Today was my daughter’s first appointment at the walzem office, the staff was really nice, considerate, and made it a welcoming place. This means a lot especially since my daughter has some anxieties. I really appreciate the care and respect. We did have to wait a little due to other issues, however, the staff kept us informed and I expected it to be a long appointment since my daughter was a new patient

Love this Dentist Office, the Dentist and the people that work in the office are real nice and caring.  They have fast services. Both of my Kids had cavities so they had to get filling the kids had no complaints.My little Boy loves going because they a have slide and a playroom. I would recommend others to go here. #Walzem

I had a wonderful experience at the dentist today. They were extremely busy and understaffed butt never made their patients feel that way. Danny was very attentive and even got an app installed on my phone . The dentist was very nice and accommodating If you ever need a dentist I recommend The Smile Center on Walzem. Ask for Danny. She is amazing!!

Office was extremely helpful and Kind. I had been to many other dentist offices and this one treated me like I was family as soon as I walked in the door. I really appreciate how welcoming the office was and with finding an appointment to fit my schedule in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this office to family and friends.

My veneer fell out and I have no insurance, they got me in and out of there with a brand new one in just a couple hours and it only cost me $75. Staff is incredibly nice, and unlike the other dentist advertised, they actually will help you with no insurance and not great credit. Will definitely continue to come here for all of my dental needs. Thank you for being great!

My son went in for an exam turned out he needed more done. They were able to assist same day. Dentist Brian assisted us and worked well with my 11 year old son and helped him ease my son’s anxiety of having to get his procedure done the dentist assistant was also very helpful.They made my son feel like a champ. Everyone upon entrance and exit were very friendly and explained everything thoroughly.

So first off I’d like to start by saying thank you to everyone at this location. I called and was given an appointment same day which was great due to the swelling and unbearable pain that I was in. The nurse Vivian (I believe that was her name) was amazing she called me back and started right away with X-rays. As I said I was in a lot of pain she was so gentle and apologetic the whole time. She then went to get the hygienist her name was Christine and just like Vivian very gentle and apologetic. I could tell they understood my pain and actually cared. To give you a back story I have a horrible tooth grinding at night in my sleep this why I need 8 teeth pulled plus root canals and bone graphs. The doctor Stephen was great we joked around a little bit was very professional the whole time if it were not for this location and it’s employees I would have probably taken a sledge hammer to my face to knock the teeth out. When I called the receptionist whom I can’t remember her name as of the moment was very friendly kind and warming, she told me that the exam and X-rays were 29$ so I’m thinking ok maybe around 35$ after taxes. NOOOO 29$ even which was great I will be coming back for tooth removal and cleanings as suggested by this team. I also will never go to another dentist that wants 120$ for just X-rays. THANK YOU SOO MUCH YALL ARE THE BEST!

Nice clean place, too many people standing around though. No big complaints just wish these people knew their services, instead of standing around and talking they should be studying. I called and talked with someone about a cleaning, she said the patient needed to have an initial visit, I said its cool, I still want a cleaning and she said it all comes included in the price they gave me. I’m here and now it’s an extra fee, now your services people, less headaches for both the patient and office. Ijs

I was a new patient on my first visit and the staff was very friendly and very helpful with my questions. They explained the treatment needed and went over the cost and what to expect as the treatment progresses. Also provided me recommendations on things to do at home to improve my condition. A shout out to Dr. Garcia, Jazmine and Julie for doing an excellent job on my visit.

My experience at the Smile Center was a very good. The receptionist was very kind and helpful. The dental assistance April is very nice. She had me laughing. The doctor was very gentle cleaning my teeth and he made me feel comfortable. Overall the staff very nice. I would recommend any one to go there for their dental work

I only went there today just for them to do a general check-up, and when it turns out I needed something a little bit more serious done they were more than helpful to give me ways to pay options and everything and so it was wonderful . I didn’t really have very much interaction with anyone other than the dentist himself who seemed a little Stern but an nice guy. He seems to want to get my mouth healthy and generally cares so hopefully I get another good experience with them

I made one of the best choices of my life making this Smile Center location my primary dentist. They work with my financial situations,I never have to go through my insurance, they take care of everything. They offer fair priced plans for individuals with no insurance. The dentist are all great and very caring. I can honestly say out of all the times I’ve been there, all my experiences have been very pleasant and pleasing. 5 star, 100% recommended.

I was terrified to go to the dentist, I actually tried to pull my own tooth to avoid going. Since that was unsuccessful, I decided to schedule an appointment. So glad I did. The staff & nurses are wonderful!! They settled my nerves after a panic attack & suggested a plan of action. I also have issues with getting numb enough – The doctor was even able to numb me enough to complete the procedure. I’m actually looking forward to my follow up. I highly recommend them!!
