I usually dont go out of town for appointments but for Provinces dental i do, from invisalign to retainers and mouthguards they have been there every step of the way!!! And thier first class customer service makes the 2.5 hour trip worth it. Not to mention when and if you schedule go in and see Monica their certified dental assistant, she gets its right the first time, and is friendly, professional and everything a certified dental assistant should be!!! Thanks to the friendly, professional staff at Provinces, you have a life customer!!!

I was referred to this office by a friend and will always be thankful! This is the first dental office that I actually want to go back to. I’ve been to numerous offices around the valley and have all sorts of horror stories to tell in regards to those office visits. At Provinces Dental they are so caring and friendly. Dr. Ruth Bergloff specifically is who I’ve had work done by, she is very gentle and considerate of making sure I am comfortable during the whole process. I would recommend to request Kim for your cleanings, she does a excellent job! I had another hygienist do my cleaning who simply did not have the sincerity in her work like the Kim does; she gave off the “just another patient closer to me being off work” vibe, but perhaps she was just having a rough day… I will say I have noticed some changes in the flow of the office, not sure if it’s due to new staff members adjusting to becoming part of the team or what, but I could sense that the office is a little less harmonious than usual.

My father-in-law was in town for the winter from Pittsburgh and chipped a tooth on a Friday. I asked if he wanted me to call our local dentist but he said no. By Saturday the rough, chipped tooth was cutting his tongue and now he needed a dentist. Finding an open dentist on a Saturday was not easy! However, I found The Provinces Dental through a Google search and they took us right away on Saturday morning. They filed the tooth down and stopped it from cutting his tongue. They were fast, efficient and very friendly. I recommend The Provinces Dental for any kind of dental emergency.

Province is the best dentist I’ve had. I’ve had 2 different hygienists in the 3 years and they are both so nice! I had a filling and they used a laser and I honestly didn’t feel a single thing. It was the best experience ever. Highly highly recommend them! Also had a cleaning yesterday during covid times and they were super clean and through. They took my temperature which I appreciate cause I know they are looking out for the best for their patients. They also all keep their masks on and use a small suction during cleaning to keep the air clearer while using the machines.

Love this office. Have been a patient for 8 years. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. I have always tried to keep cavities at a minimum because I hate the process.  Dr. Jon Bergloff made it comforting getting the Novocain. Because of his technique and care made me realize I never wanted to go to any other dentist. Kym is a sweetheart and I enjoy having her take care of my cleaning. The time she takes makes me know she loves her career and cares about her patients. Love the fact when I come into the office the front office staff address me by name. They are great. I have to pay extra through my employer to see them. WORTH EVERY PENNY

I feel fully confident in my dentist here! Dr.Poelman has been rated a top doctor by Phoenix Mag. the last two years in a row and Dr. Bergloff is every bit as good as him. I don’t know what that lady is talking about, why wouldn’t someone want to paid after waiting for 4 months? i know my medical office doesn’t wait forever for their payment, is dental supposed to be different? What if your boss made you wait 4 months for your pay check? Get real lady – when did our society get so entitled? Why is it not the insurance companies fault for dragging their feet. When i go to an appointment Medical or Dental – i make sure I cam pay it just in case the insurance denies it, I know that it is on me or the insurance. It’s my health after all. I just feel grateful to my excellent medical and dental doctors for working hard to be educated so they can take good care of me.

Absolutely the best dental experience. Most people dread going to the dentist, which I used to be one of those people. But everyone at Provinces Dental is so friendly and you can tell they really care. I had 7 appointments in 7 weeks, and even when I came back for the 2nd appointment they already remembered my face. I love that they want to show their patients what is going on, never had a dental experience like that. Appointments 1-6 I had to be numbed the entire time, including just the deep cleanings. On lucky #7, I didn’t have to be numbed at all. All my sensitivity is gone. I can finally have ice cream and chocolate again. Which as a female, not being able to eat chocolate really for a decade, really sucked. I have already referred my roommate and a few others. If you are looking for a new dentist, highly recommend coming here!! I cannot thank Dr. Joe, the hygienists- Kim and Kym, dental assistant Paula [great conversations:-)], and all the office staff, enough. Truly very thankful and appreciative for you all.

Just got the sharp edge of broken tooth fixed and they used a laser which was amazing. They did the same to fix a cavity. Essentially no pain. Then instead of taking molds they pull out this imaging device that took an imaging of my teeth for the fitting of a brace which will be 3D printed. Amazing technology!

I have been with Provinces Dental since 2015. In the last couple weeks I set up second opinions at 3 other dentist offices for dental treatment plans developed by Province Dental. After 2 weeks of issues from these other dentist’s, I have decided that I clearly am at the Best Dentist office in Chandler. Province Dental has a great support staff, very helpful, respectful of your dental issues. An extremely clean facility. Excellent dental services and quality care. If you are looking for great dentist’s and staff, look no further than Provinces Dental in Chandler on Ray road.

