From the front desk to the X-ray tech, the hygienist, the assistant, and the dentist herself, everyone was so wonderful. They treated me like a person, always professional and compassionate. I literally left my first appointment with tears in my eyes because I had for the first time been treated with respect at the dentist. And I could feel that the bar was definitely raised at this office. They treat people with respect, you’re not just a dollar sign here. And everything they do is so professional it was just a joy to switch over to this practice!!!

warm caring I was soo very nervous about my root canal like most can be, the dr and her assistant were so sweet kept checking on me making sure I was comfortable in courage my headphones to help keep me calm they even asked if I needed to use the restroom. best part was I felt no pain during or after I really enjoyed this office, just love this place.

This is a wonderful place to get your teeth all cleaned and fixed up! The staff is all friendly and welcoming and super helpful with setting up appointments accordingly. Especially Hygenist Valerie as she is always very warm and gentle when cleaning my teeth every time I come here. Staff is courteous and I didn’t have to wait long. One helped me fix my temporary crown within minutes. The hygienist explained to me the process of cleaning my teeth so I was not let in the dark. She also shared her reasons for choosing the profession, she had some very genuine and thoughtful things to say . So I felt very comfortable knowing she was working on my teeth. And I got free dental floss!

I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. They have such a positive atmosphere and attitude. Explains everything so throughly to you and the process. They were able to do my fillings on my first day and help temporarily with the pain I have with a severely decayed tooth until my root canal is approved. I had such nice and welcoming conversations with each and everyone. I will not go any where else. Here feels like home.

Everyone here is extremely nice and professional. I have poor dental hygiene and was in excruciating pain. I randomly called them and was helped by a British-accented receptionist that managed to get me in that same day. I had my teeth x-rayed by the nicest dental assistant. Unfortunately for me, my tooth was too bad and we had to extract it. I expected that. I’m not fond of dental offices because I didn’t grow up with proper dental hygiene as a priority. We were poor. If you had to choose between eating and a tooth brush, tooth paste and mouth wash, you choose food. I don’t blame my parents. But because of that up bringing, dental hygiene wasn’t indoctrinated into my lifestyle. By the time I had dental insurance from work it was already too late. The previous dental clinic pretty much told me my teeth were beyond saving. My teeth aren’t any better but the folks at Sunnyside Similes don’t shame me about it. I’m happy going there.

Small place, but the Dr. is super nice and gentle with her dentistry work. Very clean place. I have delta dental insurance which they accepted. ^.^ so far I’ve gone to get a temporary crown and my experience was good. I wouldn’t say a happy one just because I hate the dentist, and needles. I’m sure my next appointment will be as breezy as my previous one.

Best experience I ever had with a dentist. Someone did not show up so they did everything X-Ray, filling and had my wisdom teeth removed. I don’t like dentist, but they really helped me relax and keep me calm. They explained what was wrong and how to have a better and proper hygiene. Honestly, every single worker was helpful. What an amazing dental practice! The staff are incredible! I’ve had some bad experiences with other dentists in the past, but not here. Everyone made me feel like they were there to help and that I was a person, not just a number. I have been there twice now and both times everything was thoroughly explained, I did not have to wait past my scheduled appointment time, the procedures they would be performing were laid out in advance and the charges were reviewed with me ahead of time so that I understood. I had three teeth extracted June 9th as the result of normal deterioration over the course of 20+ years after a horrific car accident and poor dental maintenance. My dentist and her assistant did a fabulous job of extracting the teeth needing removal. Just the right amount of drugs were administered to keep the pain level nearly non-existent. And as always, the office staff was superb. The folks gave me all the necessary information and advice as to what I would be experiencing. I needed some cavities filled and I happen to have TMJ. They were able to use the laughing gas to help relax the tension in my jaw. It helped so much and the staff was very helpful and friendly. I had also referred my father here, he had developed an infection in his mouth overnight, they got him in quickly the next day. Very accommodating and attentive. I love this place. The faculty was amazing. The ladies who worked there was amazing. They’re all so sweet and positive and most of all welcoming. Overall my three visits I’ve been too has all been great and positive. And even when I had a issues they set up an appointment for me right away. 10 stars plus if I could. Most of all I love the fact that its run by all women.
