Everyone here at Tierra Este Family Dentistry was so welcoming from the minute I walked in the door. I am very nervous in dentists offices but everyone did a great job of introducing themselves and explaining the processes. The office is also very modern and clean. As someone who has an aversion to dentists it means a lot when I say that I look forward to coming back here in the future!

Absolutely wonderful office. From beginning to end of our first time there they were so nice, accommodating and just perfect for our little family. We had a nervous 3 year old and they were willing to work with her until she finally felt comfortable enough to do her X-rays and never pushed. Would recommend this place to anyone!

Glad to see the dentistry is open again.  My appointment, as always is nothing short of professional, from the appointment reminders to the work on my teeth.  April was completely awesome and down to earth. She made cleaning my teeth an easy experience and was very helpful in explaining what was needed and what wasn’t. Dr Kirwin is of course very knowledgeable and works with the patient to get the results and the right work needed. All around the staff is great and I couldn’t ask for a better team at Tierra Dental.

For starters, this office is gorgeous, the staff is amazing (Jo at the front freaking rocks) and my hygienist April was phenomenal and I love Dr. Kirwin. I will be very honest due to several moves in the last few years and a couple of pregnancies I had not been to the dentist in awhile and I was having extreme anxiety about going. I was sweating just sitting in the waiting room. I had previously gone over to Picasso dentistry (what a joke they were) and they had told me I needed all this work (which I dont) they were constantly late, and never called me when they needed to reschedule an appointment. I work full time and have 2 kids so getting away for appointments is difficult and must be scheduled in advance. I appreciate that Tierra Este is open one Saturday a month and they were very prompt for my appointment. Back to April, she was so gentle with me, honest, explained everything she was doing, and she was very enjoyable to speak with (I hope she is going to be my hygienist next time I go in, although, I am sure everyone is great). The Dr. was quick, explained next steps for some work I need to have done, and explained benefits of a new procedure she recommended. I seriously left feeling so good about my experience, I almost cant wait to go back and have the work done that I ACTUALLY need vs. what Picasso was telling me I needed. I highly recommend visiting Dr. Kirwin because 5 stars at a dentist from me is a pretty big deal 😉

Great staff, very professional and attentive. Had my teeth worked on and had a very pleasant experience. Hygienist, April, was very professional and patient and explained everything to me. Look forward to going back where the doctor will detail what I need next. Great place, I highly recommend it.

Best dental services anywhere! I am petrified of going to the dentist, but Dr. Kirwin offers nitrous oxide which is the main reason I initially chose this place. However, after my first visit I knew this is where I would go for all my dental care. Dr. Kirwin and all of the staff are professional, friendly and ensure the patient is comfortable. Denise is outstanding! They carefully explain everything step by step. They actually make you feel their appreciation at your being there. I highly recommend Tierra Del Este Dental, particularly if you are nervous about dental visits. They are definitely top notch!

I cannot say enough good things about this office. It’s very clean and the staff is amazing. They have everything well timed and never had me sitting and waiting longer than 5 minutes for anything. Love Jo at the front desk and the Dr is great and sweet. She’s very knowledgeable and did an amazing job on me. This is where my family and I will be coming from now on for all our dental needs.

I was just seen today at Tierra Este Family Dentistry and I was very happy with the way I was taken care of, I was explained very well on why the procedures needed to be done in a manner I understood, all the staff members are soo wonderful and professional! Thanks to my hubby for taking me there! I intend to keep going there for all my dental care!

My family has had the good fortune of having Dr. Kirwin as our dentist. She has taken care of our family including putting braces on my daughter. She helps our daughters feel at ease and there is no longer fear about going to the dentist. We trust her work and advice completely and the service and treatment by her staff has been outstanding. We highly recommend!!

Dr.K and her team are literally angels!!!! They are seriously the best in dentistry that I have ever experienced! Her and her team have made the extensive work I’ve needed, a breeze! Super comfortable, super clean, extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff. I wouldn’t want anyone else touching my mouth ever again! Thank you!

I LOVE this dentist. Everyone that works here is amazing and kind. Dr Kirwin is always so friendly, knowledgeable and ready to help in all situations. My son is a request flyer here and she puts him at ease every time he sees her. All of the dental assistants and staff member’s are amazing as well. They greet you by name and always make you feel cared for and welcome. Cannot say anything bad about them.

The staff is friendly and professional, they answer any questions you may have and will always greet you with a smile and a warming, welcome voice. The wait is quite short and they explain to you what they’re doing when you get in the seat. The paperwork is quick and easy and they are extremely family friendly. Tierra Este Family Dentistry is a wonderful place to go. I would highly recommend it.

This is my first time at this dentistry and it’s just absolutely amazing how friendly professional and kind all the ladies are in this facility. Absolutely wonderful I recommend to anybody and everybody super friendly super professional. I went there for a cleaning and check up and sometimes when they do cleaning it hurts I did not hurt at all.

Very customer friendly environment from the moment you step in and are greeted by Jo, to the hygienists to Dr. Kirwin. If you need work done, it is explained as well as the cost involved so you can plan accordingly. Definitely recommend Tierra Este Family Dentistry!

I am new to El Paso and was nervous I wouldn’t find a dentist that was as nice and gentle as my previous. I’m happy to report that my experience was excellent! April was my hygienist, she was so friendly and gentle I made sure to schedule with her again for my next cleaning. Dr. Kirwin was also extremely friendly and efficient! The front desk staff was also friendly and explained everything thoroughly when it came to my tx plan and insurance. I’m so happy I found the office and it’s right down the street from where I live! All in all I highly recommend!

I have been to Dr. Kirwin’s office a couple times and I must say the staff is pleasant and very helpful. Dr. Kerwin herself is very detailed in the work that she does and she is always ready and willing to assist patients in-order to take care of their needs. Thanks Jay for always being so prompt and attentive with my appointments and thank you Dr. Kirwin for your knowledge, professionalism and care through my treatments.

I wish I could pick a thousand stars… a million! Because 4 stars just doesn’t feel enough. From the intake staff (Jo, you are amazing! And Jalid too!) to the techs, to the leading lady, Dr. Kirwin, it’s nothing but a great experience. They make you feel like family. I am so lucky to have them caring for my family’s teeth.

Dr. Kirwin and all her staff are always so kind and happy to help you. I love coming into their office, they always make you feel at home. I have had several visits in the past couple of months and they always go out of their way to take care of me. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Kirwin, she has done a couple of fillings & an internal bleaching. I couldn’t be happier with my results!

When April cleans my teeth I feel like I’m getting cleaned by someone who cares about me. She’s so gentle and try’s her best not to hurt you. She always asking if your alright and even asks if the waters to cold for you. Dr. Kerwin always asks how I’ve been and takes the time to explain every thing to me. The front staff is also always so nice and helpful. They always see me on time. I’m not waiting for an hour like other offices. If only all the doctors offices were like this the world would be a better place. 10 out of 10 stars from me.
