We LOVE Dr. Thatcher! We have been to two other orthodontists in town (W&G, Fer..) and Dr. Thatcher is by far the best. The office staff is wonderful, there is no weird vibe or  tension between the workers, you always know that your getting, not whatever doctor decides to show up to the office that day, the office is conveniently located, Dr. Thatcher knows what she’s doing and doesn’t try to “sell” you  on services you don’t need AND she has the best prices in town. Dr. Thatcher also doesn’t have her friends write reviews just to boost her ratings on social media. Dr. thatcher has all the new updated equipment and does everything the competition does without charging an arm & a leg for it. She is honest and thorough and a very nice person. The office is nice and clean and she takes every Covid-19 precaution necessary. I would recommend Dr. Thatcher over any other orthodontist in Santa Barbara by far for everything from Adult Invisalign or braces to especially children’s braces.

A wonderful experience for both my son and my wife. We just spent the last three years with both of them in braces. Yes I said both of them. The quality of care and service was stellar, incredibly professional and we were always made to feel at home and part of the family. The most incredible part of it all was how AMAZING their teeth look now. I can’t imagine what it takes to do Dr. Thatcher’s job, such an art. The staff was unbelievable, always super fast getting my crew in if there ever was an issue (loose wire for example). We had done a bit of price comparing before seeing Dr. Thatcher and her feed are incredibly fair and we definitely got so much more than we paid for. What a pleasure to work with all of them over the past 3 years. Thank you!

Dr. Thatcher makes having braces as easy & painless as possible. I met with three other orthodontists before choosing to work with her. She put so much more effort into researching solutions and explaining it all to me that I know I chose the best! Parking is easy. The office is warm & inviting. Susie is always pleasant & efficient in scheduling appointments & taking payments. It’s always a pleasure to see Dr. Thatcher & the fantastic smiles she creates.
