Very good experience. First visit with hygienist (cannot remember her name) but she was the best, very knowledgeable and walked me thru everything during my visit (she had 3 daughters who I’m sure are as nice and kind as she was to me today). Thank you Dr Will and your staff!

Five stars just aren’t enough to express how excellent my dental care has been over the last 20 years! I began seeing Dr. Tom in 2001 and also begun seeing Dr. Will when he joined his father’s practice. Both of them are always kind and considerate, and they spend as much time with me as necessary to ensure that my needs are addressed to my satisfaction. Their dental hygienists are cheerful and take care of my teeth with care. Because of all of this, I actually look forward to my dental visits! If you’re looking for a new dentist, you should consider scheduling an appointment!

Loved my entire experience there. The location is convenient and it’s a beautiful office. The communication and convenience of filling out all forms online before my first visit was great. The staff was so kind, my hygienist Ella was so sweet and thoroughly explained everything she was doing-super knowledgeable. The Dentist I saw was so kind, he asked me not just “how I was” but “tell me about yourself”. The patience experience was great! Best Dentist!

I am extremely satisfied with the Burkitt Center For Comprehensive Dentistry. I was a new patient and I really enjoyed my fist visit and hope to make this my new place for my dental work. The staff was very helpful, the hygienist was great, and the Doctor Tom was excellent! This place is so clean and I am very happy about my choice!

I have been to this location 3 times so far. First time was for cleaning and then for filling. Finally I went back for cleaning again. So yeah, it’s a really good place to get checkups and cleaning. The staff are super friendly and I like the atmosphere. Very clean facility. I’d recommend it to anyone. I used my employer provided insurance so I’m not aware of actual costs (if it’s expensive or not). I did get a quote for fillings and it seemed reasonable to me. You won’t regret visiting this facility for sure.

The new office is wonderful. They have gone above and beyond in following the new health guidelines. The entire staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I have trusted them for my dental care for over 20 years. I highly recommend them.

Very professional staff. Makes certain you are well cared for and comfortable. Went in for a cracked tooth was referred for periodontal treatment then they completed a crown. Very pleased with entire treatment.

Dr Will was so kind and gentle with my 81 year old mother. He was very patient and thoroughly answered all of her questions. She said she would highly recommend Dr. Will as well as the entire staff. She said they were so helpful and she felt like they really cared about her.

The staff and Doctors, techs at The Burkitt Center for Comprehensive Dentistry are the BEST in dentistry. Dr. Tom Jones has taken care of me for 20 years of his 43 years that he has been in Dentistry. Through this terrible Pandemic they make sure they keep me and all safe. The Office has state of the art equipment and everyone is highly educated. They listen to me about my concerns. I know they all will take excellent care of me. That is the most important thing to me.

Honestly, they are the best staff at a dentist office that I have EVER worked with. Excellence describes them in every way. One thing I love is that they don’t ever tell me I need something I don’t…they are honest when I do. They catch everything and know how to fix and do better what any other dentist who’s touched my mouth has done before! Care Sincerely. Their office is state of the art with some of the newest ways of cleaning teeth and treating every other problem…even their bathroom looks like marble- haha!!:) They know what they are doing. Timely and Efficient. Staff loves working there and you can tell- They are fair and helpful. Worth it. Get it done right…Highest recommendation!!!!:)

I do not usually give 5-stars because there is “always room for improvement”, but The Burkitt Center for Comprehensive Dentistry checked all of the boxes. This was my first of many visits to come and I could not find anything wrong. From scheduling the appointment to completing new patient forms, the entire process was easy. When I arrived to my appointment, I was able to check in online and the entire staff was nice and made me feel welcome. Kylee, the RDH, did a great job from top to bottom with X-rays, the examination, and cleaning. She asked great questions, answered my questions, and was very personable. When it was time for Dr. Will Jones, he was thorough in his examination and was very personable. He actually sat down and talked to me. There aren’t many doctors or healthcare providers who take time to sit and talk to you, which is significant to a patient. I believe I have found my next dentist and highly recommend The Burkitt Center for Comprehensive Dentistry for any of your dental needs.

I was told by other dentists that a tooth could not be saved, that an implant would be necessary. Later, I changed dentist, because of location close to my home, best decision I ever made. Discovered my tooth could indeed be saved, and would be no problem. I highly recommend this group! They are very friendly, professional, and honest.

