Piece of cake! Scheduled a cleaning in advance. The office was very busy so I had to wait maybe 20 minutes. (Not bad!) Staff was friendly. Rooms were clean. Doctor was great and spent a fair amount of time with me. (Didn’t have many issues but had lots of questions). Came back with my son. This will be our permanent dentist!

I have been a patient of Bronx dental center for 4 years and Since day one From the front desk to the dentist assistants everyone is VERY Professional, Helpful !! Mr Jonas Is the best Dentist !! I ever had I change my health insurance to be able to continue to be a patient and it was all worth it !! He takes his time and he is a man of his word He did a Root canal Replacing of my fillings and not once did I feel a thing !! Trust me !! The office is VERY CLEAN AND WELL Organized !!!!

This was my first visit. I was referred by a coworker specifically so I could get my filling done with a laser. I heard a lot about it but didn’t really know what to expect. Believe the hype! I didn’t need a shot, he just jumped right in. The whole appointment only took around 20 mins. Coffee in the waiting room and tv’s in all the rooms is a nice touch. Great to have Dr.Sarowitz in the community. This will be my permanent dentist from now on. 🙂 

My first experience here was good. Erica the receptionist checked me in and then showed me to a coffee machine in the waiting area, where they had coffee and tea for me to choose from. My wait wasn’t too long, and I was taken back for xrays by a friendly assistant. Only had to wait a few minutes for the doctor to see me after my xrays were taken, and he was really laid back and knowledgeable. Coming back in 6 months for my cleaning, I’ll update my review then!

I been going to the Bronx Dental Center for like 2 years now and so far it’s one of the best places I ever been because they always check everything that you need to do and they’re really honest about it… like they never gonna say that you have to do something if is not really necessary. All the staff are kind and patient . O really recommend it.

Bronx Dentists Michael Salki and Andrew Sarowitz are incredibly talented family dentists who focus on cosmetic dentistry and dental implants in Bronx, NY. They teach children dental responsibility, while taking care of us parents who may not have been so lucky to get it right the first time! They are affordable dentists and truly care about the entire dental spa experience!

A huge thank you to everyone at the Bronx dental center !!!! The receptionists were very welcoming and Dr. Andrew actually sat down and talked to me not as another dollar but as a human who’s trying to have that perfect smile. Also a big shout out to the hygienist who guided me and showed me how to properly brush my teeth and areas I needed to work on. Definitely my new favorite dentist office.

I went to this dental office when I used to live in NY because it was close to home and one of my friends recommended it. On my first appointment, Dr Sarowitz educated me on my options. I had not taken care of my teeth when I was young so I needed to get implants so I started the process. After 6 months of beginning the process my job relocated me to Cincinnati. So I had to pause the process for a while and they were very understanding of my situation so we kept scheduling appointments a head of time so can book flights and keep working on my procedures. Throughout the whole process the staff kept in touch and Dr Sarowitz was super great educating me on how to best care post surgery sending me instructions through email and making sure nothing went wrong. I recommend this dental clinic and the all the dentist are all super professional and truly care for the patients. I am all done with the dental procedures and I had an amazing experience with this practice.

The dentists, staff and assistants are all courteous and professional. I just wish they could get the wait times down. Also, I was very fortunate to not get a parking ticket because I fed the meter for the max time (I hour) just before going in; but I was in the chair for about 90 minutes for x-rays, consult, deep teeth cleaning, and waiting time. In fairness, I did ask for a shot for the pain (sensitive teeth and gums), so time to administer the shots and time to get numb allotted for some of the extra time.

Everyone was sooooo nice! My experiences at prior dentist have always been horrible, Andrew was super friendly, answered all my questions honestly and made everything so comfortable. Yahaira,the lady who cleaned my teeth, did the best job ever, mind you I could be a really horrible and difficult customer because I’m just so sensitive in my mouth. Great office! Love them. Will definitely come back.

