Yay! Finally, a dentist’s office that makes you feel comfortable, even if you’re the type that experiences anxiety. I went in for a routine cleaning, and then back a week later for a filling. So, I met with two different dentists, and they were both fantastic. It’s a very casual atmosphere with a beautiful lobby that has cozy seating and huge windows. It’s so unlike most 1950s-styled claustrophobic dental offices. Each treatment area has a huge flat screen, and you’re in charge of the remote! Directly in front of you, the walls are lined with bamboo wallpaper; you almost want to ask if there are margaritas in the back. Of course, you can’t because there are tools and fingers in your mouth. But, really…it’s a great place!

I’ve been a patient for 3 years! They are super accommodating and don’t pressure you to do anything. I come for cleanings and Ortho maintenance. If I happen to arrive early, they will see me if they are available. I really like the staff. Highly recommend this practice for all your dental needs.

I HATE going to the dentist!  So when I relocated to The Woodlands I was filled with dread about the prospect of finding a new dentist. So I went on help and started searching. I hit the jackpot!  I have always felt anxious before and during all dental visits. No anymore. After 3 visits here I no longer feel anxious before dental visits. All of the staff members here are fantastic and do everything they can to put you at ease. My dentist has a great sense of humor and I feel like my comfort and health really matter to him. Have you ever had a dentist give you his cell phone?  Mine does and encourages me to call ANYTIME day or night if I need him. They have great hours and always fit me in right away. I am staying with this dentist!

I would give this place ten stars if I could! After moving here a couple years ago and trying a few different dental offices this was the only one that did not try and up sell us on treatments and add things to our bill we didn’t approve.  Very reasonable cash pricing!  Staff is wonderful and easy to talk to.  They are able to schedule my son and I for the same time and it goes very smoothly.  Appointment confirmation is a breeze and the reminders you get via text message or phone call are much appreciated.  And the doctors!  They have all been absolutely wonderful!  Thorough, friendly, caring, on top of their game in every way.  Excellent cleanings and I love the TVs and seating is so comfortable. So glad we found a local dentist office we love!!  Highly recommend.

I have been going here four times a year for six years and have received excellent service every time. My last dentists wanted to pull several teeth and I went for a second opinion to this location. I was told that those two teeth did not need to be pulled and I still have those same teeth, with no issues.

Great first visit to The Dentists at Creekside.  They were very professional and I love how they sent me all documents via text to fill out prior to arriving. They had extra steps for COVID which I appreciated.  Taren was awesome and was very thorough in the cleaning and exam.  I would recommend for anyone in the area.  My experience was very good. Office was organized and well run.

Super friendly staff…Dr. was fantastic and was helpful in options. I part of my tooth broke around a filling just before Christmas, and they were so helpful in trying to get me in as soon as possible. Shout out to Rachel for all your help and friendliness.

I’m new to the area and found The Dentists at Creekside through a Google search. I called and after only a few questions they got me set up with an appointment within just a couple days. (Thanks, Hannah, and thanks to Ashley for being so nice at the front counter.) My hygienist Taryn and dentist Dr. Chris Caldwell were the BEST I’ve ever had. Personable and professional with little to no pain throughout my visit. Britney was awesome for quickly getting me set up for a night guard. Seriously, my experience at The Dentists at Creekside was 100% perfect. Thank you so much to everyone!

I have to say that Dr. Caldwell and Britney are amazing. Most important is he takes time to listen to the concerns that I had with my dental needs. I felt very comfortable with each visit that I had. The entire staff makes it feel calm and comfortable and that is a HUGE PLUS.. I will recommend anyone with dental needs to go visit Dr. Caldwell at The Dentist at Creekside. I am very pleased.

I absolutely love this dental office! I’ve had several bad experiences at the last few dental offices that I’ve been to and this office has made me actually enjoy coming to the dentist. The staff and doctors are so compassionate and its clear to see they enjoy thoroughly what they do on a daily basis! Nothing but smiles everywhere you look!

This place was fantastic! Taryn was a great dental hygienist. She was very thorough and detailed when cleaning my teeth. All the staff and the dentist were friendly and knowledgeable. They made me feel like I wasn’t just another patient. They went out of their way to give me tips and educate me on things I can improve. Thanks for caring about people’s teeth and taking extra time to give patients tools and tips to improve their dental health!

Was looking for a new dentist after having terrible experiences at other dentist offices when a friend recommended The Dentists at Creekside.  The entire staff was personable AND sincere from the moment I walked into the door to when I walked out making me feel as comfortable as possible.  I will definitely be back, already set up my next appointment!

Excellent place to have somebody stick their fingers in your mouth. The dentist is never something I look forward to, but the people here really make things great! It also doesn’t hurt that they have a flatscreen TV on whichever channel you request that is tilted to the perfect angle for you to watch while getting a cleaning. I highly recommend this place!!

Vanessa really smooth and super fantastic dentist, got the best teeth and smile in town ! How can you not trust her with your teeth? Haha I enjoy the service and cleaning and getting my little chip fixed ! Not going to lie I ask for braces and she told me she had her over 6 years so I’m impressed for the dedication and she deserves the respect ! So if you need any teeth work done come see Vanessa and her friendly staff !!!

My experience at Creekside was absolutely amazing …. they treated my daughter with “kid gloves” as it was her first experience at the dentist ….. Taryn was absolutely amazing as a dental hygienist ….. I truly enjoyed my experience….. also the dentist was amazing and professional as well ….. Thank you again Creekside …!!!

Let me be clear I have always hated going to the dentist! But since I have been a part of the Dentist’s at Creekside family I don’t mind so much. In fact for the first time in my life these visits do not cause me any anxiety. My dental hygienist Karlie is amazing. She is so gentle and thorough when she cleans my teeth. The entire staff here is friendly and caring. The atmosphere is nice and they have TV’s to watch while you receive your treatments. I always leave with a big beautiful smile. If you are looking for a dentist group that feels like family, cares about you, does a great job and makes you feel good about your next visit this is the place to go.

I was one of those people that put off going to the dentist for the longest after some not-so-great dentist visits, but this office completely changed my perspective on going to the dentist. The office feels very up to date and modern, and the staff was so understanding of my nervousness around my appointment. For COVID I filled out all my paperwork online, and when they ran into a snag on my insurance they TEXTED me which was so quick and easy as opposed to playing phone tag! Liv was my hygienist and made great laid back conversation during my cleaning, and Dr. Caldwell broke down the game plan for my teeth and emailed it to me. All future appointments and check-out happened in the chair and they have a super smooth running system. I can’t believe I’m excited about my next dentist visit!

my experience here was amazing the receptionist was very sweet and polite and the office felt very welcoming. The hygienist nadia was very professional and showed a great passion for her job. she was very gentle as she cleaned my teeth and made sure i was comfortable during my treatments. she was also very knowledgeable about her job and made sure i was taking proper care of my dental needs. I would highly recommend visiting the dentists at creekside as they have truly gained my trust and made my experience with them a pleasant and relaxing one.

I am normally so afraid to go to the dentist. My first time there and the staff, hygienist and dentist were absolutely wonderful. I was so impressed with the office. Loved the atmosphere and loved the music. T.V.’s in every room and they even ask you what you want to watch. Chairs are so comfortable – you just want to go to sleep. So happy that we found a dentist in a great atmosphere with compassionate people who are really concerned about your well-being.
