I have been going to this dentist for a few years now. It’s hard finding a good dentist, and after seeing a few duds, I was very impressed by this office. The office staff are super nice, and the dentists themselves are so personable and sweet. Everyone is always on time, so there is barely any wait, and I am able to get in and out of a cleaning in about 20 minutes, including x-rays. I highly recommend seeing the dentists here if you are looking for a new dentist.

I have always been afraid of the dentist I mean I would rather do public speaking than go to the dentist. When I called I asked if they were gentle and would be gentle with someone who is TERRIFIED. I don;t know if they put out an APB to everyone because everyone was so kind and patient with me. They took their time, explained every step, always made sure I was okay. I have been a patient every since, that was almost 2 years ago!! Love my dentist and love the staff!!

Dr. Kwon is hands down one of the nicest and most professional dentists I’ve ever been to.  I recently went to another dentist for x-rays and an exam and she wanted to overcharge me for a small filling.  My boyfriend called Sunset Dental for a quote for me (because I’m kind of shy) and the person who answered was super nice and the price was really fair.  During the filling, Dr. Kwon told me exactly what he was doing and why.  He was also really gentle and made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure. I’ll be sure to come here for my exams, cleaning, and dental work in the future!

I am a colleague dentist of Dr. Andrew Kwon’s and a patient of his as well.  I want to let people know how dedicated Dr. Kwon is to his profession and to his patients.  I have never seen any doctor in my life care as much about his patients as he does.  He calls every single patient the night of any treatment that they have had during the day to see how they are doing after treatment.  He also is constantly studying to see what the latest techniques and advancements are in dentistry.  He also teaches other dentists how to do dental procedures such as root canals up in Santa Barbara and in Los Angeles.  He is truly one of a kind as he will do anything to make sure that you are comfortable during your dental visit.  I have a very sore neck and he gives me a pillow, sunglasses, lip balm and topical for my sensitive gums just for a cleaning.  I am truly grateful to be a part of this practice but also to be a patient of Dr Kwon’s.  Please check out the amazing service and level of care at Dr. Kwon’s dental office.  Lastly, if you have no insurance or you need a more affordable/cheap price for dentistry, I know dr Kwon will take care of you the same way but for a reduced fee.   He is also a dentist open saturday and on the weekend.  Iknow you will not be disappointed but glad that you came to visit.

Sunset Dental Professionals is the absolute best dental office I have been fortunate enough to find! I am a massive basket case when it comes to work being done in my mouth because of a horrible past experience, but Dr. Kim and Dr. Kwon are wonderful! They are patient, gentle, and very caring. They take their time to calm your nerves, listen to you, and they explain in detail what they are doing to you every step of the way. I have never experienced dentistry like this. They even check up on you, personally, after the procedure is completed. I highly recommend Sunset Dental Professionals to everybody.

AMAZING experience from start to finish! Our puppy destroyed my Mom’s dentures and we needed to get an asap appt. We were seen that morning and the staff could not have been kinder. Mom has late stage Alzheimer’s and Dr. Kim, Valerie, Corrina and the rest of the staff went out of their way to make sure Mom was comfortable during her procedure. I have been coming to this location for 7 years now. Dr. Kwon, and his staff are excellent human beings and are experts when it comes to all teeth related things. They are also flexible when it comes to scheduling as well. I no longer live close but I still go out of way to drive out here for dental work. Keep up the good work and continue being excellent.

I had Dr.Kwon as my dentist and this was my first visit in 7 years! (I know.. gross but I didn’t have health care and let’s be real the system is broken) So of course I was scared to know how my visit was going to go. I let Dr. Kwon and the MA know how long it’s been and I loved that they explained EVERYTHING to me without me asking. There were no surprises. He was very thorough, clean, nice and easy to talk to! Thank you for making my first experience back great. I’m so glad I found a place I can trust and come to regularly now for my 6 month check ups. (So thankful I have no cavities!)  Thank you Sunset Dental!!!!

Wow. If you’re anything like me, then the thought of going to the dentist is PRETTY SCARY. I hadn’t been to a dentist in years and knew it was about time. I took a chance and came here and OMG this place is so great. The staff is cooperative and friendly and the dentist is phenomenal. Stop letting scary dentists keep you from setting your appointment. Come here!!! I promise dude, I promise

I had two wisdom teeth removed on Jan 5. My experienced was amazing. I loved my surgeon and his assistant. The whole process was smooth and easy 30 minutes. They said they are going to put me to sleep, but its more they injected Valium through my IV in which i was so high and and hallucinating a bit, then done! And today was my check up visit. I know everytime I came its always the two dentist (+one surgeon), and usually theyre pretty friendly, pitter patter making small talk, introducing themselves. But today i felt the dentist that saw me was rather ‘cold’ than friendly. And im planning to do my bridge and it will divided in two sessions and im allowed to split the payment into two. Which is very convenient. And they never pushy at all. You can schedule whenever you want to for procedure/ for a simple visit