I have been searching for a good dentist in the Bronx for a while now. My visit with Dr.Sarowitz was excellent! He is a caring dentist who provided understanding and empathy towards my financial situation. He explained my options about my dental treatment and I was able to select the best option for me. I discovered him on Zocdoc and I’m happy that I chose to come to Bronx Dental Center. The staff is excellent and the environment is very welcoming! Glad I found a great dentist in the Bronx.

Dr. Sarowitz is the best. Hands down. Needed two extractions and he did both without causing me any pain. Office also seems to be in the middle of a makeover. There were guys measuring for blinds while I was in the waiting room and there were others painting some of the rooms blue when I was leaving.

I’ve avoided going to the dentist for years (and I have a bunch of work I need to get done). I was so scared to even be there but Eliz and Erica (at the front desk) were so warm and friendly,  they were patient working with me (and I noticed they showed the same patience to people who called and those who came in). The technician apologized for making me wait so long. Dr. Sarowitz in 5 minutes undid 25 years of my trauma of dentist. He was kind, reassuring,  he gave me a plan to get my dental hygiene back to healthy that worked with the boundaries for my insurance, and what I insurance wouldn’t cover, the lovely ladies at the front desk helped me find a loan and payment plan for. The cleaning wasn’t painful and honestly this experience was the first time I wanted to have a good cry at the dentist,  I cannot wait to go back!

Dr andrew is such a great dentist Im frighten when it come to me seeing a dentist but i have to say Dr Andrew was very patient and genorous he made me feel calm and good he made me feel relax about all my vists.The office is always clean and their staff is just amazing their all very nice and warm they make you feel like home , they even call to check-up on me after my root canal.DEFINITELY THE BEST DENIST OFFICE I HAVE BEEN TO IN YEARS,

I’ve been coming to this dental center for years. Staff is friendly, and I’ve never had an issue coming here. The person who took care of my teeth most recently was Richardo. He was excellent. Richardo is very knowledgable and was very gentle with my sensitive teeth. I would definitely recommend this place.

I absolutely HATED the dentist, I can’t stress that enough, but I don’t mind coming here at all. That says alot. I have searched high and low for a good dentist and landed here one day. Since then I can’t see myself going anywhere else. Prices are good, staff is stellar, clean facilities and they know what they’re doing!!! I’d give a sixth star if I could. To Bronx dental, Thank you for always blessing me with a great experience. Your staff is always so warm and accommodating. Can’t ask for more from you all. Great job.

I went to The Bronx Dental Center as an emergency patient due to flare gums. From the Administrative assistants to the Dentist they all were very nice. This young lady talked me through a very very good cleaning she done and showed me a  good way to floss. I just work up and the flared gums are no more in one day. My new go to place

This was my firsts time at the dentist in a very long time and Dr. Sarowitz was extremely nice and accommodating for me. He went through all of my dental issues and how to address them, and even gave me pamphlets on Invisalign, etc. I will definitely be back!

I hate to see such horrible reviews, as my experience with The Bronx Dental Center was nothing short of exceptional. The staff was friendly and professional. After filling out the necessary paperwork to become a new patient, I waited no more than 10 minutes to be seen, which generally takes much longer.  My visit with Dr. Sarowitz was far and above the easiest and most comfortable trip to the dentist I’ve ever experienced!  I’d been having a hard time finding a dentist in the city that I felt comfortable with, but Dr. Sarowitz put my mind at ease with his very obvious skill and attention to detail.  He melded just the right amount of humor and conversation without making me uncomfortable with forced small talk.  I felt that he was extremely professional and very knowledgeable about the best treatment option for me.  Because of the apparent ease with which he performed the work, and his genuine care for me as a patient, he’ll be my first choice for future visits.

Dr. Sarowitz is excellent! He got straight to the point and told me exactly what was causing my pain. I also appreciated the fact that he took his time with giving me all my options and explaining each one to me before helping me come to a decision on which way I should go about rectifying the issue. I’d recommend him to anyone in search of a dentist!

I had a wonderful experience with everyone at the office! There was confusion with my insurance and the front desk went above and beyond to help me get it sorted out, and Dr. Sarowitz was extremely efficient, informative, and considerate. Highly recommended!
