Dr. Ok & the staff are wonderful! My first visit, they informed me of issues that my previous dentists never caught and/or made me aware of! We worked on a plan for when each issues will be taken care of. Dr. Ok is informative, sweet & funny. I have been to the office a few times already & have never waited more than 10 minutes. The staff has done a great job at handling the office & are very lovely to interact with. Although this office is a little far for me, I would not switch to another one!

I’ve finally found a dentist that I can stick with. I’m very particular when it comes to dentists and I have been jumping around since I moved to Chatham a few years ago. Dr Ok is SO fantastic, that when I moved away from the Summit area, I continued to drive an hour for my dental appointments. She is kind, pleasant, thorough, and most importantly GENTLE! I have NEVER felt the tiniest bit of pain sitting in her chair. She goes above and beyond to make you comfortable, from the tvs, to the fact that she makes it so that you don’t feel the numbing shots AT ALL. Dr Ok has done countless cavities, crowns and even two root canals on me (bad genes) and I’ve never been nervous, never in pain, and my teeth always look beautiful when I leave.

One Stop for all the Dental needs with the best Service. I was a new patient at Summit Dentist. All the details that were needed were very patiently entered by the people at the Front Desk (Dee and Sharon). She was very sweet and made the appointment process very easy. After I checked-in all the COVID protocols were followed and Temp was taken, was greeted at entry as well as when I walked past the other doctor – Dr OK. The staff is very friendly. I was told to sit in one of the rooms for my Routine cleaning. I was greeted by an assistant called Rohail. Talked well, took my X-ray and asked if I needed anything. Dr Welfel later took charge of the cleaning. She made sure all areas were deep cleaned and also nicely explained me the issues in my tooth I may face by walking me through the X-Ray. At every few minutes she asked me if I’m ok. She also emphasized as to when and how soon I should get the treatment done. So they are not at all in a hurry to put you in a treatment plan. In the End they also gave a nice goodie bag as well as payment process was smooth. I would highly recommend Summit Dentist for all dental needs and will surely take my family here as well as refer it to my friends.

I’ve jumped around from dentist to dentist since moving to the suburbs. My schedule provides very little extra time and this office went above and beyond to accommodate my schedule with a flexible weekend appointment and provide superior level of dental service. Not only were they responsive and overly accommodating to my schedule, but their staff was highly knowledgeable and efficient with the cleaning service. My cleaning was the most thorough I’ve ever had, they used new equipment, and have all the bells and whistles (tv’s/music etc.) to make it an enjoyable experience. This was the first time I didn’t feel like they were trying to push me into additional services. They were honest with my dental health and recognized that I may need a crown in the future, but they didn’t push to do it immediately. Rather, they provided me with several other options to maintain my oral health without having to rush into an expensive procedure prematurely. I’ve been following their recommendation and my tooth is doing much better. I really appreciate their honesty and trust their practice. I highly recommend them!
