I saw Dr. Terry as a walk-in patient, and I was in a lot of pain.  Dr. Terry took the time to address my concerns, evaluate the problem, and took care of it right away.  Dr. Terry is a very professional and compassionate dentist.  Dr. Terry treated me as his patient, even though I am from another state.   Dr. Terry’s staff, from the front desk to the back, all introduced themselves before anything was done; very professional.  They were right there, concerned with how I was feeling.  The offices are very clean, up-to-date and accommodating.  I was able to watch television for a few minutes before Dr. Terry came to see me.  Dr. Terry is very welcoming to walk-ins, making you feel as though you already were – and will always be – a part of Terry Family Dentistry. One reason I chose to go to Terry Family Dentistry is because they say: ‘We make it easy for you to smile!’  If I ever have occasion to visit Virginia – and am in need of emergency dental work – I will choose Terry Family Dentistry.  I highly recommend them to anyone!!

I must say after not having seen a dentist in years, visiting Dr. Terry ‘s office was a very pleasant experience. All of his staff were exceptionally nice and I felt very welcomed. I am a former patient of Dr. Terry from the early years of 2000. Upon having to relocate in 2008, I chose to seek out a dental office close by. I later realized that was not a good decision. I wanted to feel like I was family and not just a patient. No matter where I went, no one gave me the quality of service like Dr. Terry. Although the journey may be a longer, going down 95 South to Dr. Terry’s office, is well worth the trip. Like to also give special thanks to the hygienist Tammy. She was very patient, kind, provided important dental knowledge and did not mind answering any of my questions. She was truly a breath of fresh air. For those of you that need a great dental family, I strongly encourage you to pay a visit to Dr. Terry’s office…you won’t regret it.

Great experience, had my teeth clean and checked every 4 month because of periodontal disease. Gums are doing great and maintaining. Staff is excellent Tammy The hygienist is great,office manager Roselind Terry Very professional with patients. Please check out the nice clean office !!!! 5 stars

The staff is always so kind , friendly and professional. Dr. Terry is very knowledgeable , he’s not all about money( yes he wants his coins lol) but cares about dental hygiene, getting and keeping your teeth on point, calls you after each procedure to make sure you’re ok and thanks you for coming in , doesn’t matter what you had done you’re getting that call. I tell everyone to go see Dr Terry and his team. �������

I had an excellent experience at Terry Family Dentistry. More thorough than any other dental visit! Everyone was very kind and friendly. Doctor Terry, Megan, Mrs. Terry, Shawn and Tammy were very nice and know their stuff! Who ever looks forward to visiting the dentist! Well now I do. Glad my husband and I now have found a great dental office!

Moving here to Virginia I’ve had to find all new providers to care for me. Dr. Terry and staff are so kind and made me feel comfortable the entire visit. They were very through and went and above and beyond for me. As an expecting mother it’s always a scary getting x-ray’s, they took all the extra precautions to keep my baby safe. Thank you to all the staff for making my first visit a great one!!!!

They are awesome! Minimal wait when you show up. Customer service is great I only come every 3-4 months and now be by name when I walk in the door. I’ve been going there only 2 years! My scheduled appointment probably gave it away, but even the staff in the back knew my name. I would recommend their services to anybody looking for high end care. Their dental hygienist definitely loves what she does and is an expert. I’m retired military and been around the world and I would have to say that they have have something special going on in there. Everything is outstanding Loved It!!!

I am a new patient and I’m so happy I chose this office. They were very busy the day I went, but I still got the attention I needed as a patient. From the time I walked in the door to the time I left, each staff member was friendly, smiling, and helpful. My hygienist took the time to explain each step she did in my cleaning and explained what exactly I needed to do personally for my healthiest smile.

Incredible dentist. I came to Petersburg 2 years ago and didn’t know anyone to ask for a dentist referral. I came here and it was one of the best decisions I made for my health. Dr. Terry and his staff care. Their work is superb. Dr. Terry calls after every procedure to ensure all is well. His office staff are friendly and his dental assistants explain instead of lecturing. I am used to moving from place to place frequently for work, but I will sincerely miss having Dr. Terry as my dentist.
