I love going there. We left a dentist who was doing unnecessary work. Since switching none of us have had problems where prior we were all having 4-5 “cavities” fill every time. Here, they do great work when needed and general check ups/cleanings are great. Staff is friendly. Miss the days of the hand scrub and face massage but hopefully those will return after this pandemic.

I can not speak highly enough about this place. I have severe dental anxiety and I actually look forward to my appointments. Truly a first for me. I absolutely love having the option to add an eyebrow wax or lash die to my appointment. If you’re feeling overly stressed or just want a special treatment, they offer massage and nail services as well. My only regret is not knowing about The Dental Spa years ago

The best dental experience I’ve ever had. I have been a patient here for several years now and can honestly say it’s the best! You will love it here. They are always so welcoming and friendly. Great facility with high quality treatment. Dr. Graham is a pro who makes sure his patients are well taken care of. I love all the hygienist, but have met with Carly the most and she is phenomenal! She is so friendly, positive, and always communicates well and let’s you know what to expect. With COVID-19 protocols, they were very organized and made sure everything is sanitary and safe. Everyone here is super knowledgeable about best practices for keeping your teeth healthy. If you can come here, especially if your insurance is accepted, you won’t regret it. It’s a very high quality place

I love the Dental Spa. I’ve a long history of dental issues and it took me a couple of years after moving to salt lake to find a good dentist. Once I found dr graham I’ve been going to him ever since (almost 5 years now). Not only is he a good dentist, the facilities are awesome. It really is a different experience getting and arm and face massage while getting your teeth cleaned. The staff is all courteous and knowledgeable. As I said I’m a high utilizer of dental service because of my medical history, I’m also a physician myself so I can recommend the dental spa without reservation.

We were referred to The Dental Spa by Dr. Ryan Facer at Greater Endodontics and are so happy he referred us. I have a bit of anxiety when it comes to the Dentist and their office creates a very relaxed feeling. Everyone is very professional yet sweet and kind. They are very thorough with each appointment and you never feel rushed. My daughter also sees Dr. Debbie Graham on the pediatric side . My goal was to find her a dentist she loves so that she never experiences dental appointment anxiety and with Dr. Graham she feels very comfortable. She actually loves going to the Dentist because Dr Graham is so kind and because of the fun video games and toys. They had me at the chair massage, the paraffin hand dip, the facial massage with essential oils, the weighted blanket, and the option to add a manicure to my teeth cleaning. Then all the staff is just so inviting and positive and really genuinely seek to make sure you are comfortable and have all that you need to take care of your dental health. I get the worst anxiety at the dentist. I’ve had horrible experiences before until I decided to give The Dental Spa a try. I’ve been there twice, and I have to say yesterday was my best experience ever. I wish I could remember the name of my dental hygienist – she is amazing! I’ve been coming here since I moved to salt lake about three years ago, and I think the idea is a revelation. The usually dreadful experience of being poked and prodded is somewhat blunted by the relaxing music and spa treatments, but more importantly every single staff member provides superb communication, education about what they’re doing and why. I have been Dr. Graham’s patient at The Dental Spa since 2008! He, along with his staff, are the most professional, friendly, and calming group of people I’ve ever come across. We moved away to Chicago for a few years and I dreaded having to find another dentist as I knew that I would NEVER be able to find a dental office like his nor someone I could trust more, and I didn’t. When I had to get a root canal and crown done in Chicago, Dr. Graham was kind enough to review my xrays and give me a second opinion, how’s that for going out of your way for your patients? Thank goodness we returned to SLC as I’m back to being a regular Dental Spa patient! From the smiling faces of the Receptionist and Office Manager who always greet you by name to the gentle cleaning of the hygienist, and a thorough exam by Dr. Graham, I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place. The Spa, with it’s massaging exam chairs and soothing eye masks that you wear during a cleaning, makes you forget you’re even visiting a dentist. I have always and will always continue to recommend The Dental Spa to everyone.

I have been considering trying out The Dental Spa for a few years since some of my co-workers went there. I finally made an appointment and was pleased that I did. This is such a wonderfully executed concept. There are spa services to purchase if that is something you would like to do, but there is no pressure. The visit starts and ends on a very relaxing note. The hygienist is very thorough. The cleaning did hurt a but, but my teeth look wonderful after so it was worth it. The facial massage and warm towel at the end made me forget there was any pain at all. I have now told my current co-workers about this dental office and I’m sure there will be a new round of patients.

Generally speaking, I very much dislike going to the dentist, but this dentist… I look forward to! The office is beautiful. I never have to wait long. They include complimentary: a sugar scrub and paraffin on your hands which is divine, a cold or hot eye mask, a blanket if your cold or want to feel more cozy, and facial massage at the end to help loosen your jaw from being open for the cleaning. Sounds like a spa treatment but they are part of your cleaning! They give you a goodie bag which is great for my travel bag. Everyone is very professional and the hygienist always tell you what they are getting ready to do before they do it and continually ask if you need anything. Honestly… best experience at a dentist in my over 40 years of life! LOVE THIS PLACE!

