The staff and actual office are awesome. Such a welcoming relaxing atmosphere with music to soothe the soul on a place where most folks stress or are anxious like myself. Dr. Neda was very inviting and so polite and understands how people need to be treated. I was there for an extraction, I panicked but was in great hands through it all. I recommend ThoroughDent Smile wholeheartedly to everyone!

I had went years with no dentist, not caring about my teeth but yet wanted them to be pretty. I was now an adult and needed to do what I needed to do. Over two years ago I was nervous and just made an appointment and went! NO REGRET! Hands down I love the dentist who would have known! I had cavities filled, a crown placed, wisdom teeth removal, cleanings and now Invisalign. Couldn’t have been possible without Dr. Neda! I love her! She is good at what she does because she cares. She’s goes above and beyond to make me comfortable, happy and involved with how I want my teeth. With her and the awesome team behind her I genuinely wouldn’t want to go anywhere else!

Believe it or not— you can have a dentist that you won’t dread making an appointment for! Dr. Neda is an amazing dentist and I have always had great experiences with both her and the other staff. I’ve happily found a new dentist I’m content with. I left my prior dentist because I’d moved, and because I was becoming very suspicious that they were recommending a LOT of unnecessary appointments and treatments. So, because this place is conveniently close to home for me, so close I drive by here practically every day, I figured I’d try them. They were attentive, friendly, and on-the-ball. There was a brief hiccup with my dental insurance, but they were sure to get that cleared up quickly. The staff was polite and friendly, and they didn’t try to over-sell me on lots of unnecessary treatments or visits. They politely offered a fluoride treatment they said my insurance wouldn’t cover, but gently let it go when I said I wasn’t paying for any optional things my insurance wouldn’t cover. It is a place I’d highly recommend.

I recently moved to Kentucky from Oklahoma and needed to establish a dentist. It had been several years since I had seen a dentist due to an overall fear of the experience so I did my research looking for a dentist that could calm my fears. I’m not a regular dentist goer, largely because of the generally unpleasant experiences I’ve had at various practices. I will be a regular at ThoroughDent. This was by far the best dentistry experience I’ve ever had. The staff was very friendly, my hygienist was more than capable, and though I had only limited contact with the Dentist, I would have no problem putting my mouth health in his hands. Absolutely love both Dr. Neda and Dr. Smith (friends of my cousin)! The staff is awesome as well. Sheila cleaned my teeth and was one of the sweetest people I’ve ever met! Heather & Denise worked together as a team to help me figure out the insurance and how to complete part of my treatment plan before the end of the year. Their hours are wonderful – late weekday nights and Saturday hours. Makes it easy to get into them when you work full-time. They play good music in their office too! I will definitely continue going to them and refer all of my friends/family to them!

Wow!! This place was incredible! Tammy was an amazing hygienist! She took her time to explain everything, was gentle, and her bedside manner was phenomenal. Dr. Neda is quite literally the best dentist ever! She and her team are well worth the drive to Georgetown from Lexington or Cincinnati. She is kind, considerate, and a wealth of knowledge. She is honest and doesn’t try to sell you things you don’t need, like some dentists do. The building is very classy, clean, and fresh. All of the receptionists were kind and respectful as well as very accommodating. I’d give more than 5 stars if I could!

I moved to Georgetown last November and love living here. I found my new dentist today and could not be more pleased. I had a good cleaning and a thorough check-up, and will definitely be coming back for more. I see this as my new go to place for all my future dental work and cleanings. The staff was absolutely awesome. They were very friendly and polite too. I felt so comfortable. With this being my first time ever being here, it was like I’d been a patient there for years cause that’s the welcoming I received. It’s very important to me to find a dental office that is professional, yet down to earth at the same time. The office was so clean and decorated quite lovely . Dianna checked me out and she was a joy too. She clarified everything and explained my payment options also. I also had my very first experience with a dental hygienist today and let me tell ya, Shelia rocked. My teeth felt great after the cleaning. Might I add that they also have state of the art equipment too. I was very impressed with that as well. Many visits to the dentist are tense and nerve-wracking but the atmosphere here is very calming. The office is very clean and modern and the staff incredibly friendly. I recently switched to this dentist office and have been happy with the change. I had wisdom tooth surgery here and it was as pleasant an experience as could be (though I don’t expect a return visit for the same procedure, ha). Dr. Neda was personable and followed up thoroughly after the surgery. Check this place out if you’re looking for a new dental office in the Georgetown area. (My procedure occurred during COVID-19 and the staff observed appropriate social distancing measures from the time I arrived, and wore plenty of protective gear to prevent contamination on the part of the patient or care provider.)

I am terrified of dentist. My vist yesterday was amazing. The staff are extremely pleasant and caring. Dr. Smith was awesome, he reassured me of everything and took me through things step by step to make sure everything i wanted done was exactly right. He explained everything in detail was not rushed to get me in and out. As a matter of fact, while waiting on Dr. Neda to come in to talk with me, he came and sit with me so I wasn’t alone and uncomfortable. When she came in she was awesome also, she went through everything with health issues and concerns I had. Told me what all they would do and what to give me afterwards so I would not be sick. I recommend them to everyone. This is an amazing group of Dr’s. And staff who go way above and beyond to take care of you and put your cares first. I just wished there were more Dr’s. And people that treated others the way they do. This world would be a much better place if so. They are truly leading by example. Wished I could give more the a five star rating, because they give more then a hundred and ten percent to do all they can for you. Even so as a beginner in this field she showed that she will be an incredible Dentist. These dentists are absolutely wonderful. I’ve know both for many year and trust their work to be the highest standard of care. I can recall Dr. Neda telling me about a tooth that would break just before it did because if the way she evaluated fractures. Dr. Smith has treated me as well with a root canal and was an excellent clinician. Both doctors are incredible with outstanding bedside manner.
