I was very impressed by Dr. Kay, his office, and staff. Over the weekend I had a problem with a permanent retainer another dentist had put in for me. All of a sudden it snapped. I called Dr. Kay and he immediately told me to go into his office and that he would see me to help mitigate the problem and discomfort I was having. His willingness to help me over his weekend and with such immediacy was truly over-the-top and much appreciated.

I have wanted veneers for awhile and went on many consults in center city to find the right doctor. Dr. Kay is meticulous, energetic, smart, and willing to go the extra step. He spent a lot of time getting my veneers just right. I never knew there was a difference between white teeth and bright teeth until Dr. Kay returned my first pair of veneers for a brighter pair. Adding on a month to his work load. If you haven’t heard of Dr. Kay, you will! Highly recommended

There are not enough superlatives to thank Dr. Kay and his staff for the truly life altering services they have performed. My 92 year old mother was in the process of losing her teeth and through the heroics of the Dental Spa they have been able to save that which no other dentist was capable of saving and provide the necessary prosthetic devise so that my mother has been able to eat anything she wants and present the smile of a movie star. While I marvel at Dr. Kay’s dental skills which are evidenced in amazing before and after pictures, I am equally at awe with the professionalism and kindness of the staff. The care,understanding and assistance they provided was truly unique. They made what could have been a difficult situation for a senior citizen a relaxed and comfortable experience. Now, each time my mother takes a bite into an apple or chews on a steak or flashes a smile, I say thanks for having been referred to Dr. Kay and the Dental Spa. Simply terrific.

Dr. Kay and the ENTIRE team at The Dental Spa are amazing! After neglecting my teeth and avoiding smiling in photos for far too long, I finally decided to talk to Dr. Kay about making some cosmetic upgrades. He listened to what I wanted and came up with a plan that let me keep some of my smile’s character. In addition to two veneers, I also did Invisalign, and I could not be happier with the result! Dr. Kay and the staff were awesome throughout the entire process, flexible with my schedule, and consistently a pleasure to work with. If I could leave them 10 stars, I would!

I can’t recommend the dental spa more! I went here for a last minute whitening the week before my wedding and the dental spa was top notch. Dr. Kay helped fit me into his busy schedule and ensured I fully understood the procedure and potential side effects and impact on the big day (sensitivity etc). His staff is amazing, everyone is so friendly and attentive. They continually checked to ensure that my teeth were reacting well to the treatment and even adjusted the treatment to make sure I did not experience too much sensitivity following. I have been going to The Dental Spa since it opened several years ago. I never wait for my appointment, my hygienist is delightful and thorough, and Dr. Kay has a progressive plan for my dental work. He is highly trained, takes a big picture approach, and has helped me recapture my smile. We have begun to redo my implants from previous dentists to make them fit more tightly, we successfully whitened my teeth, and created a night guard I wear to bed so I don’t grind my teeth down anymore. Great, great, great! From the front desk and Rosemary, to the assistants, and of course Dr. Kay everything is top notch. I had 2 front crowns done that didn’t match and left a dark mark at my gums and in 2 visits Dr. Kay and team redid them and they are amazing! They blend right in and no one even knows they aren’t my real teeth. Everyone is super friendly and caring and make it (almost) enjoyable to go to the dentists office.
