The office is amazing! The staff is incredible, so friendly and chatty, that you don’t feel like you’re at a dental office, you feel like you’re hanging out with friends. Dr. Patel is as professional as can be and simplifies things so you can understand what is going on. He shows actual photos of your teeth, so you don’t have to guess which teeth have cavities and which don’t. Also he is really good and explaining things with the tooth models he has. The artwork in there is beautiful and is and added touch. I have referred all of my co-workers there and they all love it as well.

Best dentist experience I have ever had in my whole life, and I have dental anxiety! The receptionist was so sweet she was able to prioritize me for a same day appointment! (I needed work from another dentist fixed) The office is SO NICE its decorated super cute and extremely clean/sanitary. The staff is so empathetic, caring and attentive and very knowledgeable, the dentist and the staff take their time with you and really explain what’s going on and address all of your concerns. Dr. Patel is very gentle and I do not feel worried about going in for future work. Tracy is so very helpful, she has gone above and beyond to assist me with insurance questions. I am so glad to find a dentist that cares about their patients with a very high quality and professional staff. Super easy to get in contact with this office, very prompt correspondence. Could not recommend this office enough. Lots of parking available as well very easy to access this location. They are also taking COVID VERY seriously and are using all of the best practices with masks and not letting people gather in the waiting room and other safety measures I very much appreciated.

I’d recommend this place if you have insurance that covers periodic cleanings. It’s super clean and they go to great lengths to relax you. I ended up needing a deep clean and it was affordable.Although they’ll mention additional services, like whitening or mouth guards, I feel like Dr. Patel didn’t try to talk me into unnecessary expenses, was very honest, and wasn’t pushy.

Hadn’t been to the Dentist in almost 15 years but after getting a flyer in the mail and checking out Sweet Tooth Dental I won’t wait that long to return. Fair prices, friendly staff and clean, fun office are just a few of the reasons. Dentist gave a cleaning and check-up and went over a plan of action/care with me for follow ups. Didn’t feel I was being sold on things I didn’t need and was allowed to make my own plan of action as far as what to tackle first. Would recommend to others and in fact have already recommended my wife change dentists.

I searched and searched for an awesome dentist and FINALLY found my go to guy.  From the second you walk in the door Diane at the front desk greets you with a super warm welcome, and a big beautiful smile.   The office is beautiful and centrally located, no matter where you live in Austin.  Dr. Patel is very thorough and explains everything, making sure that you are comfortable at all times during your visit.  They even called me to check up the next day after I had a couple fillings done. He is conservative in his work and doesn’t try and sell you anything you don’t absolutely need.     If you’re new to Austin or hate your current dentist, I highly recommend you check out Dr.Patel at Sweet Tooth, you won’t be disappointed.

I had a minor dental emergency and the staff at Sweet Tooth impressed me even more the second time. I was seen within hours for a checkup and was treated that afternoon. I can not thank Dr. Patel and his staff enough for saving the day and making sure I was taken care of, especially since the weekend was approaching. After this 5 star treatment, I would recommend Dr. Patel to all of my friends and family. He is the best and brings a smile to your face at all times.

I’ve lived in MA, NC, NYC, and now TX. No dentist has provided a better environment or service than Dr. Patel and his team. Their customer service is exceptional! I got cosmetic work done and I needed to go to a lab to get my new teeth to match in color and shape to the rest of my teeth. However, I don’t have a vehicle at the moment, so Robin even offered to drive me there if I couldn’t find a ride! My teeth look amazing, and I couldn’t be happier. After being a patient of Dr. Patel for well over 2 years, it’s time for me to write a review. What can I say? Dr. Patel is wonderful! I really appreciate how “hi-tech” his equipment is — which I believe is critical when going to the dentist and keeping up in our tech savvy city. You even get to pick your own Pandora station during your checkup! Appointments start are on time and you’re never left waiting for another patient to finish up. Also, I’ve never felt that Dr. Patel has ever tried to upsell me, which unfortunately has happened one too many times in the past with other dentists. He lets you know what work (if anything outside of a cleaning) is needed and has a gentle hand to complete the work. I would highly recommend this office! Added bonus, they have a convenient S. Congress location. 🙂

Dr. Patel saw me on a weekend night with no notice due to a minor mouth emergency.  His care, bedside manner, and dental procedures were second to none.  I have had mouth problems my whole life:  infections, root canals, oral surgery, countless crowns, cavities, gingivectomies so I am no stranger to dental work as one Dentist used to joke to me.  Also, my significant other is a surgeon so I feel I have a heightened awareness to medical practitioners.  Dr. Neil Patel is first class all the way.  I would recommend him to my closest friends and colleagues without hesitation.

