Very welcoming and knowledgeable staff! Not only did they explain their cleaning and exam process but also educated me on previous dental work completed in the past by another dentist. They were very understanding about being a recent graduate and not seeing a dentist in a while due to lack of benefits. They just jumped right in and cleaned my teeth without a scolding!

My initial experience with Dr Ouelette and his staff was positive in every respect. I was promptly scheduled for a consultation when I suspected inappropriate procedures had been recommended for me at another practice.. I’ve been a patient of Dr. Ouellette’s for two years now and I can’t believe it’s taken me this long to leave a review. This office gives the best customer service and provides the highest quality care of any medical office. From reception to dental hygienists and Dr. Ouellette, everyone is professional, knowledgeable,kind, and funny. Missy is the best and I always look forward to seeing her. She does such a throughout job and genuinely cares about me and my health. She will convince you that flossing is non negotiable! Dr. Ouellette’s Office has given me great recommendations for orthodontia and oral surgery. Dr. Ouellette works with my other dental providers to develop a comprehensive plan for correcting my bite. I appreciate that he works collaboratively with my orthodontist and oral surgeon – I feel completely taken care of! I can not recommend this practice enough!

I have been coming to Dr. Ouellette’s office for 16 years now! They are in Sakura Square which always has ample parking and they do validate so it’s a very easy place in downtown to park. Misty has been my hygienist for years and does a very thorough job. When I got into a bike wreck Dr. Ouellette was able to “cap” my broken tooth by hand so that I could leave for a vacation with a full smile and it lasted for years.

Dr. Ouellette’s staff is beyond wonderful. They are kind, professional and truly nice people. I went to Dr. Ouellette on a recommendation I had been previously seeing another dentist. Just let me say Dr. Ouellette saved me literally $7000. dollars I telling you the truth. My previous dentist told me I needed a implant but Dr. Ouellette was able to fix the cavity under the crown that option wasn’t even given to me at the dentist I had been seeing. No other dentist needed I found my new dentist.

Dr.Ouellette and his staff…wow…not enough space here to get it all out. I started visiting Dr. Ouellette in 2003 when I finally stumbled upon a descent job, which provided dental benefits. Not being back in Denver for too long I took the advice of my fellow coworkers and went to see Dr. Ouellette. From day one I knew this was going to be my guy and have made referral after referral to him. Not only is this guy tops, but his crack staff is just awesome. Big up’s for his Queen of the Front Desk, Monica. Every time I call, come in or just plain make a huge ordeal out of changing insurances three times in the last year, Monica always has a smile and laugh. Don’t know how Dr. Ouellette would do it without her. Parking around Sakura Square is usually tough, but just park in the private log and have your parking validated before you jet. From emergency calls when I needed my wisdom teeth out to a last minute cleaning before heading off to Mexico…I’d trust no one else in Denver with these pearly whites.

Headed to ski vacation from KC and wife’s cap came off. Of course on a Sunday! Since we were staying downtown, we called first thing Monday AM to see if we could come in for a fix… they fit my wife into their busy morning schedule- was out by 9:30!!! So first off thank you. I went into the office July 14th with a bad tooth unfortunately for Dr Ouellette I being a lunatic told him it could be at least one of 4 of my teeth in four different areas. Thankfully he found the bad one. In the same appointment fixed the problem end of pain. Next day perfectly fine. Absolutely the best dentist I ever went to. All his staff are so professional but most of all so kind and caring.

I can’t say enough about Dr. Ouelette and his staff. I have gone there for over ten years now. I was recommended by a coworker and almost didn’t go because it was outside of my insurance but I have never once even remotely regretted it. Nancy, my hygienist, is the best! I can not express to you my displeasure of going to the dentist. My past experiences has been the wait is usually pretty bad in the waiting room and again in the chair post cleaning. The “I’m a little too busy to be truly present with you” attitude from the dentist…etc. Well Dr Ouellette and his staff break the mold. I went to him for 4 years and my total wait time is under 2 minutes. Total. They are super nice and professional. It makes me not dread my dentist appointments. I neglected my teeth for over five years, so needless to say when a friend recommended Dr. Oullette I was a little nervous and slightly embarrassed to get started. Right from the first day his whole office made me feel welcome and reassured me. I knew I was in good hands. Dr Oulerre ( soon you’ll be calling him Tom) told me he had a plan and I started to come regularly. Soon my anxiety went away and I looked forward to going to the dentist. I never imagined me looking forward to going to a dentist. It’s been three + years now, I’ve graduated to having my teeth cleaned by Misty. every 6 months. And I actually miss all of them. I experienced a very caring personal care. I can’t say nothing ever hurt but it was far less than I would if ever imagined. Dr. Ouellette is a great dentist. I’m 59 years old so I’ve had a few dentists in my life and he is hands down the best. I seem to have a fair amount of emergencies (crowns coming off) due I think to not the best work by my previous dentists. Dr. Ouellette always takes care of me, even on weekends – AND during the pandemic. His staff is also great to work with. The hygienists are kind, personable, and thorough. I’m so glad my friend referred Dr. Ouellette to me a few years ago. Now my whole family uses him and we all couldn’t be happier with our dental care.

Dr. O got me right in when I broke a tooth and on his day off! He made me a temporary one in no time and referred me to a great oral surgeon for my implant. Most dental cleaning techs are nice, but Dr. O’s are problem solvers, knowledgeable sources, and excellent cleaners. His office is downtown, but the trip is well worth it. Parking in the garage is validated, so free. So glad I found this dental office!
