I have been a patient at this office since the mid 1990’s and have always received quality care from everyone on the staff. No issues in dealing with my dental insurance carrier and when my insurance changed and I lost dental coverage, I was presented with an itemized list of procedures and costs so I would know in advance what each visit would cost. I have no reason to look for a new dentist and will continue to use this office.

I have to say that I found Dr Betor before our wedding. He made my teeth perfect just in time for my wedding day! I have never had to wait long for appointments and I never wait long in the office before being seen! He does a great job! I have never had billing problems like I have had at MANY other dental offices. I recently went back with my 4 year old son and I could not be happier with his care! My son is not scared to go there and I can take him back again without worrying about him being traumatized by a bad dentist. All of the staff is amazing! I WILL NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE EVER!

Dr. Richard Betor & Dr. Michael Betor are both amazing and do an incredible job making your smile as beautiful as it can be and making sure your teeth/gums are healthy. Carrie, their dental hygienist, is the best dental hygienist I’ve ever been to. She is so great at her job and is up on all the latest advances in her field.

I have always had bad experiences at dentists’ offices, however, I think I finally found a great office! I had the best cleaning I’ve ever had. I experienced absolutely no pain. I then went to get zoom whitening. I never believed my teeth could be so white! I drink coffee and wine, and I also smoke. my teeth are sensitive as well. Holy crap balls…hardly any pain! watching someone bite into ice cream sends tears down my face, yet I only felt a few zingers! they definitely take care of you! the best part is that the flossing lecture is minimal and they don’t make you feel bad for your vices. I actually set up an appointment for 6 months for another cleaning; I have never done that! definitely check this place out!

I have been going to Dr. Betor for just over a year now, and both he and his son are fantastic dentists. I recommend them to all of my friends and family. Every visit I leave feeling refreshed and positive – no matter if it’s a routine cleaning or my last surgery. The staff there is top notch – they are the friendliest and happiest group of people I’ve ever seen in an office. Five stars isn’t a high enough rating for Dr. Betor’s office.

This was my first time going to see Dr. Michael Betor and wow…..the experience from start to finish was amazing. Kelly scheduled my appointment and made sure I was aware of all the upfront cost. She was so professional and answered all of my questions. I talked to her several times prior to my appointment. All the staff there seem to really enjoy what they do…they are all so genuinely kind, professional and knowledgable. My appointment was at 2pm and I did not have to wait at all when I arrived. Debbie, who was assisting Dr. Michael during my procedure was great! Dr. Michael is very kind and down to earth. He was very patient with me during the procedure, even allowing for breaks. Though Dr. Michael looks very young you can tell right away he is very smart and professional. I loved how he explained everything he was doing step by step. I will for sure be back!

Dr. Michael made wisdom teeth extraction a breeze! It literally took 5 minutes with NO pain whatsoever. I gotta say best dentistry in Cleveland, they have the most up to date equipment to really help the patient feel comfortable. I would highly recommend changing dentists to Dr Mike!

Great dentist. Fantastic service, very knowledgeable. Never have to wait for your appointment. Been going here for over 20 years and love the people who work here. They also do root canals and many, many other procedures that some dentists refer you to someone else to do. Can’t say enough good things about them.
