Our previous dentist retired and we went through several dentists until we found Dr Smith. He was able to fit me in for two damaged crowns in an emergency (one he was able to fix instead of replacing it). He seems to be a very good dentist and his staff is friendly. We will definitely continue to use his services.

I always been able to get my teeth fixed in a timely and reasonable $$ manner. Have had extension work done due to accidents and youthful abuse resulting in many cavities and eventually many crowns. Dr Smith always explains my condition and options available. Plus his staff is very friendly and helpful, especially Janice, the office manager. Have known and used him for many years and would recommend getting your checkups and repairs by him.

Recently I have an opportunity to fix my dental work and had tried a few dentist but I have come back to Dr Smith. He does excellent work, and he and his staff care more about the patient than other offices that I’ve been to. I am not an easy customer to work on because it’s hard to numb me out for dental work. I followed Dr. Smith’s recommendations, and was able to get all of my dental work completed without any pain at all. Surprisingly once while getting a tooth removed buy an oral surgeon that another dentist had sent me to, he commented that I had seen Thomas Smith in the past. I said yes, and then in not so many words he said he was surprised that I had switched to the dentist I was currently seeing as he had way more respect for Dr. Smith… the oral surgeon then went further on to point out that the dentist who had sent me over to him had filled out the paperwork all wrong! Knowing that I am an engineer, the oral surgeon also mentioned that Dr. Smith was an engineer before studying Dentistry. Needless to say I immediately went back under Dr. Smith’s care and have been 100% happy with my choice. He does excellent work and I would recommend him to anyone without hesitation.

Dr. Smith is the best dentist I have ever had. I’ve gone to him for years. Wonderful dentist with amazing skill. He has a really nice team too. I highly recommend this practice.

I have been going to Dr. Smith for over 10 years. The staff are very friendly and each visit is comfortable. They are fast and professional. I’ve had two fillings done; the first one 10 years ago and it is till intact without any issue whatsoever. I even moved out of state and plan my cleanings when I am back in California. I highly recommend this Doctor.

I have been going to Dr. Smith since he opened his practice in Lake Forest.  He is a very gentle and thorough dentist.   His staff is wonderful as well.  I appreciate that everyone in the office takes the time to answer your questions and give you the best quality dental care.  I also appreciate the fact that they are conservative and honest about the work that needs to be done.  I trust them.  I have referred many friends to them and would recommend Dr. Smith to anyone looking for quality dental care.

My family and I have been going to Dr. Smith for about 20 years now. He has been my only dentist and I am very sad that I have to leave him now due to my insurance. Dr. Smith has always been understanding of my dental history especially since he knows my families extensive history. Janice was his hygienist when we first started coming and she is just as great! Everyone really takes the time to get to know their patients. I can’t even begin to tell you how surprised I am every time i see Dr. Smith and he remembers what we talked about last appointment or where i am living now (I move a lot). They are all very nice and I trust them with all of my dental work. Janice even worked very hard with my family to get us some sort of care when we didn’t have any insurance at all. Now that I have different insurance and am unable to go to Dr. Smith I have been having serious anxiety of seeing another Dentist. I have found another one and I still found myself calling Janice to get advice and ask her questions about the work they want to do. I love this office, thank you for everything!

Dr. Smith is the best. My family and I have been coming to him since I was in elementary school. He’s very kind and his staff is very friendly. Nicole is the best hygienist ever.

I have had a lifelong fear of dentists due to a lifetime of terrible dentists. Consequently, I need a ton of dental work now as an adult. A friend recommended Dr. Smith when I had a bad toothache due to an abscess, so I went in almost against my will and told them of my fears. Janice was so kind and supportive, and Dr. Smith was very gentle. I had to go back to get a chipped tooth fixed, and I couldn’t be happier with the work he did. I still fear going to the dentist, but at least now if I know I need to, there is a place I can go that I know I’ll be well taken care of. Janice is great about scheduling, working with insurance and reminding me and my son that his appointment is coming up.
