I’ve recently visited this dental office twice and will be returning for more dental work. Dr Sharma and his assistants are so personable. I felt informed and safe during both visits. Going to the dentist can be scary especially if you know that you need work done, but everyone here made me happy to be there. No shame. Thank you!

The best dental team I’ve ever experienced. Friendly, professional, very clean, and very patient. I’ve always had anxiety about dental work and the staff was so understanding of my concerns and go above and beyond to make my experience as calm and effective as possible. Dr. Sharma is really a skilled and patient dentist. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Since I moved to CLT 6 months ago, I decided it was finally time for me to find a dentist. I honestly found them on my carrier’s website and figured I’d try them out. Setting up an appointment was very easy. I just called and the receptionist that assisted me was very nice and thorough. One week later, I saw Dr. Sharma and he was great. He was very personable and an overall funny guy. His dental assistant Jasmine (I can’t remember if that was her name exactly) was also great. I had to return 2 weeks later to have 3 cavities filled and get my teeth cleaned. I saw Dr. Sharma again and even though I had to basically have my entire mouth numbed, he kept making sure I was not in any pain. Once this was done, I headed over to the other side of the office to have my teeth cleaned by Karen. She was so sweet and gentle compared to other hygienists who have cleaned my teeth. I will definitely continue to use Steele Creek Dentist for all of my dental needs!

I had an experience today I was not expecting. First, they are offering a promotion right now for complete exam amd x rays for $25 for new patients. Amazing. My visit was on an emergency basis, I had to have a very bad infected tooth surgically extracted. From the moment I walked through the door the staff was very warm and welcoming! My nerves were tore up because I’ve never gone through anything like this before. Every lady in that office was sweet and quick to offer a kind gesture. I did not expect to be made to feel so comforted by strangers. From the front desk to the doctor and the nurse that went out of her way many times to make me feel safe and encouraged, every person was made to be on that team. Thank you ladies so much for everything today. My daughters and I most definitely found out new dentist!!

I wish I could have known a dentist like Dr. Sharma my whole life! I have had so many bad experiences before meeting him. He’s very informative, well spoken, and really has your best interest at heart. And the staff is friendly and have very upbeat positive attitudes! Thank you everyone that had their hands in my mouth today!! 🙂

I would recommend! Everyone is very friendly at the front desk. Dr Sharma and his assistants are so nice and do their best to give you a warm welcome which is very important to me. The office is ran awesome during Covid as well, very clean and safe practices.

This location hands down is wonderful and have very affordable prices. The entrance is very warming and the receptionist is omg amazing an friendly. Coming to this location makes you feel right at home. My actual doc/assistant is wonderful and always make sure during your visit that you are very well taking care of. I recommend this location to everyone and great for family’s.

When deciding to switch to a new dental practice, I was specifically looking for a place close to my home, that accommodated my entire family with extended hours and weekend appointments! Well, I found all of that and more at The Steele Creek Dentist. The Dentists are knowledgeable, gentle and professional. The staff is friendly, considerate and professional as well. I’m so glad I found this terrific practice. My family and I will be loyal to this wonderful establishment! #extremelyhappy

Googled dentists in my area on Monday (It has to be no less than 5 in walking distance of eachother), Found these guys and called for an emergency appt for a cracked tooth. Spoke to the sweetest most helpful woman (Tanya) and she walked me through my insurance verification and got me an appointment next day. Went in Tuesday and I barely got to browse on my phone before they were calling me to the back. Met Dr. Sharma and he smoothly walked me through his suggestions for work to be performed. After we agreed it was time for scheduling. In comes Tanya. I told her i wanted to get it done as soon as possible because i was going out of town for the weekend, but I also didn’t want to take time off from work. She sat there right in front of me and worked some magic to get me a perfect slot in between other patients that were already booked. I told her i only had an hour and a half to spare, can it be done in that time frame. I know what you’re thinking, same thing i thought, She can make this appt, get me in the chair, and I’m at the mercy of however long it takes as long as I’m here. Her eye contact and tone gave me solace and assurance so we booked it. Fast forward to today (Thursday). I walk in a little earlier than scheduled to be greeted by 2 beautiful friendly faces (Tanya and Nicole). Again, before I got comfortable in the waiting area, here comes another sweetheart (Abby) calling me to the back. I get comfortable, kick my shoes off, throw in my earpods and here comes yet another sweetheart(Claudia) to make make sure I’m good while I wait on Dr. Sharma. Within 15 minutes of sitting in the chair, I’m already numb and ready to go. They lay me back, open me up and get to it. Dr. Sharma was gentle, professional and thorough with his craft. I came out with all of my expectations exceeded. Long story a little less long, I am super satisfied and guess what?… I walked out in an hour and 20 minutes..GO TANYA. For each review that I read that calls this practice “Unprofessional”, I tell you like I tell my son, “If everybody is crazy, maybe you’re the one that’s insane” Thank you all and see you soon.