Dr. Tom Jones is so great filled 4 cavities today. He is the BEST DENTIST after 20 plus years of taking care of me. I nearly don’t need numbing. This year they have had to get me back on track my gums and teeth I have neglected. I am so happy to have such great educated people who really care about my health and taking such great care of me. Dr. Will and Dr. Eric are second to none. I get great care every time I walk into this place. Will’s staff steps me through everything (payment, Insurance, the appointment itself, etc.) from check-in to check-out. Not to mention, the staff is really friendly. They all seem to really like working there, which is a big plus for overall atmosphere. It feels like a real community. I’m very thankful that my wife found this place!

Dr. Will is very nice and does his utmost best to make sure you are happy with your dental needs. His staff goes above & beyond to make you comfortable and makes you feel more confident and safe during your visit. Dr. Will is also a very gentle dentist and he creates an atmosphere that dispels anxieties. I am claustrophobic and have high anxieties when getting dental procedures/work and I don’t get numb very easy or if I do the numbness generally only lasts a few minutes. Dr. Will used IV sedation then numbs me up for up to several hour. The staff also gives me laughing gas and I can tell you that as long as he is my dentist I am anxiety free.

I love how kind ALL of the staff are and how they get things done so efficiently. The office itself is gorgeous and feels so much more comfortable than a traditional dentist office.

I love the Burkitt Center! Everyone that works there is friendly and eager to make your experience great. I love that every time I go, I see the same dental hygienist and she remembers me! The dentists are all great as well! All around, the Burkitt Center is one of the best dental offices I’ve been to.

OK!!So I have a fear of dentist!!!I am almost 80 and with a fear and dread I dont know how I came in contact with Burkitt Dental!!!I cannot say how kind everyone in this practice has been especially Dr Will Jones!!!!!it has taken quiet a while to get my dentures but aside from that fact DR Will is kind and patient!!!Trust me they have at times had to hold my hand!!!!! I would definitely recommend Burkitt!!!!!

I love this group and I have used this practice for 20 plus years. I started out using this practice when Dr. Tom Jones was in practice by himself. Dr. Jones son, Dr. Will joined him several years ago. I have watched the expansion of this practice, which is now led by his son, Dr. Will. The staff is very professional and friendly and very helpful in making your visit as pleasant as possible. Dr. Eric joined the practice before they built their new office, The Burkett Center. I used Dr. Eric recently and he is a perfect fit for this practice. They also have a therapy dog, Brody. I am also comforted by the fact that they are extremely compliant with keeping their staff and patients safe by using all safety practices for the Covid virus.

First time patient and I had one of the most complete visits I have experienced. Everything is explained in detail and with compassion. The office is clean and all of the staff are very friendly and competent.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Tom Jones since 2001 and now I’m one of Dr. Will Jones, his son. I Dr. Tom & Dr. Will are like family members to me. Both of them give me all the time necessary to answer questions thoroughly and patiently. They stand behind their top-notch work and they have the best staff in place to support them. I’m absolutely blessed and grateful for the 19 years they’ve taken care of me!

Hadn’t been to the dentist in a long long time! I was nervous at first but once I walked in the door the women at the front, Mylan and Katie, greeted me and were so kind and patient that my nerves were totally gone. Megan took me back for cleaning and she was awesome too! I could tell she wanted to get to know me before we even got to business. You can tell the Burkitt Center has a family culture around them. They’re a tight knit group. It sounds corny but I felt like I was part of that family from the moment I walked in to the moment I left. I’ll never go to another dentist office!

My experience was amazing from start to finish! The staff was very friendly and welcoming, Kylie was very thorough with her procedures and explained every step of the process! Dr. Will and Dr. Eric are amazing as well, they will take great care of you! I highly recommend using this group for any dental needs.

It amazes how comfortable the staff at the Burkitt Center made me feel. I have a lot of issues with my teeth and have been ashamed but going to this amazing place, I know they will help me get my teeth looking pretty again. I’ve had bad teeth since I started going to the dentist at 3 years old, despite brushing and flossing. Due to changing jobs across states and having bad experiences with dentists, I have a lot to compare with. I just moved back to TN and Dr. Jones has been the best I’ve ever had! He has been patient with me with my fear of IVs and explained everything to me. They actually are not in my dental benefits network, but I’m still going to stay with them. I appreciate all of you!

The Burkitt Center for Comprehensive Dentistry is conveniently located to Nolensville, Brentwood, and multiple other locations. The staff is well-trained and professional, the dental work performed is explained in detail before any procedure is done. Each procedure I’ve had done was painless, and both the hygienist and dentist were very considerate and supportive during my office visits. All of the staff is friendly and I was seen on time. Reminders of upcoming appointments were also received via email and texts. They all actually made going to the dentist a pleasure!
