Dr. Tai is absolutely amazing!! I had really crooked teeth as you can see from my before picture, and I shopped around for multiple orthodontists and many of them said I had to have teeth extracted in order to do braces, and that invisialign isn’t even an option for me. Then I came across Dr. Tai who reassured me that I can do invisialign without extracting any tooth. The price seemed extremely reasonable and fair as well. Throughout the process Dr. Tai really goes above and beyond to do check ups and make sure my progress is on track. He was able to have me finish the invisialign process within less than 1.5 years when other doctors told me I had to do atleast 2 years. I am more than pleased with the results and very very thankful that Dr. Tai has made this a very easy and stress free process, not to say he is so friendly and willing to answer all my questions as well. Also, I have to say he has the best staff members as well. Everyone is really nice in the office and makes you feel welcomed and comfortable in every visit. I am so happy with my smile today and would highly recommend anyone, child or adult to have Dr. Tai has your orthodontist!

I want to write this to remind people not to miss the best orthodontist. I started my braces two years ago. My dentist referred me to Dr. Tai. Dr. Tai is a professional, knowledgeable and responsible orthodontist. He can always provide perfect individualized service for you. I had two canine teeth, which makes the adjacent teeth deformity (small and short). Dr Tai gave me the best plan in my first consultation. Now, I can smile with more confidence with lined and healthy teeth. His staffs are very helpful and friendly. You will always feel welcomed and pleasant with them.  The office is very clean and tidy. The price is quite reasonable compare to other places. Besides his excellent techniques, Dr. Tai himself is also an easygoing, patient, trustworthy, and wise person. He is very thoughtful and cares a lot for the patients. He is not only an orthodontist, but also a best friend to his patients. I am a graduate student, we can always talk about the school life (Btw, he graduated from Harvard!!). I appreciate a lot for his positive encouragement and words.  All in all, I would highly recommend this awesome orthodontist

I was referred to Dr Tai by a friend and I couldn’t be more happy with the result.  You know when your insurance doesn’t cover orthodontic works and you will not settle for any orthodontist unless you know for sure he will give you a good smile.  I have to say I got my money worth. Dr Tai is very attentive and nice, and he has been patient with me since Day 1.  He will explain with details to every questions you have. I remembered the first day of consultation, he laid everything out to me.  I told him I wanted invisalign instead of braces, but of course braces adjust alot of faster than invisalign.  His price is very reasonable compare to other places I’ve done my research on.  He was very accommodating and gave me a payment plan since my insurance doesn’t cover orthodontic work (but the insurance covers my kids-if I have kids….which is stupid because I am the one paying for dental insurance).  Dr Tai explained to me the process based on how my teeth were.  For the first few months, I had to put braces on to adjust my overbite.  Painful but it’s worth it.  After a few months successfully adjusting my bite, I was stuck with the invisalign.  I had a total of 62 invisalign trays (10 days for each trays).  Do the math (it took forever) but it went by really quick.  The pros to having invisalign are the trays are clear (you can’t even tell I have a tray on my teeth) & you developed very good dental hygiene (you intake less sugar & you cut down junk food) because you don’t want to go brush your teeth every hour.  But keep in mind, you will need to develop really good habit of brushing and wearing the invisalign trays throughout the whole day for a better result.  if you don’t, you can’t blame the doctor for bad result.  If you’re a lazy person, then I wouldn’t suggest invisalign, go with the braces. Since I finished my last invisalign tray back in July 2015, there were minor adjustments that invisalign couldn’t fix (because of a huge gap that I had long time ago).  Dr Tai proposed to put braces on for about 3-4 months and that should fix the minor stuff.   So I moved up to Northern Cal about a year ago, and since I had the braces, I had to fly back every month to get the braces adjusted. which I didn’t mind because I trust Dr Tai that he will fix everything and I didn’t want to go to another orthodontist up in NorCal.  I am so happy that Dr Tai accommodate my appointments when I get a chance to fly back to LA.  Dr Tai and his staff were able to accommodate saturday appointments and it made my life so much easier and less stressful. His office is very nice, clean, modern, and comfortable.  The lobby is equipped with k-cups coffee, tea, and water.  The only bad thing I encountered is my cell phone reception is kinda weak.  I have verizon, not sure about other provider though.  Parking is not an issue here (at least on the wknd), there is a huge lot for this medical center. Overall, I highly recommend Dr Mario Tai, he is a honest and trustworthy doctor that doesn’t rip you off or make you feel uncomfortable.  I love it when Dr Tai gets super duper excited that my teeth are shifting beautifully.  and he figures out all these different ways to adjust my teeth, it’s like his new innovation.  He can do whatever he wants as long as it works for a better result and IT DOES WORK!!! Thank you Dr Tai for fixing my teeth. I am one satisfied patient

