I had a dental emergency and called the Gentle Dentist first thing in the morning to see if I could get an appointment. I was not able to but they scheduled me for the next morning and told me they would contact me if they had an opening later that day. I was fortunate to get a call back that afternoon to tell me to come in and they’d take care of my emergency. Everything got fixed up to my satisfaction and I was very pleased. I’ve been to the Gentle Dentist four times in the past year and have been very pleased with the staff and with their procedures. Give them a call and see how they can help you.

This is the best practice ever!!  I have trusted The Gentle Dentist with my family for many years.  We have never had a bad visit.  They make every step easy from scheduling to paying.  The highly experienced Dentists and hygienists are thorough and gentle.  The Staff are very friendly.  No other practice can compare.  I highly recommend this practice to everyone.

I had a great experience, but what I loved most was how wonderful they were with my young son. Every person there stopped and talked with him. They made him feel seen/heard and happy to be there. He loves the dentist, and not every place takes such care to give kids a wonderful experience! Employees stopped to play with him in the play area, they spoke to him about everything during his appointment. Can’t say enough positive things!

Fast, friendly, patient-focused.  I wish I were as good as they are with customer service.  First, if you book an appointment, they’ll be ready for you on that date, at that time.  Keep your end of the deal up and show up on time and you’ll be treated as if your time is your time and valuable.  Second, they really do make this as painless as possible in the chair.  You can even watch (or listen) to TV if you’d like.  Third, but not third in importance, they get it right.  I’ve had pretty traumatic tooth injury.  In addition to regular dental work, they take replacement crown, etc. work to the next level and stick with it until they’re satisfied with the results, which for me, was a standard better than I expected or hoped for.  I don’t live or work near their current office but have zero pause in driving to see Dr. Baker and her colleagues in Worthington; they’re that good.

Anyone in Columbus looking for an amazing dentist? I went in yesterday to have a crown put in. They noticed it was my birthday, so they gave me a beautiful bouquet of flowers. Then when I got home, the crown was grinding on my other teeth when I chewed. So I texted my dentist (who gives his personal number to all his patients) and he is coming in today on his day off to fix the crown for me, even tho I told him it could wait. He is with The Gentle Dentist. Never had any pain with them, and never waited more than 5 minutes. AMAZING. I LOVE THEM.

Excellent dentists!  Both my daughter and I went here after we had a really bad experience w a different dentist office.  We choose here because of the excellent reviews and they totally lived up to expectations!  Great bedside manner, great with kids!  You don’t need to be afraid of the dentist here and they are honest and don’t recommend work that does not need to be done (can’t say the same for my prior dentist)!

Never really had a bad experience at the Dentist, must be lucky but you won’t find that at the Gentle Dentist, they are great.  Not only do they take care to make sure it’s not a painful experience, everyone – I mean everyone that you meet is very friendly.  Scheduling & payment seems very effortless.  It really is a great place to take care of your pearly whites.

I was always afraid of the Dentist. These types of appointments were the only ones I ever dreaded, until I started going to the Gentle Dentist. The staff is so Amazingly pleasant. I feel like they have known me for years. Every time I walk in, they know my name, before I have to give it. Im always greeted with a friendly greeting. They explain everything in great detail before any and every procedure. They make sure I’m comfortable. I am very informed. I have control over my appointment. Nothing ever hurts, and I have had teeth pulled out, cleanings, a tooth cut out, and a crown. I get a massage with my teeth cleaning, discuss our families, and free coupon for Graters Ice cream. what else could I ever need. Im the only person in my office.and among friends who.look forward to going to the dentist. This office has cured my fear of going to the Dentist. My family only goes here. They are true to their name, Gentle Dentist. I Love everyone at the Worthington Office, they are Truely AMAZING!!!!!

I love the Gentle Dentist! I called last Friday for a cleaning appointment and they couldn’t get me in till January. I asked to be put on the waiting list & was texted on Monday with 3 different times I could come in! My hygienist was great, although, I don’t remember her name! Also, having the option of nitrous during cleanings is awesome! I hate cleanings and it relaxes you while they do their work. I highly recommend them!

My family has been going to the Gentle Dentist for years now and I finally joined them yesterday as a patient. I kick myself for not doing it sooner!!! The experience was pleasant and even enjoyable, from the minute you arrive they welcome you into their comfortable waiting area and are hospitable from that moment forward. They brought me back on time and treated me with care and respect throughout my visit. They will for sure be my dentist for life!!!!! Bravo Gentle dentist you are a shining example of what a dentist office should be.

The Gentle Dentist is the most professional, well run dental or medical practice that I have ever been  to.  They are also very kind and live up to their name!!  I feel like I am visiting friends when I go there.  I do not find their prices to be out of line with any other dental offices I have been to.  They stick to their “on time” policy and never make me wait!  However, don’t be late to your appointments.  Over all a top knotch organization!  I found them on Angies List and they have more excellent reviews than all the other dentists combined!

So many wonderful things to say about this practice! First, my technician, Kelly, was wonderful! She was very sweet and had an amazing chair-side manner. The office is very clean and has modern details such as a massage chair, tv attached to the dental lamp, and even a beverage bar in the lobby! I was very pleased to know that this office accepted my insurance when most companies do not. Finally, their customer service front-to-back is been second to none. I will be referring my family members here for all of their dental needs!

I love the “gentle” nudges to make my semi- annual exam and cleaning appointment; then more “gentle” reminders not to miss one. But most of all, I appreciate the scheduling flexibility and the respect of my time, never having to wait more than a minute or two after walking through the door. And of course there is the “gentle” and professional care, and always friendly staff greeting me by name. That why I’ve been a patient for over 20 years!

I have used several dentists over the years and after a change of office hours made my previous dentist inconvenient to use, I asked my friends for recommendations. After several of them mentioned the Gentle Dentist, I decided to give them a try and everything was just as good as they said. Their hours are convenient, every employee that I’ve met in the past 2-3 years has been wonderful, and their treatments have been top notch. I have not been disappointed at all. My only minor quibble is that their billing system is not set up to easily handle patients that are fortunate enough to have multiple insurance providers so there has been a couple of points of confusion while trying to coordinate the payments.

I’ve been going here for years and it’s always been a pleasure. Yep….going to the dentist can be enjoyable! The staff that I have worked with have always been pleasant and accommodating and the cleanings and procedures are done well and as painless as possible.Some people seem to have billing issues, but I’ve always been told upfront what a visit will cost and how much I’ll need to pay out of pocket. This has never been a issue for me. I’ve recommended them to many people, including my boss and that should tell you how much I trust them!
