I don’t usually give feedback unless I am either completely satisfied or completely dissatisfied! I honestly was ready to knock my self out I was in so much pain when I called Tempe dental care. They were able to get me in the same day, I was completely set on pulling the tooth no matter what future I may disrupt! My dentist was Brandon Betsworth and honestly the most knowledgeable and patient dentist I could have asked for! I was literally yelling at him to pull my damn tooth! After explaining to me his professional opinion (which was a root canal) I understood he was very concerned with pulling a tooth that could be saved so I decided to take his professional advice and went ahead with the root canal! I am not an easy person when I’m in pain so I have to hand it to the man for being so patient and understanding and actually got me to loosen up and even joke a bit! Lol Brandon saved my tooth in the most pain free and comfortable setting I could have asked for. I hate! The dentist and I can honestly say it was the best and most professional and courteous dentist I have ever been to! Brandon has got a client for life! You don’t get that kind of comfortability just anywhere! All jokes aside! Just call them! You won’t be disappointed!

I had some pain in my mouth and set out to find a caring dentist to diagnose the problem.  Dr. Ward and his staff were very professional and treated this event with care and gentleness.  I was concerned having to pull the tooth but Dr. Ward made sure to give me my options that made sense financially, future health concerns and maintaining confidence when smiling.  I am grateful for such a wonderful practice.  Office is clean and sterile.  Each patient is separated and their equipment is up to date.  I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a new Dentist.

They where great and so helpful made me feel comfortable the staff is awesome all the lady’s there I would recommend them to anyone and I will be going back for future work on my teeth. I went in there not feeling confident About myself and came out smiling not I never have Before and now I have great confidence now thank you so much You changed my life

This is the second crown that I have had done at Tempe Dental.  They are very professional in keeping you informed and taking care of the needed services without pain and in the timeframe they had quoted.  The front office staff is also very helpful and professional. My hygienist, Catie is also great. They are also within walking distance of my home and usually within moments of your scheduled appointment time.

I’ve been a patient at Tempe Dental Care for a few years. I had a teeth cleaning today and wanted to commend my Hygienist, Clarence, for doing an incredible job. He was knowledgeable, informative, and congenial. It is my understanding he is newer to this office and I believe he is a great addition to the team at Tempe Dental Care. I highly recommend Clarence.

I’ve had a lot of things done to my teeth in the past and I will have a lot of dental procedures done in the future. I am very pleased with the services I receive at Tempe Dental Care; the front office staff is very professional, friendly, the dental hygienists are very knowledgeable, and the dentist I am using is taking his time to answer my question and help me decide on treatment plans. There is nothing negative I can say about Tempe Dental Care, instead, I would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a new dental office. I had teeth cleaning, teeth extractions, an implant, a couple crowns, and a bridge over my front teeth done at Tempe Dental Care and, as I said, I am very happy with the services I received there.

I have been going to see Dr. Ward since I moved to [Tempe] AZ seven (7) years ago. No one enjoys going to the dentist but just stepping into the door then the waiting area is a pleasant experience. It smells nice, the décor is nice, the staff is friendly and the overall experience is a good one. One time I had an issue and Dr. Jeff called me personally and we worked out a solution together. If that doesn’t tell you they care about their patients then nothing does! Thank you Team Ward for all that you do!

I went here after  bad experience with another dentist and hey have been so nice and helpful. Sheena was one of the gals that helped me today,  and, she has some nice teeth! I am getting a partial bridge, which was not even offered by the previous dentist, who just wanted my money. I chose this dentist because of the great reviews. I waited 2 minutes to get in my appointment. The staff is friendly and sends me text reminders, which I love that extra help. I was very fearful and they helped with assuring me and good pricing, I love this place and they are fast too, because they have their own labs! I will refer everyone I know here from now on! highly recommended!!!!

I was in search of a new dentist & I am glad I found Tempe Dental Care. The staff was extremely friendly & helpful. My hygienist was very nice & always checked in with me to see if I had any questions about anything. She made the experience relaxing, I am one of those that doesn’t like dentist visits, but she was very professional & helpful. The dentist was also nice & provided information about further treatment that I needed. Overall, I am glad I found this place.

