I’ve been going to Hirshberg for more than thirty years, first to Saul and since then, to James. The entire staff is highly professional. I find the care to be excellent and cost effective. Since I moved to Maine, it’s a three hour drive that I’m happy to make to ensure I continue to get first rate care for my teeth. I highly recommend them.

No doubt the very best service organization I have ever used! Friendly,  efficient staff, they handle my insurance company stuff with no hassle. My dentist took time to explain what I needed, why, and what my alternatives were. There was no pressure, and no unnecessary things being pushed. There is no making me enjoy having my mouth probed, but the modern and clean office, with great music coming through the stereo (any DMB fans out there?) make it all worthwhile. I was referred by a co-worker. It is a big busy office…I bet if you work in the financial district you can ask most anyone in your office and you will get an enthusiastic referral.

I’ve been going to The Hirshberg Dental Group since I’ve been in College. I’m now in my 50’s and the service has always been exceptional! Celeste has been my dental hygienist for years for years now and she has always done an amazing job. I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else for my dentistry.

I’ve never liked my dentists in the past, which may be why I didn’t go for many years. But after a few years I found Hirshberg and I have absolutely lived my experience with them. Everytime I go in its a pleasant experience, they are very thorough and take the time to explain everything and answer any questions I have. I can’t imagine going anywhere else for my dental care.

This dental team is at the very top of their profession. Gleaming new office space and excellent care by all members of the team. Most importantly, their protocol during the pandemic surpassed all expectations. I cannot thank them enough. I would have no reservations whatsoever in obtaining dental care at their Boston office.

I have been going here for a few years, and it’s been great. My dental hygienist is Celeste, and she is great. Very thorough and efficient. Other than cleanings, I only ever had one filling put in, but it went fine. Everyone is very nice. Appointments are easy to schedule, and they even text you when you have an appointment coming up. The offices are modern and pleasant. Honestly I couldn’t ask for anything more in a dental office.

I have been going to Dr. Hirshberg for many years and have always had a wonderful experience.  He is thorough and clearly explains all options.  His administrative staff are very flexible when it comes to scheduling and reminders are timely and efficient.  The hygienists are seasoned professionals and make going to the dentist very pleasant.  Historically I went to the post office square location and have recently changed to Wellesley and the experience has been consistent for both.

Have been a patient here for many years. Jennifer is a great hygienist – thorough & knowledgeable. James Hirshberg was first dentist (of many) who put my mouth in order, made it look good and ended years of pain. Had 4 implants done by his associate, Jim…done 7+ years ago and they have been great. No problems – I can’t even tell you which teeth had the implants. Office staff is very good….friendly and helpful. Place is clean but wall art is tired and boring. (I like having something to look at when I’m in the chair). Yes it’s not inexpensive, but my years of positive experiences have left me with a confidence that I am willing to pay for.

Dr. Hirshberg is the best dentist I have ever had.  He is always clear about what is needed and meticulous in his work.  He is also a friendly and entertaining guy. He is the only dentist who makes me laugh.  (no gas needed)  His staff and fellow dental workers are always on the ball, and the whole environment is as welcoming as a dentist’s office can be.  Dr. Hirshberg is aware that going to the dentist is not an experience that most of us look forward to, and he makes every effort to put his patients at ease.  I have always been completely satisfied with the dental work that I have had done there.

I have been going to Hirshberg Dental Associates since the 1980’s. When I was working in Boston, the Boston office was convenient. Now the Wellesley office is closer to my home. The offices are clean and comfortable. Office staff is always welcoming and respectful. Over the years I have not hesitated to recommend HDA to relatives and friends. Drs. Hirshberg and Wozny are professional, thorough and take the time to explain any issues in a calm manner. My hygienist, Susan, is wonderful. She is friendly yet very professional and very meticulous about her work. When I leave the office I feel very confident that I have been to the very best dental practice in the Boston area.
