I was enthralled with the above and beyond sanitary conditions Dr. Edwards implemented with his office and staff. I was impressed AND appreciative‼ My office visit, which had to be postponed, was thoroughly addressed by Christy and others. They were attentive to every question I had, took their time executing procedures which have been neglected due to the unusual lapse since my last visit. The atmosphere in the office pleasantly surprised me. I prefer to describe it as “smiles, jokes, positivity, love and laughter behind the masks! It was a happy place with happy people in a not-so-happy time. I love my Dentist, Staff and the environment they have created, past and present! I shall ring my daughter because she is a patient as well. Stephanie needs to know Dr. Edwards is BACK!  Heck, I’ll even babysit for her!! Nancy Hagstrom

So back in March, I went for my scheduled dental appointment with the dentist I’d been seeing for 20++ years..come to find out that he and his partners had sold the practice and retired!! What? Really? When were you going to inform me?? Needless to say, that was an extremely uncomfortable visit. It was a fiasco. Fast forward to June and I decided that I needed to find another dentist to entrust with my dental health. My 6 month check up was coming up soon in August… Started to search on Yelp and came across Dr. Brian and thought he sounded familiar. After inquiring with my friend again, low and behold!! Dr. Brian was his recommendation to me back in March after experiencing THE fiasco! From my first contact to set an appointment, to walking out the door after my very first visit, the buzz word is, “SERENE.” The entire staff was extremely calm, accommodating, personable, informative, and ultra professional. I’m actually looking forward to my next visit!! Thank you Three Sixty Dentistry–Dr. Brian and Staff–for making me a lifelong patient!

So, I’m looking to get some work done on my teeth and I’d been seeing inspiring posts and photos from Brian Edwards @threesixtydentistry. First let me tell you that you need not fear the dentist anymore! What an Awesome office he has. It’s like you walked into Disneylands Country Bear Barn with faux Pine branches covering the ceiling, and lanterns hanging down all across the office. Trees and fountains are placed throughout as well. Even if you don’t need work done, just stop by to check it out. Second, I was warmly greeted and didn’t hardly wait before I was first given a tour, then sat down for my consultation.Third, his prices are more than fair and affordable consisted to other places I previously considered. After speaking with Dr. Edwards and his staff (and having my foundation for my research in integrity-based practices) I realized their high regard for integrous practices within their own establishment… hence the office ambiance, affordable costs, and the education they provide for you to make a sound decision, amongst other factors. A big thank you, Dr. Edwards, and to your staff. He and I also got talking of our hike to Half Dome after observing a photograph of Yosemite on his wall and sharing the somewhat terrifying experience when climbing the cables.

I cannot even begin to fully explain how AMAZING this office is. There is NO comparison. When I walked in before my appointment, the actual dentist / owner walked up to me and greeted me. From the staff to the facility to the man himself, this is hands down the greatest dentist office I have ever been too. They are kind, they listen and they want to help. Unbelievably amazing customer service. They made me feel like family. I will never go to another dentist ever

I recently had oral surgery and was really apprehensive about going to the dentist. Dr. Edwards and his staff made my experience 100% comfortable. They were compassionate and understanding about my concerns. Christy was incredibly gentle during my cleaning and made me feel comfortable telling her if I was having any pain or issues during the cleaning. I would absolutely recommend this office for anyone who is looking for a high end experience with a knowledgeable and kind staff that takes pride in everything they do. I am so incredibly grateful I have for Three Sixty Dentistry. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Dr. Edwards is a fantastic dentist. He makes me feel comfortable which is a big thing since I have had dental problems over the years, so I am always nervous when I go for a visit. His office staff is very efficient so when I get there, I never wait.  I bring my book with me to all appointments, but I have not even opened my Kindle at his office. Christy is also a wonderful hygienist who again makes me feel comfortable so I don’t worry about all the possible root canals I may have had in the past! Very nice office, clean and calm!  And cute pictures of his twin babies up at the front counter makes me feel I know him well. Well, I really have known him a long time, he went to elementary school with my daughter, which is a bonus

Going to the dentist and knowing you are in good hands is awesome. Everyone there is very attentive to your needs. This is the only dentist place that I’ve been to in my life where I’m not under any stress. Everything is explained clearly, during any procedure, you know what to expect, and there are no surprises. Even going in for a cleaning is a relaxing experience. I highly reccomend this place. I moved out of town, but I decided to keep coming here. I’d rather drive for 2 hours and know I’m going to be in the best hands when I sit down on that chair, than go to any other dental office that is close to by where I live now. Also, they never make you wait while you are there. The time that you set for your appointment is the time you are being sitted on the dentist chair, and they start taking care of your problem right away

I am new to the practice and this may sound odd; I found myself enjoying my visit. It began when I walked in. I was in the mountains complete with running water. Beginning with Kathy in the front office,  Dr. Edwards and his staff truly work as a team and, most important, I was a member. When I’m anxious I meditate. When I entered the examination room, I immediately looked for someplace or something to use as a focus. Dr. Edwards listened to my needs and created an environment where I could relax. He also made a note “she likes water sounds” my health record. He and Kathy, yes two Kathys, worked quietly and thoughtfully. Not wanting to interrupt my meditation, they spoke to me only to keep me informed of they were doing and to ensure that I was “okay”. Before leaving, I received post treatment instructions. However, the care did not end there. At the end day, I received a phone call from Dr. Edwards. He wanted to make sure all was well. I trust after reading this, you realize that without hesitation I recommend Dr. Edwards and the staff at Three Sixty Dentistry. I wish them well

My past experience with dentists has not always been great. Most have been removed and unconcerned. I even had one dentist just stick his head in the room after my cleaning and just saying  “Hi” and leaving. In contrast, Dr. Edwards has been very thorough making sure all of my concerns are addressed. If there is something unusual going on, he explains it and makes recommendations on the variety of ways the problem can be treated. He doesn’t try to steer you to the most expensive procedure. His staff is friendly, thorough and efficient.  I’ve never had any pain or discomfort during my cleaning or after.  I’m so glad I have a dentist I can trust.  I recommend him to everyone I know

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Edwards for about 2 years and I highly recommend him. He is thorough and takes his time to explain what procedures need to be done, why, and the priority in which they should be done if cost is a constraint. Dr. Edwards is very gentle and has steady hands while he is working on your teeth. Whenever I consult with him regarding my dental care, I never feel like he is recommending any unnecessary work. When you talk to Dr. Edwards you can tell he really loves what he does – taking care of his patients’ dental needs, be it aesthetic or emergency care. And as a bonus, he always follows up with you personally after any procedure (not a cleaning or anything that doesn’t require a you to be numb) to make sure your recovery is smooth and your teeth and mouth feel fine.  When I found out that Dr. Edwards relocated about 1.5 hrs away, there was never any doubt in my mind that I’d be making the drive to continue to be his patient. There are lots of dentists in Southern California, but he is well worth the drive. If you need a dentist, or you’re not happy with your current one and you’re located in Southern California, please don’t hesitate to contact Dr. Edwards to schedule your next appointment. You won’t regret it!
