Best Dentistry In Temple City! (Maybe even LA!) Just got out of my appointment today with Dr. Von Bulow and his team and I have nothing but GREAT things to say about them. My family and I have been happy patients here for over 10+ years an we recommend all our friends and family here as well! Not only do they offer an amazing service, by  making my smile and teeth feel (and look) strong, healthy, and vibrant… but what REALLY impresses me, and makes them stand out from everyone else is the TRUE amount of care, and second mile service Dr. V and the team take to treat you like family. As you know that’s not as common these days. Good news is, HERE, that’s not the case. When you walk in you can always expect to be welcomed with optimistic, happy, and BRIGHT smiles. (shoutout to Denise!) His office always smells great, is clean, and feels like it’s constantly growing and improving for excellence. (because it is!) Sooo… if you’re looking for a new dentist, are unhappy with your current one, OR just haven’t been to one in a while, (yikes!) then give Dr. Von Bulow and his team a call and schedule your first appointment. I just want to let you and your staff know know how how pleased I am with the care and kindness everyone took with me. Kolleen is supper great she helped me through all the invisalign treatments her compassion is extraordinary, she listened to me when I was recently going through a difficult time, I am so grateful for Kollen,s generosity. I have strait and beautiful teeth. Dr. Von Bulow makes you feel at ease right away, he has a great sense of humor. The front office staff is great Dennise has been great so knowledgeable, very kind and always smiling. Marie is a superb hygienist my teeth always look great after my visits with her. Tiffanie is a good hygienist as well she is very nice. I look forward to my, visits to this dentist office, How many people can say that about going to the dentist, you will be worry free going to Dr. Von Bulow,s. I highly recommend him and his wonderful staff

I don’t know how to even start off. The staff was amazing. From the moment I made the first call, they were just so friendly. First I spoke with Delilah and she was amazing and then I called to make an emergency appointment and spoke with Denise and she was an amazing sweetheart. After the doctor took a look at me, he even gave me a little education at how they look at the X-Rays and how to know where you have decay and where to see the roots and I love learning so it was pretty fascinating to me. He was super kind and explains things very well. Let me tell you guys, I’m one that’s been in customer service all my life and Denise is just the greatest at it. After speaking with Dr. Von Bulow, she was working me to figure out payment plans and even took the time out of her busy schedule to apply for a CareCredit card for me after I explained to her that I had closed my other one. And she explained more benefits of having it. I also had no idea how insurance works and the deductibles, which I never knew I had and she took the time to explain EVERYTHING in detail to me. I actually understood what she was telling me! By the way, she also has a little side business as a Customer Service Consultant. Maybe anyone else reading this that’s into Customer Service might want to give it a try. It’s Called Next Level To Success. I think I will sign up for this. Anyway, I really hope you all consider coming here!

I have never been to this office before this visit. I chose this office for our son due to the wonderful reviews on Yelp! Our first visit was a VERY pleasant one. Their office is bright, warm and beautiful, from the waterfall in the entrance, to the cleanliness and order of every room. The staff (especially the receptionist Denise) were very friendly; all with beautiful smiles. Denise went out of her way to explain the procedures and payment plans to us. With Denise’s wonderful personality and beautiful smile, she’s the perfect person to employ to greet new clients! She made us feel right at home! (No kidding!) and the entire staff followed! Chelsea was very kind, gentle, and courteous and explained to us (in language we could understand) everything she was doing before she did it. Dr. Von Bulow has a really “cool” personality (according to our son) and seems very relatable to kids. He showed a personal concern for us like we were his family! I work for a nonprofit, so it’s good to see this office also giving back to charity. Dr. Von Bulow and his staff were very nice to us on our first visit. It was a VERY pleasant surprise! From their really good cup of chai tea, all the way to our goodie bag, we look forward to coming back again and telling our friends. The best part of our visit was NO cavities and no one tried to sell us any unnecessary procedures that we didn’t need! What a class act! My son actually said he wants to go to the dentist again!!! I have had the best experience since going to “Dr. Jack” (don’t call him that!). From the front office and booking to getting in within a 10 minute time frame and having the gentlist staff and hygenist, you just can not beat this staff.  Dr. Von Bulow himself is an amazingly kind and professional dentist. I thoought I’d had good work before, but this Doctor has literally made me want to go see the dentist and take care of my teeth. You are guaranteed not be afraid or cancel when getting to the appointment. He just ROCKS!

