I’ve been a patient of Dr. Thompson for the last 10 years and would absolutely recommend this dental practice to anyone! The office staff makes you feel very welcomed and is very helpful when making appointments and dealing with insurance! Dr. Ben is very caring and makes sure his patients are comfortable even when in the worst pain. I cannot recommend Thompson Family Dentistry enough. You will not find a better dental practice anywhere in the Raleigh area!

Dr. And Dr. Thompson and their staff are everything you look for in dental offices and more!!! Today, my daughter had a tooth pulled and was feeling nauseous. Without hesitation, the hygienist had the dentist take the banana from her lunch so that my daughter’s stomach could settle. This is why I continue to travel 35 miles, passing at least ten dental offices, to have our family’s oral hygiene looked after…they prove time and time again they are best practice dentists!!! What a godsend!! I had the worst nerve pain that I thought was from a cavity (their office was closed the first few days it started) and within the first half hour they reopened they immediately returned my phone call and saw me the same day! I was so stressed trying to find a new dentist let alone a dentist who would take me without any real notice and not only were they super efficient in terms of that, everyone from reception, to Xray, to Dr. Ben and his awesome assistant were super attentive and friendly! Dr. Ben explained every single thing he did and in a way that was so easy to understand, really great chairside manner! All of their google and yelp reviews hold true (and I’m super picky in terms of healthcare), super impressed!!

I hadn’t been to a dentist in 15 years when i started coming to Thompson and Thompson. I wasn’t too excited about starting back, but they have been so helpful from the beginning helping recommend oral surgeons for getting wisdom teeth removed, to recommending an orthodontist. It’s a really nice friendly environment, with great people. They even cleaned and whitened my teeth for my wedding (which was a LOT of work) and i can’t thank them enough for how amazing they look!

Here’s a convenient and comfortable way to get a great smile. The office is located in Brier Creek so you can shop before or after. Waiting room furnished with upholstered pieces and fun magazines for the short wait. Everything in the office looked clean and up-to-date. Dental chair even had a massage feature! Everyone was friendly, told you what was going to happen and asked how you were doing. I felt completely at ease.

This is not something I said before going to Thompson & Thompson, but… I heart my dentists. Massage chairs, no wait if you are on time for your appointment and great music are a part of the package. Both Ben and Susan are great and reasonable when encouraging you to floss more often and take care of your teeth. When training for a triathlon Susan gave me tips for making sure my teeth didn’t suffer. If you go, tell them Virginia sent you. 🙂
