous because I couldn’t stop thinking about the baby. Dr. Thang used topical ointment and shots (approved by OBGYN) for numbing and talked to me the entire time. Dr. Thang has really great bed side manner, he is very professional and kind. Unique is also professional and spoke to me with facts and logic for the entire procedure. When my stiches came out I was so happy, I knew I healed great! I go back in 2022 to complete my implant! I look forward seeing everyone again!

Last week, I had all 4 of my wisdom teeth taken out. Dr. Thang and his team did a really great job. Everything was thoroughly explained and everything was answered without question. I honestly had no pain at all and just minor swelling which subsided after 3 days. I was in and out with a blink of an eye. I would really recommend this place.

I went to get my wisdom tooth extracted, and had the best experience ever. They have such friendly staff, the place is really clean. I was so scared about the anesthesia part but Dr. Thang and his staff made it go so smoothly they played some music and we were talking and laughing while they prepared me for surgery that I don’t even remember when I fell asleep. The answer service is the best. I’m so glad they referred me to them!! Also Dr Thang was so professional explaining all the details of the procedure

I went here twice to get a tooth removed and I had the best experience on both occasions. Staff is very friendly and Dr. Chris Thang is awesome. He always try to make small talk during the procedure to get you talking. Next thing you know you wake up in a wheel chair rolling out of the office to go home. LOL! I love sleeping through surgery. Wish I could give it 10 stars. Would definitely recommend. There new office is pretty dope too.

I am not a fan of dentists, nor a fan of needing a tooth extracted. I have never been put under using anesthesia in my life. So my anxiety levels were extremely high going in! I was greeted as usual and escorted to my room. I had Grecia and Kathleen working with me to get me set up and feeling comfortable. They were very sweet and set me up with some nitrous oxide to help calm me down before the doctor came in for the IV. Dr. Thang came in and made sure he got a good IV line set up and told me I should start feeling less stress. That’s all I remember! Next thing I knew, the assistant was helping my wife get me in the car to go home. I never felt a thing and even days after, the pain level was minimal. Take it from someone who is not a fan and hates pain, this was the best dental experience I’ve ever had! I have found my “go to” dentist for any future work of this nature! They have my recommendation 110%

The staff here are super friendly and welcoming. I was really nervous about having 3 molars removed, but I was quickly put at ease. They were super informative as well and made sure to call and remind me of my appointments. The entire staff was really helpful following my appointment too! I would recommend this place to anyone. The best dental experience ever!!! Dr. Thang is the best and Kathleen was great as well.
