I came to be here after my original Dentist of over 30YRS. ” RETIRED “, and the Dr. that took his patients SOLD his practice . After being through 4 so – called SALES , I wanted a permanent Dentist again . My Husband came here for an Emergency treatment , and stayed . My office that I was with began to “bully” me about services I needed to get done . It made me very uncomfortable , so I politely scheduled a teeth cleaning at Gentle Dental , and love it . Everyone is polite , and treat me like the Adult that I am . They discuss procedures more thoroughly than any where I’ve ever been , and I appreciate that .

I highly recommend The Dental Center at Easton. From the first phone call to the end of the appointment, everyone was nice, helpful and supportive of my concerns. Dr. Gilmer was the first dentist to ever give me an explanation for the jaw pain I have experienced for over 15 years. They went above and beyond!

Well, I have always been an anxious person, especially when comes to dentist. It was finally time to get my wisdom teeth removed, and I was just so scared to get it done, but when I got there they were so wonderful. They really made me feel relaxed, and they really do care for their patients. I would recommend this place to anyone who is afraid to go to the dentist. They are angels.

This place is seriously the bomb. Do people still say that? No? Well then, this place is seriously whatever kids who roll their eyes at people who say “the bomb” say instead when something is the coolest. My parents both referred me here, and they were right to – everyone is so nice!! The hygienists are wonderful, sometimes I get to have the fancy ultrasonic scaler used on my teeth, and Dr. Gilmer is very friendly (and super great at numbing you for fillings – this is important). Each station has a TV set so you can be distracted while you’re getting a cleaning. My preschooler usually comes and sits next to me (or on me) for my cleaning, so I get to watch a lot of Nick Jr and Disney Jr. The one time I had a filling done, though, I got to relax with some HGTV watching people buy beach homes. At my last cleaning, I didn’t need a new brush (I got a sonic brush and water pick on my hygienist’s recommendation – A+!), so instead my daughter got to pick one out. And got a toy from the treasure chest. And took a bottle of water for the road. Kid made out on that visit – didn’t even have to have her teeth cleaned! Anyway, take home points – 1. Ridiculously nice staff 2. Great environment 3. Wonderful at their jobs

I use to live in Columbus area came as far as from where i currently reside (Maryland) just to come back to Dental Center at Easton. The Dentist in MD had jacked my temp crown all up . I drove all this way just to meet my appt at Dental Center. It is by far without a doubt the best dental service in professional, friendly & experienced team i have ever visited. Having lived all over the Country i have had many dentists and none have ever been anywhere near the terrific job that this group does. All the away from the front greeting desk staff to DDS Laura Jaroncyk, as well as, her assistant(s) best in the buiz! Totally recommend!

I always hated going to the dentist but since I have be going to the Dental Center at Easton, I enjoy going. The staff is very courteous and very helpful. Dr Gilmer is the best. He is very professional and does amazing work. If you are looking for a great dentist and staff I would highly recommend the Dental Center at Easton!!!

I have only been to see Dr.Gilmer 3 times, but I can’t speak highly enough about him and the staff at The Dental Center. They are kind, thoughtful, and VERY a helpful. The put the patients first and always make you feel at ease. The hygienist was so wonderful and explained everything to me making sure I was comfortable. The office staff is so easy to schedule appointments with, and they will fit you in if it’s an emergency. I appreciate them all. I would highly suggest if looking for a new dentist to give them a try. I won’t go anywhere else. Thank you!!

Dr. Gilmer and his staff are outstanding! Not only is the facility itself very modern and relaxing, the entire staff, from front desk to dentist, go out of their way to be open, transparent, and kind. If you have quite a bit of work that needs done and insurance will only cover so much, they work with you to prioritize your care and help work out getting as much done as the insurance covers and you can afford. There’s never any judgement or condescension from them (had that issue at another dentist office) and they’re very above-board and clear on your treatment plan. They also work really hard with anxious patients to explain everything happening, giving extra time if you need a few minutes to calm down, and generally making you feel as comfortable as possible while treating you. I highly recommend them!

I had a great experience here. They got me in without a consult when everyone else I called only wanted to make me wait. I was in extreme pain, and I felt like this practice was the only one that took my discomfort and my frustration with not being able to have immediate care as a priority. I am now pain free after months of intermittent pain. The work I had done was top notch! Dr. Gilmer was great! Very professional, he explained everything in detail and was very transparent. The staff was awesome. They were sweet and competent. If you need immediate service come here. They are in Delta Dental’s network, which means I received service at NO cost. It may be more pricey without some form of insurance though. If I could give them 10 stars I would. The facility is first class. Very new, modern and clean. No yellow ceilings or dirty scuffed floors (if that matters to you).

