We cannot rate any higher? This place is off the charts phenomenal! I highly recommend surprise orthodontics to anyone looking for orthodontic care! They are always very welcoming and super sweet. I always feared the financial aspect of braces for my kids but not only is our plan very affordable the staff are always just a phone call or text away and the response time is amazingly fast! I love love love this staffing and it’s awesome to hear my daughter excited to go to her next appointment! We love them all from the girls in the front to the girls in the back and right up to the Dr himself they do a great job we feel like we’re visiting family it’s that nice in the office! We couldn’t be happier here they’re truly all great u can’t go wrong! We love to brag about them and will continue to do so for years to come!

I just wanted say thank you again for fixing my son’s bracket. We called your office on Wednesday evening before Thanksgiving at 4:20pm and was totally expecting to get voicemail saying that the office was closed for the Thanksgiving holiday. Not only was the office open, but you were able to schedule an appointment for him at 4:40pm the same day. That is incredible, we were in shock that you were able to make that happen and he wouldn’t have to spend the weekend with a broken bracket. We’ve never had anything less than a great experience at all of our appointments or phone calls with the office and staff. Thank you so very much for everything you do.

This is honestly the BEST office ever!!! They are so professional! They have a super clean office that has amazing decor!! They are very friendly and a lot of fun!! They have a rewards program. My daughters teeth have changed so very much!! The price they quoted us has never changed. They haven’t tried to add anything on over the course of her treatment. I honestly will miss them as our treatment will end soon.

I can’t say enough how pleased I was with how patient oriented this practice was. I went to get an opinion from the Doctor as I have been suffering from TMJ for about 9 months. They took all kinds of pictures and an X-ray and spent sooo much time listening to me and answering my questions. I wanted to see if my jaw was out of alignment and whether orthodontics was the answer- Dr. informed me my jaw was not out of line and said I didn’t need. They also gave me other suggestions and even helped me to get a second opinion from a TMJ specialist. If you are at all contemplating orthodontics I would highly recommend this team and Becky in this office is extremely helpful and full of good information.

I love the staff there dr.kamal is really nice! I love here ! Better than any other place you could go to, they’re so generous in there. i was always happy there when I had my braces on, and now i go there and ilove it as well! Also, it is always very neat and clean in Surprise Orthodontics! Dr.Kamal and his staff knows what they are doing and how to treat there customers/patients! Highly recommend going to see them if you need a good orthodontist! Nothing is different without besides him not being there all the time!

We just love surprise orthodontics ! They have a vary friendly staff. Always positive loving attitudes. My first experience with Surprise Orthodontics was amazing. I’ve worn a retainer at night for the past 15 years to keep my teeth from shifting and felt that it was time to get a new one. When I called Surprise Orthodontics, they were able to get me in within a week. I arrived 30 minutes early and the check-in process was extremely easy. They took my temperature and had me fill out a COVID-19 waiver, but that was it. No unnecessary and redundant forms. After waiting just a couple minutes, they brought me back for my appointment (20 minutes early). To prepare for my new retainer, they took a digital scan of my teeth and gums. The entire process took about 30 minutes. I went home and ordered my retainer from Retainer Club based on the scan done at Surprise Orthodontics and will come in again next week to make sure it fits perfectly. Very impressed with the price ($50 for the scan and $100 for the retainer) and the service. Highly recommend.

All of our teeth look great! Both Dr. Feldman and Dr. Kamal have done a fantastic job!!! Matt is no longer having as many issues with swallowing food whole (now that his bite is corrected). And Isaac is almost done with his Phase1 treatment. My bite has been bothering me for years and now it’s getting fixed as well! As an employee, I love this place! But being a patient too has been a super easy process and we all love getting out teeth worked on here 🙂 thank you Surprise Orthodontics!!!

When I first was looking to get braces I was told that I would have to wear them for 2-3 years and have teeth pulled. I knew right them that wasn’t the orthodontist for me. Then I got referred to Feldman Orthodontics and I was in love. I only had to have them on for a year and a half and no teeth had to get pull. I have recently got my braces off this past August and I am 100% happy with the results. I love to smile and love getting compliments on how amazing my smile looks. I would recommend Feldman Orthodontics to anyone who asks. The staff is especially friendly and the doctor knows what he is doing. Their kind, professional staff recognizes my daughter and knows her by name each time she arrives. They are very efficient and time conscious. We rarely have to wait more than five minutes for appointments and that includes the times we arrive early. Dr. Kamal Alfakiani (“Dr. Kamal”) knew he wanted a career in the medical or dental field at a young age. He was drawn to orthodontics upon learning how the specialty combines artistry with the fundamentals of science. He says, “I love creating healthy and beautiful smiles!”. Dr. Kamal completed his Masters Degree in Orthodontics at the University of Buffalo, School of Medicine in 2005 and immediately became an Assistant Professor in the Department of Orthodontics. Prior to his residency, he completed his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at Damascus University. Dr. Kamal is an active member of the American Association of Orthodontics as well as the Pacific Coast Society of Orthodontists. He is a past adjunct professor at AT Still University in Mesa, where his focus was teaching orthodontic residents Invisalign techniques. Dr. Kamal’s wife and four children, two girls and two boys, help keep him active. When he is not practicing or teaching orthodontics, you can find him watching a soccer game or playing in one—usually as goalie. He has been a big soccer fan since he was a child and his favorite team is Liverpool. He also loves brain games and trivia and has been known as a “walking encyclopedia” with his amusing, and sometimes random, facts. Supporting his community and those in need is a passion of Dr. Kamal’s. Some of his favorite charitable organizations to support include Arizona Autism United, Aid to Adoption of Special Kids (AASK), Arizona Burn Foundation, Cultural Cup and the Arizona Military Family Relief Fund.
