Love this place ! I was nervous to transfer dentists when I relocated, but I couldn’t ask for better care! Want a dentist that does not hurt you if you get work done ? GO HERE! Want staff that treat you like family ? GO HERE! They work with you when you need to get in especially in case of emergency. They try to get insurance to cover as much as possible and do not do what is not necessary. I had a case that Dr. Thetford suggested might need a second opinion and he made the call to them himself before I had left the office. Love them! I recommend them to anybody

I have really enjoyed finding this office and receiving dental care here. Everyone I’ve met at the office has gone out of their way to be personable and kind, and I feel very valued as a patient and an individual. They are very eager to work with you, and I get great care and personalized recommendations for any issues I may be having. The BEST dental experience I have ever had! I lived overseas for years and had some less than ideal dental work done in many places. Dr.Thetford was kind, patient and incredibly compassionate. He and his staff made me feel very comfortable. He removed 6 veneers from my top teeth and replaced them with crowns. I promise you – NO ONE would ever know that these were not my God given teeth! As long as I live in Tennessee – I’ll be going to Dr. Thetford for all my dental needs!!!

This morning, I called the office to ask for a visit for a quick “fix” before leaving town on vacation. My work schedule was very busy. I was told to come in immediately and Dr. Thetford would make it happen. I was in and out in 30 minutes. Now I can rest easy while away. Thank you Dr. Thetford and Staff!