The best dentist office I have ever been too!! The staff is extremely kind and organized. They explain everything and billing prior to any service. I really like how they explain possible issues if services are not complete. I had a tooth pulled and the pain was only in the pain medicine shot. I was back to normal the same day! My daughter has autism and really struggles with touching, they knew just how to handle it and treated her with respect. Thank you!

Provinces was highly recommended to us by a close friend, so we went in with lofty expectations. We were not disappointed! My 8-year-old had to have an emergency extraction–along with her first novocaine–and the entire staff was so kind and patient with her (and with her nervous mom.) We’ve found our family dentist.

Had an emergency that required immediate attention & was able to be seen by Dr. Bergloff in a little over 30 mins from the time I called. I had to be referred out to a Periodontist but the referral was able to see me same day as well. Staff and Dr’s are always pleasant & will definitely be back sooner than later. Thx again Provinces Dental!!!

There is a reason these guys are Top Dentist’s.  After getting one of my front teeth knocked out in an accident, the only person I could trust to take care of it was Dr. Jon (Bergloff).  Even though he offered to recommend another dentist to me, because I am out of state, I decided that it would be better to go to someone who I knew could do the job right.  And guess what?  My front teeth look amazing!  My family, friends and coworkers are super jealous.  They all want to go to Dr. Jon now.  I can not express how thankful I am to him and his fantastic team and office support.  Every time I walked through the door, it was like visiting family.  Thank you

Best dental experience I’ve ever had! I recommend Provinces to anyone who is looking for a thorough cleaning. Kym was easy going and gave me so much useful information on practical things I could do to take care of my teeth along the way. This place cares about their patients and makes you feel right at home.

Best staff around! I finally feel like we’ve found our dental home. My three kids, my husband, and I all go here and they are so warm and welcoming to each of us. They treat us like family. As a personal aside, over three years ago, I met Dr. Johnathan Bergloff at my worst. I’d just experienced the worst dentistry of my life before finding this office, and Dr. Bergloff not only carefully and meticulously fixed my dental problems, he also managed to ease my mental state. He always treats me with the utmost care that somehow, through his gentleness and understanding over the years, my anxiety attacks have completely subsided while in his chair. I can’t thank him enough for handling my attacks so well.

I used to work for a dentist years ago, so I know a fair bit about how things are supposed to go.  I have to say that Provinces Dental gets 5 stars on my rating scale.  Their office is full of pleasant people who are ready to make your day better.  The dentists and hygienists are top notch.  They have state of the art equipment, including digital x-rays and pictures which help me see what’s going on in my own mouth.  They always give me a treatment plan before starting any work so nothing is a surprise, and they even carry Sonicare toothbrushes at a freakin steal of a deal!!  I had to have 4 fillings done, and even though I have past dental experience, I always hate being on the other side of the needle.  But it was pretty easy to get through, didn’t take much time, and the fillings feel good as new.  I recommend these folks for the whole family.

I have been so pleased with my daughters orthodontics! I should also mention that she has always been the scared patient. Now she is so comfortable with the staff and really enjoys coming. The amazing toy box helps, too.  The doctors are great and have been happy with our whole experience this year.

My family and I have been having our dental care here at Provinces Dental for years! ALL of the dentists, hygienists and staff are OUTSTANDING! I drive over 40-miles to have my checkups and dental care and it’s worth every mile! I first found them in Phoenix Magazine ‘s Top Dentists in Phoenix and have been here since. I have received care from every dentist in this office and all of them are top-notch! Kim is my hygienist and she is absolutely the BEST! I give all of them +5 Stars

As always, outstanding patient care. From the moment you walk i n the door, you are greeted with smiles and concern for your wellbeing. My Dental Hygienist, Kim, is truly amazing. Makes the “dreaded” task of scraping the buildup of tartar, caused by my own negligence, an comfortable procedure. She is one of a kind!! A great crew, all around!!!

Warmly welcoming professionalism from entrance, reception and throughout the entire offices and treatment. It is modern, organized and equipped with the latest skills and technology. My dentist listened attentively, was gentle and offered suggestions to aide in my personal needs. Who likes to go to the dentist anyway? Not me!! But today’s experience gave me a secure feeling in continuing treatment here. I feel it would be a positive choice. Great early morning and weekend hours as well.

I visited Provinces Dental for the first time last weekend and it was the first dentist I’ve been to in a very long time that actually makes you feel like they care about your dental health. My hygienist was very gentle and walked me through my x-rays, was super friendly, and the Dr. actually listened to my concerns about my smile and gave me an idea on how to get the smile I’ve always wanted. I’d highly recommend this place!!
