Switched to here from a different dentist. The experience was like night and day. Everything was explained to me in detail, if asked for, which I did. Dr. Jaffari really seems to care about his patients. He had identified some issues with work that was previously done, at first I was skeptical but when he showed me the location of the issue on the imaging machine and the reasoning behind it, it was all logical and necessary. I was then recommended to go to an Endodontist for a retreatment of a route canal. At first was curious why they couldn’t do the work at this location, but it made sense because this is more general dentistry. They can do crowns, fillings, etc but certain things are left to a specialist who does route canal repairs all day every day. I now appreciate being referred to the endo. I’ve been getting my treatment back on track for some years now and he didn’t chastise me for a few years of not going to the dentist. However, I can tell that they do get upset when you say you don’t floss every day, though I do it 4 times a week minimum. I can tell you this, if someone says they floss every day, they’re lying or they are in dentistry. I feel like being honest about actions are always the best way to go. Either way, excellent location, excellent and helpful staff (Cynthia, I believe, at the front desk along with the other front desk person), along with modern technology in the office. It was really great to see a 360 degree 3D model of my mouth, it helped provide context to the issues and trouble spots. Additionally, billing is always straightforward. Charges are explained and there is little doubt about what I am paying for when I have procedures. I recommend Dr. Jaffari and the Northern Liberties Team Dental location.

There is no best feeling than knowing your doctor is a phenomenal professional and will take a great care of your teeth! That is how Dr. Jaffari is!  I came to team dental after a bicycle accident where i broke my front tooth. We are working in getting them back to what they looked like before and i could not be happier!!!  The staff will work with you and Dr. Jaffari will not do any less than an amazing job where you will be 100% happy with the result!

My husband brought me into Team Dental even though we live in New York City. My first point of contact was the receptionist who walked me through the self checkin process. The office is clean and very welcoming.  The vibe is very different from traditional offices which can come across as cold, here at Team Dental l enjoyed the painting and the detailed organization to color coordination as l have an eye for details. Dr. Jafar is honest, direct and very experienced so his opinion makes the decision process a little easier. As l begin my implant process here, l can say with full confidence that lm in great hands. With cutting edge technology this office strides to go above and beyond tradition dentistry. Thank you Team Dental. Oh, freshly baked cookies for the win.

I love Team Dental! They’re always professional and efficient. Best dentist I’ve been to by far. You don’t feel like you’re being baited into spending unnecessary money every time you walk in, like most other dental offices. Even during these wild times we live in with COVID-19, they take the proper precautions to keep both patients and staff safe. Highly recommend to anybody looking for a dentist!

To start off I have always had a fear for doctors, dentist & medicine which resulted in me neglecting my oral health for many years. After pushing things off for so long, I was finally tired feeling pain in my mouth and knew it was time for me to get to the dentist. I decided to go with team dental which is close by where I work, to get a game plan on where to start. I came in for my first visit and got all my X-rays and photos done. Dr. Jaffari did my exam and came up with a plan for me. Everyone wants nice front teeth of course, so he started with fixing my front teeth so I could smile again. He came in on his day off on a Saturday morning to accommodate me and help me out. I really appreciate Dr. Jaffari and Team Dental for their hard work and help. He was extremely informative on what his plan was for me, how he was going to do it, and what he was going to use. This is just the beginning of my full mouth rehab. I have a long way to go, but just in a few hours Dr. Jaffari impacted my life by fixing my front tooth and allowing me to finally smile again. I am not only happy I can smile, but I am happy I found a amazing dentist / person I can trust to go to! I no longer have a fear for dentist. I also trust in his work and his recommendations. I highly recommend Team Dental for all of your dental needs! You will not be disappointed!

My boyfriend went to Team Dental with an urgent problem. His crown had fallen off and he was in pain. Dr. Jaffari and the rest of Team Dental quickly accommodated him and reassured him that the problem would be taken care of. After his appointment was over, he told me how quick, easy, and painless it was! They even fixed a tiny cavity they had noticed, in addition to the crown. Everyone was friendly and professional. Team Dental is an exceptional place to have your teeth cared for at!

This is a great team of people who genuinely care about their work and about their patients. The check-ups are thorough, the hygienists are gentle, and Dr. Jaffari takes the time to explain any questions you may have. I can rest assured that only procedures that are necessary will be recommended. My son also loves interacting with the staff here. I highly recommend this practice!

I can’t recommend Dr. Jaffari enough. I’ve been to several different dentists over the years, but none as personable, understanding, or professional as him and his team. If I could give more than five stars, I would.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Jaffari for about 5 years now and Dr. Kim for the last year at the NoLibs office. They are a dream team!! They’ve worked with me to make decisions and never quick to rush you into a decision that requires spending lots of money! Dr. Kim is also a BOSS at teeth cleaning – I have a permanent retainer that’s never felt this clean. Highly recommend Team Dental!

I have never had a dentist experience like the one I had this week at Team Dental. As soon as you walk in the door you are treated like their most important patient. I really like the computer based sign-in and medical questionnaire for first time patients because it was super easy to use and way better than filling out 20 pages of paper questionnaires when you are a new patient at most doctor/dentist’s offices. The office itself has a very cool vibe like you are just coming in to hang out. There are TVs at each chair (I think only 2 chairs) for your entertainment while getting a cleaning. Leah, the hygienist that I had, was great! She made it a point to explain everything she was doing during the initial new patient x-rays and photographs (really cool technology that I had never seen before) as well as during the cleaning/polishing. She was very meticulous and detailed during the cleaning and polishing as well – a sign she obviously takes pride in her work. Dr. Jafari was also great at explaining what he saw during the check-up. I learned more about dentistry and teeth in that one check-up than I had in all of my previous check-ups at other dentists. By the end of the visit, the entire staff felt like friends who you were hanging out with, they just also happened to be really proficient in dentistry. I was even asked if I wanted to go out after my appointment (last one of the day) for some wings! I couldn’t recommend Team Dental enough.
