Many years ago we first went to Dr Tong for a second opinion after getting a quite ‘extreme’ suggestion from another dentist. She was fantastic, she was consultative, and she came up with a less invasive option which was a success. As a result our whole family (adults and kids) all see Dr Tong. It’s a very small practice, she is the only dentist, so we get professional treatment each time. She’s very thorough. During this COVID-19 pandemic, she has consistently been ahead on hygiene practices, and we feel very safe coming in. While opting for a mercury free approach to dentistry, Dr Tong is up to date on all the medical research. She is also able to treat more severe cases, such a painful teeth pulling, under anesthesia in cooperation with another dental center in Central. This came in very handy when we needed it. I have a huge fear of dentists, but Dr Tong makes me feel relaxed and is super gentle. We all highly recommend her to anyone in HK.

I was looking for a dentist to change my old fillings last year. I just did not want to get any more metal fillings since I had enough for many years. Luckily, I could find Dr Tong. After the first time consulting, I felt very comfortable and confident with her holistic dentistry. All of my old toxic mercury fillings were removed and replaced with Mercury and BPA free fillings. No pain, no uncomfortable at all. I also recommend her dental deep cleansing treatment. Very gentle cleansing but you will find your teeth and gum get healthy and strong. Dr Tong is very kind and experienced professional. Assistant staff is kind and friendly. I definitely recommend her if you look for the dentist in Hong Kong!

Dr Tong is friendly, works well with my two kids age 8 and 10. I love how she engages with my kids in conversation. Making them feel comfortable. She also educates them!!! She is gentle and thorough… I don’t feel like she rushes though her work like I have experienced with other dentists! I can’t recommend her more!!!!

Dr. Tong has been my dentist for over a decade and I have always found her friendly, professional and gave sound advice. She suggested to remove my silver fillings and I think this was the best decision I could have made for my long term health. My teeth are clean, white and in excellent shape. As I am moving back to Canada, I wish I could take her with me.

Having recently undergone major orthognathic surgery followed by orthodontic treatment, I am currently consulting Dr Tong with regard to the final stage of my bite correction. Dr Tong has taken time to present to me the various treatment options, each designed to give optimum results in the most cost effective manner. After many consultations, she continues to be committed to achieving my desired functional and cosmetic results and I have no hesitation in recommending her services for all manner of dental treatment.

Dr Titania Tong has been my dentist for almost a quarter of a century, which is clearly some recommendation in itself. I could list all sorts of superlatives about her professionalism and charming, bubbly character, but I’d run out of typing space. When not boogie-ing down at the front at Elton John gigs, she can be found in Central doing the best gnashers job in town. When I departed the US for HK, I had a terrible toothache that persisted for the entire trip. Needless to say, by the time I arrived in HK I was in quite a lot of pain. A quick search of HK dentists brought Dr. Tong to my attention, and since she was close to my location, I called her office. She arranged to see me quickly first thing the next morning. After a thorough examination, she identified the problem and prescribed the necessary antibiotics to clear the infection. A week later, I had a complete recovery. I can’t thank Dr. Tong and her staff enough for the prompt, caring, professional care I received. I am extremely picky when it comes to dentists, and I change my regular ones here in the US like a person changes socks. If I were in HK, Dr. Tong would be my regular dentist, no doubt. I highly recommend her to locals, ex-pats, or visitors for excellent and professional care.

Dr Tong is extremely experienced and skilled – one of the best dentist that I’d ever come across and couldn’t help but recommend her to anyone who needs dental services!

Dr. Tong has been (and still is) my dentist for more than 20 years. In that time, she has been extremely professional and caring. Her practice is modern, comfortable with state-of-the-art equipment. Recently, I had the last 2 remaining mercury amalgam fillings removed. The procedure was swift and painless but once the anaethestic wore off, I could sense more acutely that the new fillings were not sitting perfectly or comfortably. Dr. Tong readily fitted me in at less than 24 hrs notice to polish off any high spots: this happened on more than 1 occasion. This is typical of Dr. Tong: always there to make sure her patients are happy with their dental treatment no matter how long it takes. Since becoming mercury-free, my health disposition has improved and I no longer suffer from frequent headaches. I also sleep much better at night. I strongly recommend everyone to rid themselves of mercury fillings and to get it done by Dr. Tong!

Both my husband and I had been with Dr. Titania Tong for over 25 years. Our son, now 13 years of age , is also seeing her for dental care and treatments. We found her and her staff, her setup to be very conducive for dental patients and professional. The expertise and knowledge, the advanced techniques this dentist had displayed, the equipments she had invested to bring the best dental care to us in Hong Kong is reassuring. Even during this sensitive time with the pandemic panic experienced by all around the world , she has remain committed to providing us with world class dental care and treatment. In the past we had emergency needs and contacted her during non office hours. She had always responded quickly , with sound advice and gave us priority appointments to get relief and treatments as soon as possible. It is relieving to have few complaints over dental issues for 25 years when you are attended to by a good dentist who can prevent discomfort by regularly checking on your dental health. Dr. Tong and her team are very professional and friendly. They made the whole process easier than I expected. They scheduled the appointments well. I visited the clinic three times and did not need to wait long for the appointment after my arrival. The clinic is spacious and clean. Dr. Tong answered my questions with patience and explained the steps clearly. I also like her holistic approach for treatment, such as providing BPA-free filling material. Highly recommend to people who care about holistic health, minimise usage of chemicals.

I first came to Dr Tong a few years ago because of her commitment to holistic / biological dentistry (and because I was fed up with the way I was treated by one of the big dental practices). She has done fillings, dentures and crowns (including for implants and root canals) as well as check-ups, cleaning/scaling/polishing. I’ve been extremely happy and trust her always to do a great job and give good advice. She is always on time, the work has been remarkably pain-free, her assistant is great and has been with for ages, and the whole atmosphere is calm, professional, and friendly. Definitely 5 stars!

Having recently been diagnosed with severe metal sensitivities, it was vital that a dental surgeon could meet my requirement for metal-free solutions. Dr Titania Tong is just that practitioner. With a holistic approach to dentistry, she has been integral to getting my health back on track. After extensive maxillofacial surgery, I have undergone substantial restorative work using biologically compatible materials and I’m delighted with the results. Dr Tong also has in place stringent protocols to shield patients from Coronavirus exposure and as such, I feel protected whilst I continue with my treatment during these unprecedented times.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. T. Tong’s for over 10 years. During this period of time, I have most of my oral problems fixed. Going to the Dentist’s is scary to most people, including myself. However, in Dr. Tang’s clinic, I feel more relaxed. Oral examination by Dr. Tong is thorough. If I was not satisfied, I would have switched to another dentist. I ‘ll continue to use Dr. Tong’s service and will certainly recommend others to do so.