The environment speaks for itself– super engaging and very comfortable. Dr. Patel and his staff treat you like friends. I’ve been to a few dentists around Austin and this is the first time where the doctor was actively involved in the cleaning process. He was happy to answer my questions thoroughly and engage in substantive conversation. Definitely my best dental experience to date and will be back.

I stumbled across the place recently because it’s close to home and work but I’ve really enjoyed my two visits there. The office is welcoming, clean and organized and the staff is really friendly. The dental assistants are genuine and nice and Dr. Patel really ensures quality work is happening. Plus, they let you jam out to whatever you like while you get worked on.

First impressions are always the most important, the minute I walked in at Dr Patels office I was greeted by a friendly receptionist who checked me in and directed me to the waiting area, seriously a record player? How awesome is that! Dr Patel explains every procedure throughly and patiently answers any questions I may have. He always makes me feel comfortable and takes his time and does not rush me out as I have experienced with other dentist before. Since then I have recommended him to my friends and they also agree how good of dentist he is.

Great service! Best dentist and staff that I have ever had! Dr.Patel and his staff are wonderful not to mention the clinic should win an award for best interior design.  Modern, comfortable and Austin cool. When I asked Dr.Patel if I needed the work that my last dentist told me I needed he said no my teeth are in good shape:) Finally someone that is honest and is not trying to sell me something I don’t absolutely need.

I’ve been seeing Dr Patel for 5 years now and am consistently pleased with his services, staff and ambiance of the office in general. I’ve been a life long hater of the dentist due to poor childhood experiences but Dr Patel has changed that, and is always patient and kind as my nerves idle. Most recently I was blown away at his memory of the dental work he’s done on me a few years back and ability to quickly point out what might be the issue when I came in one morning. He was kind enough to squeeze me in first thing in the morning when I came in with a massive toothache. Thank you Dr Patel & staff for all you do!

Dr. Patel is great. Currently seeing him for my Invisalign treatment (as well as regular checkups); he is prompt, professional and dedicated. During my visits, I’m always asked what Pandora station I’d like to listen to, which is pretty cool. At the end of a visit, Dr. Patel always takes time to answer any questions I have to ensure I understand my treatment. The office itself is nice and modern. Would recommend to friends and family.

I am very scared of the dentist I hate going but Dr. Patel and Felisa made my experience at the dentist great. Dr. Patel and his staff are the greatest! They make you feel welcome and put you at ease the second you walk in the door. The office itself is in a great location close to downtown but not too close to where it’s impossible to find parking and turns into a hassle. The waiting room feels like a living room with beautiful art on the walls, a tv, and while you wait, (which is rare) you’re encouraged to play your favorite record from Doc’s extensive personal collection! So AUSTIN!!! Love it! His staff is warm and knowledgeable and not to mention cool. They make you feel like family and I truly believe after 3 years of attending this practice they have my best interest at heart and I’m proud to call each one of them my friend. I’ve never had an issue with any of the work I’ve had done which includes everything from a simple cleaning, to my wisdom teeth being taken out, to bleaching. It’s easy to get an appointment but most often not day of as I believe they’re growing in popularity. However, if it’s an emergency they’ll do their best to fit you in. They offer nitrous for those of us with dental anxiety and even have a mini bar up front if that’s your preferred way of calming your nerves. I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else for my dental health.

Pet Friendly Dentist There are so many options in Downtown Austin and SoCo that I was pleasantly surprised that I didn’t have to worry about the safety of my two dogs. I went in to ask a few questions about Invisalign and they couldn’t have been more friendly and knowledgeable. So, with so many options, why not go somewhere that is pet friendly? Your ‘babies’ will thank you… with extra kisses or.. not tearing up your carpet anymore.

This place is amazing! Dr. Patel was incredible and tremendously courteous to everything I was curious about and greatly helpful with the suggestions he gave me throughout my trip in! Not to mention he was awesome with making me feel comfortable and at home even though it was my first visit in! I found myself and my families Austin dentist! Vive Dr. Patel!!

Dr. Patel and staff are incredibly nice, which makes visiting them so enjoyable! Going to the dentists can usually be uneventful, but here you’re visiting friends and that completely made the difference for me. The entire staff is genuine & kind on the phone and in person. I was caught off guard that after an entire year, they remembered all these details from our first conversation and were genuinely interested in how I was doing. Even the dental assistant I hadn’t met before had such a great conversation with me about the holidays. The absolute bonus for me is the dope artwork that surrounds the office and the very cool atmosphere in the waiting room. Very “Austin”, which as a creative, I love! Please do yourself the favor and stop going to these old school dentist offices with doctors that don’t care about you. Sweet Tooth is modern, professional, and the only place I want to go to for dentistry. Dr. Patel puts a lot of thought into his staff, your experience, the office vibes, and the overall process. On top of that, he’s just a nice guy that really cares about you as the patient. You will be seriously impressed when you go in.