I needed an emergency appt. due to an unexpected problem. I was seen that same morning. This practice has all of the modern technology with an absolute personal touch. Everything is explained clearly, options reviewed and the services perfect. I could not ask for better care from the Assistant or Dentist then I had. My problem was solved and my dental office visit was a great experience. Thank you!!

Donna took care of me regardless of not having any insurance. Got great help from the whole staff, and of I were to move to AZ, this would be my go to! Thank you Donna for savin’ my teeth. Recommend.

I highly recommend Tempe Dental Care. I had called for a toothache and they got me in the same afternoon. I needed a root canal and crown and despite it being past 4 they said they could do it right then if I wanted. They even gave me a sheet that explained my out the door cost before we started the work. The Doctors, Technicians and Staff were amazing every step of the way.

I had been looking for a friendly and professional dental office where I’d feel welcomed and cared for, and upon arriving to my first appointment at Tempe Dental Care, I knew that I would continue to receive my dental cleanings at this office. All of the staff including the front office staff are very knowledgeable, professional, and go above and beyond for their patients. I have yet to get dental work done so cannot comment on that aspect of the office but I know they’d provide an excellent service for that as well. The office is clean and spacious and the X-ray process is fast and painless. I would recommend anybody looking for a new dental office to call Tempe Dental care.

I have been using Tempe Dental for years. They are always available. I can get an appointment the same day, if needed. All my questions are answered honestly. I have have extensive dental work done by Dr. Jeff. He always knows exactly what needs to be done. I have not had any issues or discomfort. I would recommend Tempe Dental to anyone. You won’t be dissappointed.

The atmosphere is so calming and relaxing. I got called back within ten minutes of checking in. Everyone was very nice and professional. It is very clean. I took my son in for a procedure and he was so calm and very relaxed, and he’s only five years old! To me that says a lot about how they interact with kids and get them to feel super comfortable! Amazing place and I will definitely be coming back!

I have hated going to the dentist since I was little. However, since I found Tempe Dental Care I have no problem with it. Do not get me wrong..I still do not like going to the dentist but, every time I go to Tempe Dental Care I am greeted with friendly staff. I have never had a problem with pain. They do a fantastic job. and the crowns that I have gotten from them are phenomenal! I have never had a problem with any of the dental work that has been performed on me. If you do have to go to the dentist then I would highly recommend going to Tempe Dental Care.

I have been a customer of Tempe Dental Care for several years and am very pleased with the professionalism and care they offer for my teeth. Old teeth fillings that were put in many years ago by other dentist were starting to fail and causing problems due to the material that was used. When I first met Dr Ward he discovered the problems and started correcting the issues, replacing the old material in my teeth with non-toxic material and putting in a crown to preserve a tooth.  The process was quick and I did not experience any pain.  My teeth are cleaned on a regular basis and the hygienist, Sonora, is very thorough and professional. My current Doctor, Mitch Szeto, is also very thorough and professional. Never had a problem with his care. All the staff at Tempe Dental Care are very helpful and friendly.  Excellent Customer Service.

My first experience at Tempe Dental Care was amazing. I feel that I will trust this place to make my teeth better. You don’t have a lot of places like this to trust unfortunately. They took time to exam my teeth and explain what I needed to do to prevent some future issues. The office is also clean. Staff look professional. I will go back for teeth services here and recommend it to everyone who need the service.

I’ve been going here for about 2 years now and it is hands down the best dental office I’ve ever been to. Every hygienist I’ve had has been ridiculously kind, patient, and gentle. I have a really tiny mouth so dental X-rays always cut me and the staff is always so accommodating to help minimize the amount of time they take and discomfort I feel. Love love love this place!

I was very pleased with my work at Tempe Dental Care.  I had a large amount of work that needed to be done. I had many crowns and several fillings.  The staff was very friendly and caring.  While the work was being done, Dr. Jeff always asked if I was doing alright.  If I needed more numbing, they would give it to me immediately.  I will definitely keep going there for dental work.