I loved this office, I can’t be happier cause I got my braces off today, and my teeth is nice straight and beautiful again ! This is my second time around, and the experience was much better than my first time. I am so glad I found Dr.Tai and Dr.Chen. They really made it simple and easy for me. I would definitely recommend it to my family and friends. Did I mention the amazing friendly staff?? Omg ! their new office is sooo nice

Our dentist referred my son to Dr. Tai in 2013 and he is currently receiving treatment.  I also started seeing Dr. Tai due to my fixed retainers. I’ve had braces twice (first as a teenager and later as an adult- both times lasting between 2-4 years).  My dental cleaning last week pulled the wire out slightly, which caused a space to open between my upper front teeth and the wire broke yesterday.  I called Dr. Tai’s office and got an appointment for early this morning.  Dr. Tai was busy but he took the time to examine the problem, removed the old wire and glue and created a new fixed retainer- all the while concerned about my time schedule.  Wow!! If you’re looking for a knowledgeable, very competent, caring and patient orthodontist-  Dr. Tai is your man!!  Dr. Tai and his staff are absolutely wonderful!

My friend introduced Dr. Tai to me. He was very careful, professional, and spent a quite time with me to check everything for me and reviewed all the x-Ray images in details for my first two visits. I got a strong confidence and believed he will do the best job for me. I went with him in the past two years, every time I visited, he checked very carefully and is very technical and detail oriented. He works so hard, and his schedule is soflexible, so I could even go to his office on Saturday, it made much easy for our working people as well. After removing my braces, my tooth is perfect and my smile is so great, I love my smiling very much. Dr. Tai and his staff did excellent job for me. I highly recommended him to you

HIGHLY Recommend! My experience with Invisalign has so far been amazing! I am currently at week 12 of my treatment which means “tray 6” . Even though I am only on the six tray , I have seen quite a difference in my smile! Thanks to Dr. Tai and Dr. Chen! before I started my treatment with them, I consulted with many other orthodontists. I am so glad that I pick them. they are very professional , and patient . Dr. Tai and Chen took their time to answer all my questions. Their staffs are amazing. Their price is very reasonable. They are THE BEST. I am so pleased with my results . I highly recommend this place

Dr. Tai is an amazing orthodontist, and I had a wonderful experience with him! I had an under bite when I was younger, but he did a great job at correcting my under bite and straightening my teeth. He is always so helpful and whenever my braces were bothering me or cutting into my mouth, he would always cut any wire sticking out, while my friends with other orthodontists were told to cut it themselves with a nail clipper. Dr. Tai is very understanding, and I am so happy I chose him as my orthodontist!

I have been under Dr. Tai’s orthodontic care for sometime now and he is above and beyond in results, service, and care. Going to his office is like going to my extended family. I feel his patients feel the same because it is always smiles there with or without braces. Now with his new office, I look forward to going there to catch up with his great staff and Dr. Tai

I am so happy that I found Dr. Tai’s office for my orthodontic treatment. I’m a general dentist it’s hard for me to easily trust anyone with my teeth but I found Dr. Tai as the orthodontist whom I can trust. He helped improve my smile through his thoroughness and expertise. I went in for a consultation but from the second I walked into Dr. Tai’s office to the completion of my treatment I cannot emphasize enough how professional, kind, and thorough he has been with my treatment. He made sure to spend enough time with me during the Consultation to understand what my expectations were and based on that he provided me a very thorough step by step treatment plan.
