I would say hands down the best and most professional oral surgeons office from all aspects. From the initial phone call, Dr. Polyakov’s staff is very kind and curteous. They do not mind spending 5 minutes or an hour explaning the details and steps of the procedure so that you feel 100% comfortable. The use I.V. sedation so you do not even have to be awake during the procedure which my insurance luckily covered most of. It was a total of 3 appointments… initial consult, procedure, follow up. On the day of the extraction it was literally an hour in and out, done. Thank you again for remaining one of the last few ethical practices in LA. I will recommend this office to anyone for any oral surgery procedure.

I just had 2 of my wisdom teeth extracted by Dr Polyakov.  Everyone at his office is really friendly and efficient.  The procedure itself took no time at all and I was in and out of the office within an hour (this included being put to sleep with anesthetia – the best part is waking up after this!).  I experienced no swelling and barely needed to use the pain medication prescribed to me.  I had been pretty nervous after knowing a lot of people who had terrible experiences, but this couldn’t have been any easier for me.  I would recommend Dr Polyakov to anyone needing dental surgery.  I’m now just waiting until I need to have my 2 other wisdom teeth removed so I can come back and see him again!

I got 3 wisdom teeth out here with Dr Polyakov and the procedure was quick and easy. Jen and all the girls up front were so sweet & very helpful with my millions of questions. When I was like in the chair getting ready for the procedure and they hooked up the IV to be put under I was super nervous because I had never been put under before. I got worried and said “hey I don’t think it’s working..” and then I woke up and the whole thing was done. Absolutely mind blowing. They wheeled me out and took care that I was safe with my friend that picked me up. Great experience. Would do it again if I had more wisdom teeth left

I had an amazing experience at this office. I am someone who has been traumatized by past experiences. From the moment I arrived everyone in the office was super friendly. Dr. Polyakov was extremely patient and answered all of my questions. I felt very comfortable with him during the consultation. My experience was great and I couldn’t have asked for a better team to care for me. I am really thankful to everyone in the office and appreciate how helpful and kind they were. Even when I had questions or concerns they were always willing to help and make sure I had what I needed. If your looking for a professional office with an amazing and trustworthy staff, this is the place to go.

My dentist told me I needed to have my wisdom teeth pulled out. She gave me a list with a few Dental Oral Surgeons. I called them up as well as a few that I found online myself and Synergy’s stood out. I made an appointment with them the same week. The consultation was free, the x rays they charge you for, but if your dentist has the good high quality ones then they can send them over and it won’t cost you. I got to the office which is in Beverly Hills you can park at the Neiman Marcus parking lot I believe or I parked at the meter across the street from the Starbucks. It’s $3 for 2 hours and a 2 min walk. The office is on the 4th floor. I got there was greeted by the staff and started filling out paperwork. Right away I liked the energy of the office as well as the decor and overall cleanliness and professionalism of everything. No long waiting, everything moved along smoothly. Next after paperwork I was lead into the dental chair, answered a few more questions and from there we went to the neat little x ray machine. Got those done then back to the dental chair. 5-10 min later Dr. Polyakov walks in and takes a good 20 min to go through my X-ray, explains my options, his thoughts, opinions, even things like proper apparel for surgery and asked if I have any questions which I very much appreciated. Next when he’s done the other lady walks in with the price break down, I agreed, I thought it was a fair cost for what I needed done. Everything was confirmed and my surgery was scheduled for the following week. They also wrote out a prescription for meds that I would need to take after surgery. I got a text reminder the day before surgery where you confirm, along with a video telling me what to expect for during and after surgery, again I thought this was all very professional. I went with my friend for surgery I was required to for my procedure so I have someone to drive me home after. I got to the office, was greeted, paid my surgery bill and went to the surgery room. It was all smooth sailing, before you know it Dr.Polyakov is in there talking to you, making you feel comfortable. Some people have the option of being awake for the surgery for my procedure I had to be asleep. Before you know it, it’s all done and you are waking up. They give you these special napkins  you put in the back of your mouth for the blood and when I was all awake the lady even rolled me out on a wheel chair from the office to the car, It was very sweet. During the day I relaxed and Dr.Polyakov personally called me to check up how I was feeling! It was a very nice gesture! This is day two I’m relaxing again, taking the meds no huge pain or swelling I was able to eat light foods. I have an appointment scheduled in 2 weeks with them where they check on everything and this is included in the original cost. I highly highly recommend Dr.Polyakov’s Synergy and his staff for implants and dental surgery procedures, the whole experience and professionalism surpassed all my expectations!