Scheduling with Dr. Patel was super easy, and his office was the nicest (and most clean) that I’ve ever seen in the healthcare industry. The style alone makes it very relaxing, but Dr. Patel’s calm attitude and professionalism also helps set a great tone. I was recommended to visit Dr. Patel by a friend of mine who was also pleased with his care, and I’m happy to say I agree 100%. I will be returning for my next procedure. Great team.

Best dental experience I’ve ever had! Great spot and convenient. Doctor Patel was very knowledgable and explained everything in detail. I love that he has an intraoral camera and could show me everything he was talking about. Diane in the front desk was extremely helpful with my insurance questions and the assistant was fun to talk to while I got my xrays done. Update: Another great experience when I went back to get some fillings done! Prompt, professional and 100% painless. I’ve never had an easier dental appointment for having work done.

I am always skeptical of going to the dentists because of the pain (physical pain and the one in my wallet). I went in for a routine cleaning and consult and found i needed to replace a filling and had a few cavities. During the dentist appointment I was already adding in my mind how much all this was going to cost me. To my surprise once I was done and checking out, I owed nothing for the first visit. Diane (the receptionist) already had a printed schedule and price sheet for the procedures needed. She even broke out how much insurance would pay and what would come out of my pocket. Dr Patel will not do procedures without first letting his patients know what it would cost them. I found this a huge relief. You cannot beat the location and the friendly staff. Dr. Patel is meticulous and great at explaining everything in layman’s terms. I would highly recommend to anyone. I am not sure if he still has this special but he also offered free teeth whitening.

I was very impressed with Sweet Tooth Dental. I had some bad work done by a previous dentist. A friend, thankfully recommended Dr Patel at Sweet Tooth Dental. Not only was the bad work corrected at a very reasonable price, the entire experience was more than I expected. The professionalism and kind staff, the great bed side manner of Dr Patel,was all worth it. I’m happy to say I have found my new dentist for life. They are awesome about working with non traditional schedules and really do care about your comfort while in the chair. Super sweet staff and they went above and beyond in the decorating which makes the office far less stuffy and more relatable. Staff and dr are quick to respond in all modes of communication!!

Please do yourself a favor and visit Sweet Tooth Dental! The office is decorated with a very modern “austincentric” feel, and Dr. Patel and his staff are absolutely fantastic. I’ve been going there for years for everything from regular cleanings to wisdom teeth removal, and the experience is always wonderful.

I, as many out there, used to hate going to the dentist.  However, thanks to Dr. Patel and the staff at Sweet Tooth dental, that is no longer the case.  The office is in a convenient location, parking is reserved for patients (which is a must for the busy strip mall), and the service is great.  The practice is small enough to receive one on one service, with the option to have minor procedures done during the same appointment as a checkup.  Dr. Patel has the newest dental technology, making cleanings, X-rays, and procedures quick, painless (as painless as possible!), and easy.  You also get to pick your own Pandora station during your appointment to keep your mind busy.

Dr. Patel is a BOSS! The entire staff has been warm, kind and informative. After a traumatic experience at a previous dentist (breaking instruments off in my root), I had unfinished work that I was paralyzed to move forward. Dr. Patel took on my project, explaining every step and making sure I felt supported. I’m really looking forward to a long lasting relationship with Sweet Tooth and have regained confidence with the whole dental experience.

Having been to various dental clinics in the past, I know the good, bad and the ugly (yes, they do exist!!!) I have to be very honest in that I have never been to a clinic more professional, polite and state of the art. First of all, you walk in and you get to pick out what records you want to listen to. HOW COOL IS THAT? Then, you get to pick a Pandora station you want to listen to while you are there-that suddenly makes the minutes in the chair go by MUCH, MUCH faster. I have to admit that I am baby when it comes to the dentist, but Sweet Tooth is one of the few that I leave with a smile on my face. Add to the fact they give you a little good bag of toothpaste, toothbrush and lip balm (honestly, the lip balm is the best) and I never forget to reschedule a follow-up. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. I may be biased because I LOVE going to the dentist, but this place was amazing! Super hospitable ladies at the front desk, plenty of reminders via email and text for my appointment and the waiting room was super hip. I can’t believe my dentist has a better record collection than me! The cleaning itself was a breeze and Dr. Patel had great chair-side manners. My employer insurance is accepted here and pretty much everyone on the insurance is recommending Sweet Tooth to each other.

Dr. Patel and the whole Sweet Tooth Dental team are great! Sad to see Diane and Luceta leave but the new gals are just as awesome. I’ve been a patient for about 2 years now and that is not just because it’s a 400 ft walk from my office building 🙂 The appointments are always on time so you wont get to enjoy their sweet record collection. Their office and equipment is modern and clean, which is very important to me because my last Dentist was extremely outdated. I also got free whitening trays made when I became a new patient and the gel refills are only $20 bucks.
