I can’t remember my dentists’ name because I was so nervous going in, but she was the best! I had a filling that needed to be fixed and not only did they fix it, they fixed the gap between those two back teeth also! Super calming through my anxiety I had (for no reason). Asked if I needed a break throughout the process, etc. She was quick and told me everything that was happening. All of the staff are so sweet and caring, I will never go anywhere else.

I have been going to Taylor Family Dentistry for about 2 years. Dr. Taylor and his staff are absolutely fabulous! My first visit was an emergency visit due to my tooth cracking in half. I had never been to the office and they got me in the next day. Dr. Taylor takes his time with you and explains everything in detail. He is conservative in his treatment and is excellent at patient teaching. Every employee is friendly, helpful and the epitome of customer service. You will not be disappointed.

I have switched from another dentist, who was OK, but prices got higher & higher for no apparent reason.I decided to try Dr. Taylor simply because the office was so close, what a good decision. I have so many different issues ( caps, crowns, loose teeth, partial denture needs, etc, etc) and Dr Taylor has handled it all with great expertise, understanding and patience, and the staff are wonderful. I am not a huge fan of going to the dentist, like most people, that is until I started going to Taylor family dentistry. When I called for an appointment Sodonna went over everything with me and showed compassion and understanding not only to me but my son as well who has high anxiety when it comes to the dentist. Tara is always great and Dr. Taylor is very personable and kind. He explains what he is doing and suggest a plan that is within your budget. I highly recommend going to Dr. Taylor you will be glad you did.

I was in middle school when I had my first surgery where they pulled baby teeth and pulled down teeth from my gums that were going side ways. I spent a week or 2 recovering from the physical pain of them removing my 2 baby teeth that were in the front and having stitches from the roof of my mouth and across my top gums (we found out later it was all unnecessary cutting). I was picked on for not having teeth from middle school all the way through high school. Senior year of high school the dentist gave me a retainer with teeth so I looked like I had teeth. But still eating in public I had to take them out and show that I did not have teeth. I was embarrassed and ashamed from day 1. I had no confidence. Through my extreme anxeity Dr. Taylor and Nicole were able to fix what that surgeon destroyed. For that I am so thankful for them and the whole Taylor Family dentistry team. Today, after 3 hours, they gave me my smile I have been wanting for so so long. He gave me my smile I have been missing for over 10 years

I love love love the staff. They are amazing and so friendly. I started going here years ago and have loved it every since. I appreciate their honesty with what’s going on and what needs to be done. Also, they aren’t here to take your money, for an example… “if we can hold off on a filling and just monitor it, we will” unlike some places that recommends a filling as soon as they see a tiny spot. They were even nice enough to help me with my 3 month old during my visit.

Here I am again. Without reservation, finding Dr. Taylor to be our dentist some years ago was one of the most fortunate experiences in our fourteen years of residency in North Carolina. A better dentist, in my opinion, would be near impossible to find. A true gentleman and one of the finer examples of humanity. Additionally, his staff from the gal who answers telephone inquiries to his longtime assistant Nicole are top notch. A better group of dedicated individuals are a credit to their professions.

I recommend Taylor Family Dentistry to everyone! This place is so great. Before walking into the office it had been quite a long time before going to the dentist, seeing that I did not have dental through my previous employer. Luckily, I had found them just as they were opening for business. Not knowing what to expect I went in and scheduled an appointment and filed to be a new patient. Their staff was great and so was Dr. Taylor. He alongside with his staff performed all the fillings and dental work I needed. Very professional, laid back, and friendly staff. I felt very comfortable the entire time. With heated massage chairs and TV to watch while the procedure is happening, it really takes your mind off of the work being done. I endured no pain in any of the procedures and was told that I could come by anytime for adjustments and it wouldn’t cost me anything extra. I highly recommend Taylor Family Dentistry to anyone looking for a new dentist in the Raleigh/Garner area!

My three kids and my husband go to here. The only reason I don’t is because I’ve been with my dentist forever and it’s close to work :). However, the experience for my family has been wonderful. I have one son who is pretty anxious and a daughter who has had a filling here. Even still, neither have qualms about going to this dentist because the staff is so caring, patient and considerate. They’re the most professional and courteous people I’ve encountered in a dentist’s office and I’ve seen plenty over the years between orthodontic and dental procedures. I love Dr. Taylor’s manner and professionalism. He consults, gives his opinions and options, and then listens to your concerns and devises a plan with you to achieve positive results. I’ve seen Dr. Taylor for some extensive dental work that could cost thousands and he was not only reasonable but does beautiful work that was virtually painless. I started going to Taylor Family Dentistry after my dentist had a career change. There are probably 10 dentists much closer to me but I drive to see Dr. Taylor and his staff. His rates are reasonable but more importantly, I like that he has a conservative approach and know that I can trust him. A medical treatment I was on for a year caused dental issues that could be very costly. Dr. Taylor walked me through what was most important, and what could wait and even gave me some things I could do at home to help. His dental hygienists are excellent and gentle and his entire staff have been so kind during a challenging time. I can’t say enough about Dr. Taylor and his integrity and warm manner. Oh, and they have great massage chairs and a TV in each room which makes the time fly!

I admire their diligence because they have to wear two mask. My first time there and EXCELLENT QUALITY service in their work and how they treat their customers. They took their time in cleaning my mouth and explaining what was going on with my teeth. Any questions/concerns i had, they actually cared to answer. There are many health professionals unfortunately who do not care and treat you just as a number. These people that work here are NOT like that. The dentist was also great! It is VERY RARE, I give any business 5 stars. This place is the bomb and I would absoloutley go back. We had an AMAZING experience at Taylor Family Dentistry. I have two children who are six and three, and they were due for their six month check up(s). This practice is closer to our new house, so I thought a change might do us well. My three year old is not a fan of the dentist…and this was the first time she enjoyed her experience.