This is my first time writing a Yelp review. Let me just say this – My experience with Dr. Polykov and his staff was my BEST medical experience of any kind that I have had EVER! Seriously, I was floored! These people really care about customer service. All the staff are very friendly. They greet you with a smile right away, shake your hand, introduce themselves, look you in the eye, make jokes. You get the feeling they are all trying to impress you. The office is super clean and modern. In the waiting area there is a tv screen that shows different animated dental operations (was interesting). I went in for a consultation (had already having seen another Oral Surgeon, who I decided not to go with) re. the extraction of my four wisdom teeth. Dr. Polyakov was very thorough explaining everything. Helpful videos were shown so I could understand the procedure, and I was given a mirror so that he could show me things in my own mouth. He answered all of my questions. I did not feel rushed. He went through all the potential negative issues that could occur (and talked about what I am more or less at risk of being affected by). Then we went through what my insurance would cover, and they had this all straight. I went ahead and booked an appointment for a few days later! I picked up my prescription pain killers and antibiotics at the pharmacy downstairs so that I would be all prepared for the day of. On the day of the extraction, I went in, was quickly shown to the room where the surgery was to be done. Priscilla went over (again) what I should do after the operation (they gave me a paper that outlined when I should take which medication, she reviewed this another time after I came to). Dr. Polyakov came in, greeted me warmly, started the drip, and… I woke up and it was all done! That night, Dr. Polyakov called me to make sure I was ok! Because I was leaving the country a few days later, I returned to Synergy for a FREE checkup – the stitches were removed and I was instructed on how to clean the area that was still healing (they gave me a mirror and I watched as they showed me how it is done). Two weeks later, when I returned to LA, I had another FREE checkup, where Dr. Polyakov made sure that everything was healing as it should (which it is). They insisted that if I felt any discomfort or thought it might be infected, I should come in again, no charge. Ladies and gentlemen, THIS is what medical attention should be in this country. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Polyakov and his staff.

Highly recommend Dr. Polyakov and his stellar team over at Synergy Dental! Here is my story:  I had been putting off getting all four wisdom teeth pulled for quite awhile. Finally in my mid 30’s I decided to do it. After researching reviews on Yelp to help with my search for the best oral surgeon I could find, I came across Dr. Polyakov’s Synergy Dental Beverly Hills. Luckily they took my insurance and scheduled me in for a consultation at my earliest request. The office is in a premiere location in BHills, and the office itself is beautifully appointed, spotless, and with the best staff I’ve ever experienced at a dental office. Everything from the service to the office and expertise of Dr. Polyakov was high-end and I’d highly recommend to anyone! During the consultation, I was still extremely nervous about the procedure, but the associate was very patient with me, answered every question I had, and made sure I fully understood the procedure. She assured me Dr. Polyakov has been doing these routine surgeries for many years, and they do this all day there in that office, which when put into that perspective, made me feel alot more comfortable. They showed me a video simulation of the procedure so you fully understand what they do which was helpful. I was able to schedule my extractions a week later on a Friday and everything went smoothly. I went home and carefully followed the instructions and my husband took great care of me. Miraculously, my face didn’t even swell at all! I went back for my follow up two weeks later and everything was in order. One of my impacted bottom teeth had a deep hole which is normal when it is that impacted I guess, and I made special care to be very careful and gently keep it as clean as can be with a syringe they gave me which sprays water into the hole to make sure no food gets stuck. Overall, everything healed perfectly as I was sure to follow all instructions, and the Dr. and team made me feel comfortable. I highly recommend this place to anyone especially if you’re afraid like I was, and need the perfect office of professionals to make you feel at ease. Thanks, Dr. Polyakov and team!

DON’T EVEN THINK about going somewhere else to get your wizzies pulled!! Dr. Polyakov and his team are absolutely INCREDIBLE!! I’m beyond impressed by the whole experience, and very very thankful. Thanks to Yelp, too, and everyone who left a review – I wouldn’t find this place if not you guys. When my tooth started bothering me on Saturday, I freaked out. I’ve had the worst possible experience with my other lower wisdom tooth removal a few years back. I was tortured for over an hour and my cheek stayed swollen for almost 5 months due to constant abscess. All these years I’ve been terrified to get another wisdom tooth extracted..     So I called Dr. Polyakov’s office first thing Monday morning, and was getting the x-rays and (free) consultation an hour later! The whole team is so welcoming and makes you feel very comfortable. We scheduled the surgery for the next day. I would probably go with the intravenous if I had to have 3-4 wisdom teeth removed, but for my one tooth I chose local anesthesia. You can definitely feel a little pain/discomfort with local, but for 2-minute procedure – totally tolerable!  Yes, the extraction took 2 minutes! it’s UNBELIEVABLE!!  I closed my eyes expecting the worst and in like 1.5 minutes I hear “Ok, it’s out”! next 10 seconds he sewed it up and it was all done!   It’s 24 hrs after the surgery, and I have almost NO swelling (only noticeable by me), very little pain, and I’m running errands already. Just amazing. I could probably go party if I wanted 🙂   THANK YOU so much Dr. Polyakov, Priscilla, Nika, and Masha!   P.S. parking is free for 2 hrs at Neiman Marcus with validation.

Really nice staff and Dr. Polyakov didn’t make me feel dumb or treat me like I was just a patient he was going to cut open. He had me watch what the surgery would consist of and what it would look like if I chose the other options. He showed me on patients what happened when they did it other ways. He gave me all of my options, worked with me on every aspect of the surgery. I decided to stay awake during the surgery because I was only extracting 1 tooth. The whole time, his crew explained what was happening and if I was in any discomfort, they made sure I was taken care of. They also triple checked every part of the surgery to make sure everything was done correctly. Not only that, but after the surgery, they called me twice. Once with a office person and the second call was the doctor himself. I’ve been to really crappy dentists or dental surgeons. He breaks the mold and is really great!
