Our sons Autism struggles were never a issue with braces accept his in ability to stay away from sweets and his poor brushing happens. That was no problem with how straight his teeth became after 2 years he has the best grin and a success story to share. We are proud of Dr. Tilghman and Dr. Schwartz who treated him just like every patient but even better because the team listened to a lot of recommendations from this expert grizzly momma who keeps striving to do more typical things with her boy. I appreciate his staff who was also so thoughtful and extremely patient with my sons stories along the way. The Tilghman Orthodontist team said good bye for six months to our son, who is finished up with the monthly appointments. But that still leaves this Momma saying, ” put your retainers back in your mouth” every hour of the day. Went in today for my consultation. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Met with Dr. Tilghman and his helper in consultation. Answered all my questions and made the arrangements quickly. Also, I had a nice discussion with the young lady who helped him during the consultation. She was very pleasant and sweet. Helped guide me with a plan and explained everything in detail. Only wish I could remember her name so that I could thank her properly here. Either way, great staff and I think I will enjoy my time as a patient here.

This is the most upscale and creatively designed doctors office I have every been in and this office runs so smoothly, it’s quite impressive and a pleasure to experience. I’m on Tray 2 of my journey with Smiles Correct and I’m so excited to be on my way to straighter teeth:) My teeth aren’t awful, but they could use some improvement. I almost gave up due to pricing, but finally found out about Tilghman. I had three consults total. The first two places I went to were thousands of dollars more than Tilghman. One place looked at my teeth for about five seconds and then told me a price. That was pretty much the whole consult, over in a few minutes. The next place was extremely thorough with their consult, but was $1000 more than the other. When I heard that Tilghman makes their own trays, similar to Invisalign, but can keep the cost down, I scheduled my consult. Shelby was amazing, as well as the rest of the staff. The price was less than the others with a shorter treatment time & I felt very confident that this was a great place. I have been recommending that everyone considering Invisalign, schedule a consult for Smiles Correct with Tilghman:). I can’t wait to see my new smile!

I have taken both of my children to this office and love the positive friendly atmosphere of the whole place. They always accommodate our needs for appt changes, running late, and work around our schedule. Dr. Tilghman treated my son for a year longer than expected and we never paid an extra penny. We are on child #2 with braces with Dr. Tilghman and highly recommend this practice. Jamie at the front desk is always so pleasant and busy as can be, but always smiling no matter what we need.