The receptionist at the front (forgive me, I am not good with names but her’s started with an L) was the absolute best. The entire staff was very friendly and competent but she was exceptional. I have been to a few places and I could go on for days about how much I hate insurance companies. In other offices they would rush me to the back to be seen even when I ask to talk to my insurance first so I know how much I’ll be paying. The staff would withhold information such as codes/prices of services like they would die if they told me. So forget helping me with insurance! I usually find myself paying three times as much as I was told I would when going to any doctor. But “L” told me all the prices upfront before anything happened, talked to the insurance company FOR ME (even after they told her I should look it up on the app and hung up :/) and was just as patient and helpful as she could possibly be. I scheduled my appointment that day and had my tooth taken out that same day at a very affordable price and with great quality. I will definitely be back for the rest of my molars. If I could give more than five stars I would. Thank you!

The team is great here. I was out sourced from the VA Health Care System and I’m 100% pleased. Dr. Sharma was very nice and direct to the point and didn’t waste any time. Megan the hygienist was the best. She knows her job and does it well, not to mention your in and out which always helps at a dentist office. I would highly recommend this team to anyone and especially Meagan if you need a cleaning. Thanks Team see you in March.

Dr. Sharma and his staff are amazing! They all work together to make sure I had what I needed before my insurance terminated including driving personally to labs and working me in for my appointment for my bridge within a week. I can not thank them enough and will be back! I now have my confidence back to smile and I left the office in tears (happy tears 🙂

I just moved to the steel creek area and was setting up to find a new dentist. First time at this dentist and it was the most thorough visit I’ve ever had. I had a couple cavities they had to refill, and got my teeth cleaned right after. The whole experience was 10/10 the staff is incredibly kind, thoughtful and hilarious! The teeth cleaning was so detailed and Heather did a great job at educating me on how to better care for my pearly whites! My teeth feel so much better now and I am so happy to have found my new dentist so close to home!

desperation I called and BEGGED: they were my last desperate attempt to be seen before next TUESDAY by Ballantyne Endodontics to do anything more than tell me what I need to do… Turns out I DID need a root canal. In fact…I needed TWO because I am one of the 30% that had TWO FULL ROOTS in one tooth. One had died. Hence the “hot tooth” pain. The other was alive but is now rootcanaled as well. Before he left to grab lunch he asked if he could numb me to help and I said ABSOLUTELY. He then came back and FIXED ME. Went ahead and closed it up in ONE VISIT because he was able to SAVE MY OLD CROWN. They do regular dentistry as well and don’t THINK I won’t be coming back here. I’ll be making my kids come here too! Their Endodontist fit me in around all of his other things because he was booked until DECEMBER. I am here in the parking lot feeling ETERNALLY GRATEFUL.

Their whole staff is amazing and very welcoming. The ladies at the front desk are super nice. Dr. Sharma is very professional, nice and informative. He will explain to you everything that he is doing. (Plus he smells really good) haha! The hygienist Meghan (not sure if i spelled her name correctly, sorry ) she is very nice and professional I had a cleaning done with her yesterday 11/4 and was in and out quickly. My teeth are definitely much whiter since my cleaning.

Dr. Sharma is AMAZING! I’ve had tons of dental work done over the years and he is by far the best. He works quickly and does flawless work. I was extremely nervous for my procedure due to Nitrous not being offered during covid-19. He prescribed a very low dose antianxiety medication and I felt at ease the entire visit. His administration of the novacaine was fast and gentle. He let me know exactly how each shot would feel and the nurses were there ready to comfort me as well. I will return here for all my dental work.

I just got my cleaning done today. I had the best experience I’ve ever had just doing a cleaning. I’ve had a lot of work done over the last few years, and Megan the dental hygienist is the main reason for the great visit. Very effecient and friendly. I hope she stays at this location. Dr Sherma found a couple cavities, but really took the time to explain what he saw and showed me on the x-rays what’s going on. I’ll be getting all my work done here!

Thank you for the excellent same day walk in care as if I had been a patient from day one. I appreciate your support and professional advice seeing as I will be 38 this and haven’t seen a dentist since 1995. This was an emergency extraction and you all handled it the utmost urgency. I feel welcomed and will be returning for my future dental needs. Thanks again for everything!

My fiance and I are are very pleased with the initial consultation with this practice. We will definitely be going there from now on, such a friendly staff and very client oriented as well as very knowledgeable giving us great confidence in the work being done. If you are looking for a GREAT dentist this is certainly the place to go.