So I start by walking into this luxurious looking spa in my mind wondering how this could possibly be a dental office. Hence the title dental spa. DUH! Next I sit in a beautiful waiting room with massage chairs and a tea bar. Then they start me off with a hand scrub and a Paraffin wax hand treatment. The rooms are dark, beautiful and soothing. I was given a temple massage with oil, a warm eye mask and a weighted blanket. The music choice is AMAZING! So relaxing and unique. I then received a very thorough gum and bone test and cleaning, ending with a facial massage. I gave it a 5 star because I did not have the option of a 10 star. I went home and told several clients I saw that day and scheduled my daughter immediately! I have always procrastinated making dental appointments. They are usually not my favorite! But now I am willing to come every 6 months and will look forward to the great service! BEAUTIFUL SPA AND BEAUTIFUL PEOPLE!

I feel like we have discovered a rainbow unicorn of a dentist office. Every teeth cleaning and dental check up should start with a paraffin wax hand treatment, aroma therapy, warm eye mask, and end with a neck and jaw massage! But it’s not just about the spa treatments. No dentist I have seen has ever been so persistently concerned with my gum health and flossing habits. And been so aware of my comfort during cleanings and exams. Dr. Graham is great. The whole staff is so friendly and lovely. It makes going to the dentist something to look forward to, which I thought I would NEVER say! We also LOVE Dr. Debbie and her hygienist for our kids. She is so warm and friendly and puts our little girls at ease. They can’t wait til the next time they get to go see Dr. Debbie and hang out in the coolest waiting room ever.

This is the best dental facility I’ve ever experienced! Even though I don’t live or work very close to the Dental Spa anymore, I will continue driving there for all my dental needs. Dr. Graham has very good taste in music which can be heard throughout the facility. He is efficient and skilled. Primarily I’m there for the twice/yearly cleanings, and Jenny does such a wonderful job and is so thoughtful that I’m always looking forward to going back.

I never thought I could feel relaxed at a Dental Office. I went in to have my teeth cleaned. The waiting area has massage chairs. They treat you with a sugar scrub and warm wax for your hands, aromatherapy, hot or cold eye mask while your teeth are getting cleaned, and then the service finishes with a face and neck massage, and a warm towel. It was amazing. I would recommend this place to anyone who has a fear of dentist appointments! They made it a completely different experience. I don’t think I’ll dread dental appointments ever again!

From a hot cup of tea, massage chairs while you wait, sugar scrub and paraffin dip PRIOR to your appointment even getting started you’ll forget where you are. You get in the room and the pampering never stops. Heated chair, weighted blanket, cooled ice mask, facial massage and temple rub continues. This is ALL included with your annual cleaning and check up! Dr. Graham is kind, professional, quick and communicates so well. The hygienists are gentle, do a great job and ensure you are comfortable every step through. The lighting, music, decor and temperature definitely makes you feel like you’re at a spa rather than the dentist. I love this place and will never choose to go anywhere else.

The atmosphere is beautiful, the staff are so kind and helpful, and they do everything in their power to make you feel comfortable and special. i loved everything about this place! this totally changed my view on the dentist and i will totally be coming back! first thing that stood out to me was how nice everyone was! my hygienist was very nice and very detailed on everything she was doing and was very informative! oh and there was no wait they were very quick to get me in! they put cool wax stiff on my hands and it made them soooo soft! as well as an eye mask which made it very relaxing! they put oil on my temples which was very soothing! the clean was very thorough and they felt very good afterwards! they also gave me a face massage which felt amazing! this was the best dentist experience i’ve ever had and i would 100% recommend!

I love going there. The entire staff is amazing. They take care of each individual as a person. You do not feel like just a number. They work with you from scheduling a visit to payments, they indeed look for your well being . I always request a very busy time of the day and when they say they will keep an eye on the schedule and see if there is any cancelation and call me, that indeed happens (that makes my day, cause they really pay attention to their patient`s needs). I just had a cleaning with the best hygienist ever – she took her time and went through all my teeth carefully, best cleaning sensation ever + the best facial massage. Also had some crowns put in and they were amazingly awesome on working with me and checking if I was doing okay, every second of the procedure. I simply love them. I would not go anywhere in this world for Dental procedure.

I got recommendations by a few people to check this place out since I needed to transfer care and my insurance covers this place so I thought why not. I didn’t expect much and to be honest I didn’t look up the place, but WHAT AN EXPERIENCE! I called the receptionist (super nice btw, you can tell she was smiling behind the phone) and made an appointment with ease. They weren’t very booked out at that time. At first I meet the receptionist who was super nice with a great smile and friendly hospitality. She gave me tea and made sure I was relaxed in the lounge waiting area where they offer massage chairs while you wait then, I had the pleasure of meeting Rosanna (the hygienist) and Dr. Graham for a simple dental cleaning. However the visit was more then just simple. It was simply relaxing. I got my hands dipped in wax, got a facial massage (Twice) with essential oils and the best least painful cleaning I’ve ever had. I almost don’t want to recommend this place to keep it as my own personal gem but that would be unfair. Hence this review. If you need some dental work done, even a simple clean and eval then you have to give this place a shot. You won’t be disappointed.