If you need a gentle, great, and caring dentist..this is the place to go. After my last experience many years ago at a dentist office I swore I would never go back to any dentists period. However, I needed some work done recently and I gave this place a try…been there ever since. They were professional and thorough among other things. They have restored my trust in dentistry! 10 stars!

Dr Gilmer and his staff have been caring for my family for several years. From the moment you walk in, the staff makes you feel like you are their top priority. They take the time to get to know you, and always show a genuine concern for your health. The office is very clean, and efficient. Scheduling and even re-scheduling appointments when needed is easy. I never have to wait weeks or months to get in. I will always recommend Dr Gilmer and his staff to my extended friends and family.

My visit today was outstanding as always! The office is always clean and welcoming. The staff at the front desk are friendly and informative. The hygienist was great as well. I wish i could recall her name. The doctor was friendly and provided me with all the information I needed to stay healthy. As a former dental assistant this is refreshing to see and experience.

I went to a dentist with a broken tooth they referred me to a oral surgeon when I called they said it would be 1 to 2 months before they could get me in to remove the broken tooth I had severe pain and could not wait for 1 to 2 months to get in to see the oral surgeon Check around found the dental center at 4:30 East station they were able to get me in within A-day and a 1/2 They were able to pull my Tooth. I Don’t spend a lot of time up around Easton so I was having a little bit of trouble finding the place but I called the office and the young lady that answered the phone stayed on me and directed me until I was at the place which I appreciated very much All I can say is thanks to the staff and the people that work there they were all friendly all courteous all helpful and all did an excellent and wonderful job and would highly recommend this dentist to anyone that needs one. I can say that I was frustrated and had given up on a dentist helping me with my gum/mouth pain.  After another round of X-ray’s and the dentist not seeing anything wrong I was leaving with referrals to schedule an appointment with more doctors.  My cell phone rang and The Dental Center was calling to schedule an appointment after reaching out online.  They took me right away.  After filling out the paperwork, I was taken into an exam room.  They took x-rays of the side bothering me.  The doctor didn’t see anything on the x-rays either.  He asked a lot of questions and finally probed my gums with a dental instrument and out pops a popcorn kernel, big enough to have started  the pain on a scale of 1 to 10 a 10.I was so grateful he took the time to investigate further.  The experience has me going back for more dental treatment in the future.

Was able to be seen on Sunday for a root canal and was so impressed with not only the customer service but the care.  I have extreme anxiety with needles and dental work and was the most comfortable I’ve ever been.  Didn’t even feel the shots and actually napped during the procedure.  I was fortunate to find a great facility that was able to get me in on a weekend and have now found my forever dentist.

I would like to gush for a few moments about my wonderful experience at The Dental Center. I needed some emergency work done on a painful tooth and this entire staff could not have been more gracious and helpful. The facility itself is so inviting and comfortable. I found my new dental needs home for sure!! Thank you so much to the entire staff for helping me today!!

I was in the office today as a new patient. I haven’t been to a dentist in over 10 years due to anxiety about dentists and other reasons. I was having some pain and swelling. I was taken back right away and the dentist was back almost as quick! He was very professional and nice. They also went over a recommended treatment plan and costs. The whole appointment was quick and the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating.

I have been a patient here for around 6 years and have always had wonderful experiences. Today was especially great though! Another appointment with a different doctor came up that had to be done today and they were able to get me in early and did their best to make sure I was out in time to make it to my other appointment. I was very thankful for them rearranging their busy schedules last minute to accommodate my crazy schedule and everyone was so nice about it. I still feel like I got all the necessary attention at a routine appointment and made it to my other appointment with a few minutes to spare. They have great customer service and care about each of their patients. I would recommend this dentist to anyone!

When I first came to this office about a year ago, I had a long list of dental problems the needed to be fixed.  I had  numerous cavities, 2 wisdom teeth that needed to be removed and I needed 2 crowns.  Over the past year, we have checked each issue off one, by one until I was finally finished!!! Dr. Gilmer is the best at what he does. When my wisdom teeth were pulled it only took about 2 minutes and I didn’t feel a thing!! Recovery was a breeze as well! The rest of the office staff is amazing and they really work with you as far as payments and insurance and will even make payment arrangements with you if need be. Even though all of my work is finished, I plan to continue coming back for regular cleanings.

Dr. Gilmer and his staff are so friendly and accommodating! I have a fear of the dentist but I got over that in my appointment yesterday. Never did they shame me or say a single negative word! (Unfortunately as a child I had some terrible experiences at the dentist.) Chelsea took my X-rays and put me at ease. Dr. Gilmer explained exactly what needed done and how they would do it, he did not suggest extra services I didn’t need and we decided to be conservative and try a filling on a tooth that could need a root canal. (Fingers crossed it won’t start to feel worse!) his staff told me what my insurance would pay and what I would be responsible for. The dental hygienist, Kate, was so sweet and supportive. Really, everyone I interacted with was so nice!! Luckily they had a cancellation so instead of just a consultation I was able to get a cleaning and a few fillings the same day! I highly recommend dr. Gilmer and his wonderful staff!

