I have never waited to get in for an appointment and they are always willing to work with my schedule. I travel over two hours to see Dr. Gary and I ALWAYS have a pleasant experience, even if I am having something no-so-pleasant being done. This is because of his demeanor and ability to make you feel like you are in good hands. I recommend everyone I know to this wonderful practice that has given me the smile that I always dreamed of!

An overall pleasant experience. The staff was very friendly, and the equipment used is very updated and comfortable. Digital xrays are taken by relatively small machines which provide less exposure to radiation to the patient. The dentists inspect every first time patient thoroughly to test for any oral disease, and they even claim to be able to detect the early stages of oral cancers with their screening process. I went in for a simple teeth cleaning but got much more, and my dental insurance covered it all. I am very happy with the silverstrom groups’ staff members and facility.

The first time I visited The Silverstrom Group, I couldn’t believe that I had entered a dental practice. Everything about it screamed spa–the running waterfall, the aromatherapy, the relaxation room. I was impressed. Aside from all the little extras, it was really the team that continued to blow me away. Everyone truly seemed happy to be there, and they treated me like a queen. A lot of times when you visit the doctor’s office, the staff seem annoyed, unhappy, or even bothered that you walked through the door. Not here. I was given a tour of the practice since I was new, which I really appreciated. Then I was taken into the treatment room where I had the option to watch TV during my cleaning (I chose Mad Men since my husband hates that show!). Anyway, everything was explained to me in detail and I learned a lot of things about my teeth and just oral health in particular. I am getting a new veneer on my front tooth and I can’t wait to see the final result!

Thoughtful response to the new covid-19 – as a patient, the new process was made clear and I felt comfortable and safe the entire time. I can honestly say that this is the first dentist group I don’t dread going to. While dental work is never fun, comfort is clearly their #1 priority. The assistants are great and personable. Everything is clearly communicated during a procedure. Highly recommend!

I had some basic work done at the Silverstrom Group which was amazing, of course. I haven’t experienced any pain or discomfort. I started my Invisalign with Dr. Gary Silverstrom in May and I am beyond excited for the results. We even posted some pictures of the process online on Facebook and Instagram. I feel very comfortable with the doctors and the whole team, they are friendly and professional. I am “ready to smile” and show off my teeth after the Invisalign haha! 🙂 My family is also patients here and I would recommend everybody to come for their dental treatment.

i have been going to dr. david for years and he is more then just a dentist, he is a miracle worker! he transformed my smile and i get compliments all the time. he is kind and caring and it runs in the family. dr. gary has been working with my 6 yr old son and he is wonderfult. sky was nervous to come and dr. gary made the experience a good one. he explained everything to sky and made him feel so much more comfortable. the silverstrom group is an amazing group of people and i appreciate how they have taken such good care of me and my family and will continue to do so for years to come.

I want to highly recommend Dr Gary Silverstrom. He is meticulous, caring, an artist. I feel like I hit the lottery having found him and his wonderful team. Coming to the Silverstrom Group is like coming home for the holidays. The faces are the same and most employees have been here for years, which is a testimonial in itself. I’ve had so much dentistry in my life that I really hate having procedures done and just hate it all. But having said that, I am always treated well here, procedures are painless and I really do like the staff, and some I even adore, just like family! So even if you hate the idea of dental work, this is the best place for you to be for the best possible, pain-free dental care you can find, HONEST! Love you guys, hate the idea!

The best dentist! Honestly, I am a tough critic when it comes to service oriented businesses because they are rare. The Silverstrom Group is by far one of the best dental practices and I highly recommend them. Dr. Gary and the entire team exude excellence.