Dr Von Bulow and his team are awesome! From the time you step in, to when you’re having the spit sucked out, to walking out the door you can really feel how much everyone cares about you and wants you to have the very best dental experience. The two beauties at the first welcoming desk are on top of everything from coffee, appointments, updating to making sure you are entered into whatever contest they are having! The lovely ladies in back taking xrays and doing the cleanings are just as helpful and caring. Making sure you’re comfy and always making sure your ok. Dr Von Bulow himself is a gem!! He’s sweet, kind, gentle, and hilarious! Making it a point to come speak with you and see how you’re doing and if you have any concerns all before he actually sees you in his chair! The customer service from this Dr and his team is exceptional and is greatly appreciated, it truly is filling to go to a small business and Have every single employee talk to you and make you feel truly wanted and appreciated! When it comes to dental work, I’ve done it all: cavities filled, root canals (plural!), oral surgery, dental implant. You name it, I’ve done it. All of it was torture…until I met Dr. Von Bulow and his awesome staff at TC Dental Care. Dr. Jack is super nice and makes getting that horrible, huge shot not so bad. Everybody from the front office (shout out to my homegirl, Dalila) to the hygienist to the assistants are all friendly and professional. The last time I was there I actually got a paraffin hand treatment to boot! It’s actually a pleasure to go to the dentist now! And Dr. Von Bulow’s network of USC cronies are top notch as well. I’m really impressed with Dr. V and his warm, caring staff at Temple City Dental. My uncle is a dentist back east and I’ve had major issues finding a good (and gentle) dentist in California who could also take care of my dental health “just like family”. I tried a few dentists and developed a fear of going back to them because these experiences were painful and impersonal. I was beginning to think that maybe my expectations were too high. Then I met Dr. V! In addition to being knowledgeable, thorough and genuinely concerned with my dental needs, he smiles a lot and I could tell that he truly loves what he does. Dr. V and Kolleen were gentle and made sure that I was okay during the entire visit. The spa atmosphere mentioned on the  templecitydental.com website actually worked. I stayed comfortable and calm throughout my appointment. Finally, my search for a dental practice that treats me like family is over. Well worth the 45 minute drive. I feel pretty good about going to the dentist again. Thanks Dr. V!

This is best dental office I have ever been to. Not only are they highly skilled, the whole staff is so friendly! Never a dull moment here! Dr. Von Bulow is always at his best! They also help raise money for charities…big hearts at this office!!! Everyone should go to the office and see for yourself!!! You’ll never want to go anywhere else!

I’m not thrilled with going to the dentist, I mean seriously all that drilling, poking, ghastly needles the size of straws, not to mention the sadistic way they take x-rays…so needless to say I usually avoid them.  Until one morning when I met Dr. Jack Von Bulow at a Pasadena Chamber of Commerce Meeting.  I had been kicking around the idea of teeth straightening for years, but other things had always come first.  After listening to Dr. Von Bulow give a 30 second “commercial” about Temple City Dental I decided to inquire about invisalign.  Knowledgeable and friendly Dr, VB asked if I would like to come in for a consult, which I did.  That was a year ago, now I have beautifully straight, healthy teeth.  Dr. VB and the whole team at Temple City Dental are absolutely by far the best dental care providers out there.  This is a very prompt, professional office, but at the same time the atmosphere is relaxed, cozy and fun…yes I said fun about a dentist!  I have referred many, many people to Dr. VB because I get stopped on the street by people admiring my teeth…weird but true.  Check Temple City Dental out for yourself, you will be pleasantly surprised and happy you did

Dr von Bulow and office are 10 *.I went to 4 orthodontists before going to vB.  One guy wanted to extract a front tooth, one guy wanted to put a bridge across the roof of my mouth and take 2 years, another guy was very expensive for no obvious reason …. I could tell in 5 min that all the positive reviews I’d read about vB and his office were spot on and I have since went with him and I highly recommend you visit them – they’re great!