Theres Nothing I have to offer, theres no words I can express, I wish I could change that but I cant. But the one thing I will and do is I give the Honest Feedback because let’s face it were all broken, we all hurt, we all struggle with something. I searched all over Ohio for help with my right lower bottom last tooth. I was carrying dental insurance just on limited plan that was outrageous even after a dentist visit. I’ve gone through a very rough year, I was in the midst of a accident a truck passed me and next thing I know is the 2 cars behind me along with truck was all a mangled mess. I looked up as I was headed for an interview. I ran immediately to the Truck as I was hoping that with the faith In the Lord he would survive, I prayed for him and prayed and pray begging God to intervene for another chance. Well my faith was tested because he didnt make it. I was suffering even though noone knew. I didnt want anyone to see me weak because I had so many people his own family who knew nothing reaching out asking me questions because they werent given any answers. In June I was struck by a vehicle with full force which slammed my head against the seat and wheel. Well my head was stinging and hurting and My fiance took me to the ER the DR lacked in his care to see what’s going on and just said it was a concussion. I’ve been referred to the cleveland clinic recently because Noone in Knox County is taking the time to care or follow up on even my results of the tests. I’ve been extremely weak I’ve had this tooth that has been making me miserable. I have been so sick and so weak I havent been able to do anything and literally have been so sick and weak to do anything but with the pain of tooth I held off because of no insurance trying tp do what I could to save the tooth. I searched and high and Low all over Ohio, I even was searching on the Border of Kentucky and PA and no help at all. I called 2-1-1, local churches, I’ve asked a couple dentists if they would set a payment plan. They all wanted between 500 and 800 down Even OSU dental clinic wouldnt allow me to set up a Payment plan. Finally I gave up. I would pop ibuprofen like candy because it was unbearable. I couldnt eat much some days at all. Alot of times I spent more time asleep because I was fine usually after Ibuprofen kicked in. My then the last month or so there would be times is was throbbing and I was in so much pain that I didnt know what to do or where to turn. Honestly I have extreme anxiety anytime I have to goto the dentist because I cant seem to find a good Dr who knows what there doing or they correct spot to numb. Anyways so I’ve been bouncing from dentists because I havent found one who is truly caring and has there heart in it for there customers. One night I was on my phone and I couldnt take it and so I was just looking for emergency dental care and I was just going to hopefully just find a dentist that would pull it and just be done because I know root canals are pricey and not only are they expensive they take alot of time to do. And I get very nervous because the last place who did my root canal it took her 3 hours and it was a nitemare for me and I felt every bit of the pain. So while calling around I saw that THE DENTAL CLINIC didnt have the little red closed sign on google. I called and was able to talk with Dr. Bradley Gilmer and told him the situation of the tooth, He gave me an option since I am currently on disability and my dental kicks in on June. HE ABSOLUTELY got me in immediately. He knocked the underlying major reason for the pain and then when the insurance kicks in we will proceed with the ongoing dental work for the root canal. His staff is friendly and nice and they were all very caring and I felt a sense at that office that there really are people who care for others and care about there health. Everyday is a struggle and an ongoing battle but I’m clinging on to the hoping I have in Christ. Somedays theres just special people that remind you that they care. But it’s sad that when you search high and low and noone will help. I’ve honestly fought such a hard battle and I’ve come to the conclusion. Anyone can have whatever they want of mine, some days I’m exhausted because the debt is piling in medical Bill’s and even though I’m on disability it’s still very stressful because Most often you cant get the care you need unless you have state health care cards. I’m so tired. I get weak and I am not well. The thing I can honestly say is Dr. Gilmer and his entire team are very few and far between. I pray for the fruits of His practice be richly blessed by God. I pray that God will flood his love and blessings to all that walk into his practice and know they will be treated with compassion and caring people. The Dental Center- Simply The Best

My first visit and I was so impressed.  Super professional people.  Very very overly nice and all in all, I didn’t even mind being there for 2 hours on my first visit.  We came up with a plan and they’re very knowledgeable and informative.  Lots of opportunities to ask questions and let them know if you’re uncomfortable.  Definitely recommend.

Filling fell out before a long weekend and The Dental Center was able to get me in very quickly.  The staff was very friendly and the office clean and professional.  Dr. Magnus did an excellent job in repairing my tooth and providing advise for future treatment based on the health of the tooth, without high pressure “sales”.  I have a very difficult time at the dentist but this experience was great!
